Great Location

Over all I would stay there again. One complaint the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very clean location was great within walking distance to our favorite places.

Charming happy beach get-a-way

We loved the way the condo was decorated, bright and cheerful, exceptional views, great place to watch ships come thru the channel, close proximity to the beach and area restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed, except cleaning supplies. Upon arrival there was a musty smell and mold was noted on the bathroom door and refrigerator. Management was alerted and they dropped off cleaning supplies so “I” could clean it. Hmmm, anyway it was sparkly clean and easy to take care of. Everyone was nice and welcoming that permanently lived there, and we’d stay there again for sure. :)

Great Location, excellent value for 1-2 guests

It's really cute and the location could not be better - walk to all of the great shops and restaurant row is literally 1/2 block away. Beautiful unobstructed views of the Gulf and dunes. I loved the fact that creamers and coffee filters were on hand. At the time I visited there were no hangars for my clothes, so ask about that or bring your own. There's a musty/moldy odor that was easily cleared by opening front and balcony doors to let the sea breeze through. The smell seems to be emanating from the building envelope (exposed subfloor and wall) through lower cabinets that are missing their bottoms (probably from Hurricane Harvey). Some Damp Rid may help, but spraying Kilz and replacing those cabinet bottoms would be beneficial. I would definitely stay here again! I've been condo-hopping monthly for while my own condo is being rebuilt from Harvey, and this has been the best so far.

Great location. Walking distance to many places to eat. Walking distance to the beach if your just going for a walk. The condo looked just like the pictures. Well stocked and ready to go. Have a few questions before we arrived and the management company was right on them. Check in info was easy especially when it's a late arrival

Disgusting smelling kitchen ! Dinner ware and utensils filthy on mildew covered rubber liners.

On entry , the property was nicely decorated . The stench from the kitchen overpowered anything positive . We stayed 2 nights. I got dishes out for dinner and could not believe the grime covering them. For 2 hours I hand washed everything from the kitchen, pots, pans, utensils and all dishes . I trashed the mildewed and stain covered rubber liners from the cabinets and drawers . I took Clorox and scrubbed down all cabinets . I sent pics and told management on the second night. Their response was, why didn’t you complain the first night . Because , my amazing son who happens to be Autistic does not do well with change and strangers coming into our space we rented. The housekeeping manager called and stated her girls only had 1 hour to clean the properties. Said, sounds like you did a deep clean. I stated, if this is what you call Covid clean, I’m worried what regular clean is. I could draw my initials on all the hard surfaces from the dust. The floor was very sticky so I took a warm white washcloth with a little Dawn and started to wipe it down. The washcloth was brown from only a small area. The manager only gave excuses and justification of why the property was not clean. I called twice to speak with the office manager of Paradise rentals , but was never returned my call. I will never use Paradise rentals again. I also text and called for a golf cart rental , no response. Extremely disappointed in the property but more with response or lack of from manager.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and comfy. The outside of the building looks a bit rundown but the room itself was nice. We had a small issue with a chair on our deck, but got prompt replies and offers to come fix it. My only real complaint is parking. Each condo only gets one space. We were told overflow parking was across the street, which meant you had to jump the curb in your vehicle and park in the grass along the track. Or you could park behind the building, which involved blocking the access to the dumpster. The first several nights, the condos weren't full so parking was not an issue. By Saturday evening though, the entire lot was full and all the overflow parking and all the way down the road to the beach was full of cars. I assume they belonged to the many people going to the various restaurants. I know several of the cars in the condo's parking lot were not staying there. We saw them come from the restaurants and get into their cars and leave. I would suggest assigning parking spaces for specific condos, or requiring parking permits in the actual lot. Lastly, if you plan on booking a golf cart through Life in Paradise, do so early. I thought they had a cart designated for each condo. I was mistaken, my fault.

Was told that it will be working by end of August. Staying on the 3rd floor was a bit difficult but we managed. The pool was good except the tiles need to be cleaned. It has a nice pool and hot tub, although we couldn't get the hot tub to warm up the only time we went to use it (weather was quite chilly ou 1st 2 days, so maybe a factor). Unit is on the 3rd flr and elevator not working since Hurricane, but they expect to have it fixed buy mid-summer, so be aware you'll be up & down the stairs if renting now. Payoff is a really cute & comfortable unit with nice partial view of tbe gulf & seabreezes from the deck! It had everything we needed and we enjoyed that it was so close to the beach and town with several good restuarants within walking distance! Very responsive and informative management company also.

Love Port A & Sea Breeze is a gem!

It's such huge bonus to find a wonderful place that allows the family pets along for vacation. It's a two minute drive to the beach or a 10 minute walk. Management is friendly and ready to help if needed. Internet could be better but that isn't what we go to the beach for anyway, so not a big deal for our family. we'll be back for many, many years to come!
