Diese neu renovierte schöne 3 Schlafzimmer, End-Einheit verfügt über 2 Balkone. Die Einheit ist über 1800 m². Es hat ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, Kingsize-Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten im dritten Schlafzimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Neue Königin Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und auf der ganzen Insel. Es gibt 4 Flachbild-TV-Geräte in der gesamten Einheit.

I was able to contact someone regarding the lock on the door and she responded quickly.Concerns noted with the condo (was offered maintenance however did not want that to affect our stay).- Some lights out in condo- Door in master bathroom did not close- Vent on the door in the bathroom was off on the right side, not completely screwed on.- Blinds were missing- Bar sink was filled with dark water- TV in bedroom wasn't working (apparently needed batteries in remote)- Stopper in sink wasn't working in 2 bathrooms- Toilet flush was off in first bathroomBIGGEST concern was getting into the condo after hours. It was VERY cold and the code didn't work twice. We had to call security, and they came after some time.

Social Distancing Vacation
This condo is beautiful, wasn't crowded and the beaches weren't either. The only issue we had here was the ac not working well, and even with the use of 4 fans it was very hot in the two front bedrooms. They did come out to work on it a couple of times and it finally cooled down a bit. Bring fans would be my only suggestion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice. You can definitely tell it needs to be maintenance. Exterior wall has water damage. Not telling what growing inside wall. Unit was very nice. We found it a little distributing the kids were walking around barefooted and there feet were solid black. My guess cleaning crew nor properly cleaning floors. Last but not lease the ac works but doesn’t maintain temperature throughout bongo. The back 2 rooms are a lot warmer than master bedroom. Overall we give it a 6 out of 10.

Good place in a quiet location. Not a great beach place for small kids.
The condo was a great size and perfect for our families. One of the toilets needed plunging a couple times and one of the bathtub drains was very slow but maintenance was available and helpful. One of the condo elevators was out but it wasnt a big deal. The pool was nice and they are serious about checking wristbands. The public beach is across the street, so it is harder to handle all the beach stuff and small children. Unfortunately we picked the same time as Scrape the Coast car show, so we heard reving engines and screeching tires at all hours that weekend. Once everyone associated with that show was gone is was quiet and calm though.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we love Gulfport and this building, we were very disappointed in the condition of the unit itself. The floors were filthy as evidenced by our feet turning black within minutes of our arrival. The dust was so thick in the back bedroom that it looks as if it had been touched since the furniture was placed down. There was a broken dresser drawer in the rear bedroom that, while not a big deal, we don't want to be blamed for. The toilet in the master bedroom wouldn't flush after we'd been there for a few days, and the washing machine broke on our last night as were preparing to leave. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with what I would consider to be essentials, such as a measuring cup(s), dish rags or a sponge or something to wipe down the counter tops and sinks. While we loved being on the Gulf there are way too many choices in housing for us to consider returning to this one. We will not rent again.

A month of fun and sun

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. The property was not clean at all. Black hair was left in the master bathroom shower. Could not walk barefoot on the floors without your feet becoming black. I removed gum that was stuck on the floor. The blinds were missing some of the panels. I reported this and nothing was ever done. With some of the panels missing the street lights shown through the bedrooms. It was very noisy being on a busy street. Also, staying there a month, I wanted to keep things clean. I had to buy cleaning supplies, and a broom. There was no vacuum to clean the wood floors. There were seven clothes hangers in the whole apartment. I requested additional ones and I did get them two days later. Location was very good. Close to a lot of great restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was great! It was well maintained and just as pictured online. When we checked in, the condo was spotless! The complex had the amenities described and was well maintained. The outdoor pool area was very clean, and the security staff was actively monitoring to make sure all pool users were staying at the complex. If you prefer a firm or fluffy pillow, you should bring one as the ones in the condo were very flat, but other than that, I can't think of a thing I would change!

Unhappy Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst vacation experience that I've ever had in my life. There were two major issues. 1. There was very loud construction going on - so loud that one granddaughter got a headache, the adults in the back bedroom were awakened each morning by 8:00 am with saws cutting into the wall outside, and I was startled by a man on our balcony with my having no warning of any of this. I definitely would not have rented this condo if I had been aware - no one should have to pay full price for a rental so loud that they had to leave between eight and five. 2. The AC went out on Sunday which is unavoidable, and the rental company sent a man to check it. Monday morning at 9 am, no one had done a follow-up and we could not get the temp below 80 degrees, so I called again and left a voice mail. By 11 am I still had not heard back so I went to the office where the maintenance man said that he didn't know about it. I don't know who dropped the ball, but since I'd slept in 80 degree heat and by then had a stranger doing repairs on our balcony, I certainly did NOT feel like I was important to the GCRR staff. The condo itself was great, and would have been wonderful had we not come when the building was under construction.

Loved location but hated parking situation!
Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in the ideal location but the parking situation was horrible! We did not have assigned parking places so each day we had to drive around until someone left so that we could park which could take up to an hour to get parked. Then we would be concerned for the safety of our vehicles (show cars). There were many open unused parking spaces in the garage area but we were told that we could not park in them that they were assigned to other condos. It was a very frustrating experience! We only had one key for the condo and 2 couples so we had to make sure that we were all coming and going at the same time. None of our swipe cards worked so we would have to wait for someone to enter our building so that we could get in. The condo itself was very nice and again the location was perfect but everyone that worked there appeared not to know what to do or how to handle anything. Unfortunately the parking situation will keep us from staying there again.
