Total privates schönes Haus in bewaldeten 10 Hektar mit Blick auf Teich mit Blick auf die Berge. 7 Minuten von RT I-91 und nah an alles. Einzigartiges Haus mit offenem Grundriss, Domdecke und vielen Fenstern. Das 2008 erbaute Haus ist ruhig und friedlich. Zu den Einrichtungsgegenständen zählen von Frank Lloyd Wright entworfene Stühle von Copeland Furniture in Bradford. Es verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem großen offenen Loft mit Queensize- und Full-Size-Betten und einem Sofa. Es gibt ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas und Ölheizung. Internet und Kabelfernsehen mit Netflix inklusive. Es verfügt auch über 2 Decks an der Ost- und Westseite des Hauses und 1 Deck am Teich für Sternbeobachtung und Tierbeobachtung. Oder einfach nur zum Sitzen und Lesen. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle am Teich und Kanufahren und Kajakfahren auf dem Teich mit Paddeln und Schwimmwesten im Pond House. Perfect getaway

Amazing Stay!

My husband and I loved our stay! The property was so beautiful and even had some trails to walk, which was a lot of fun. The house was amazing and had everything we needed! We felt very relaxed and at home during our time there. Steve was very friendly and gave us all the details we needed for our stay and Morgan the property manager was great and reached out to assist if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again!

Everything I hoped for - and more.

It was a beautiful "cabin" - large, yet cozy at the same time. The grounds were magical and I spent a lot of time with a book by the pond. The bench by the small brook was a unique, appreciated touch. We plan on a return stay for sure!

We came to the area for the fall foliage- the “treehouse” was perfect accommodations The owner sent an email as soon as we booked to welcome us and the property manager sent a text on the checkin date to give us contact info if needed - I so appreciated their attention to kind gestures ! Peaceful getaway

We spent six nights at the Treehouse with our three-month-old daughter and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the house is very comfortable. Hiring Morgan (the property manager and a personal chef) for one night's dinner was a highlight!

Peace and relaxation in the woods

We had a great week at the Treehouse, which is set on a beautiful piece of property in the woods. The house was clean and comfortable; set up with everything we needed for our stay. Even when the weather kept us indoors, it was peaceful to just sit in the living room and watch the rain from the windows surrounding us. You always felt enclosed by nature. There is lots to do in the area, and we especially enjoyed the nearby hikes to Devil's Den and Wright's Mountain, and visits to the farmer's market and King Arthur Baking Company store and cafe in Norwich. Hope to return again some time!

Relaxing property

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out and relax during the rainy days. When the weather was nicer we enjoyed the property - sipping coffee on the deck, walking the trails, and kayaking in the pond. We would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Cabin In Bradford

The house was well kept and a great location for the town of Bradford. It’s seriously a hidden gem with plenty of space for a family. The kitchen was well stocked and there is plenty of things to do with kids/adults. The grill was a great addition for cooking. I am seriously looking forward to coming back to stay when visiting family in Vermont.

Great Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Treehouse. My kids spent hours on the trails, at the outdoor firepit, in and around the pond, and in the woods. A great place to relax and recharge while spending time in nature. Great communication from the owners and property manager. Plus, quick drive to town and close to lots of hikes. We had a terrific visit.

End of summer getaway

A gem of a place

Loved my weeklong stay in July 2024 at this lovely, high ceiling home with everything you need on this 10-acre property. Central A/C and window units were so appreciated as a respite from the outside heat. The kitchen was well equipped. The sofas were comfortable and the TV was appreciated for occupying my mother and teen at night. The dining table was perfect for me to use to get some work done. Morgan, the property manager, was in touch and ready to help if we needed anything. I reserved it for my in-laws in September and will recommend it highly to friends and other family!

Anniversary Getaway

The property needs a good painting and the floor should be covered with a nice Pergo finish not painted plywood. The owner should state that the bottom half of the house is not available to the guests and that they cannot use the wood stove in the living room.

Hi,
My name is Steve and my brother Glenn and I built this house as a vacation home around 2008 with loving care to details. We enjoy being outdoors and have created great outdoor spaces including a good size pond. We have also been able to to bring the outdoors inside via the many windows and two decks.
We have enjoyed many nights sitting around a fire by the pond and singing and playing guitar, and being with family and friends. It is our favorite getaway and when we are not able to get there then we are thinking about the next time we can!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The cathedral ceiling and all the many windows create an open and bright feel. It feels like you are up in the trees. And you look right over the pond which attracts all kinds of wildlife.
We traveled to Vermont as kids and fell in love with this central location to the White and the Green Mountains! And don't forget the incredible Vermont cheddar cheese right from the wheel in the country stores.

The pond, the views from the living room, and the feeling of being in the trees are all unique features of this home. It is peaceful and private. A chance to get back to a simpler time and renew the spirit.
We always feel that when standing in the loft looking out we are on a ship. The smoke stack, ceiling fans, portal window and view of the pond all support that notion. So last year we added a Ships Wheel to the loft. The kids love it!

We also have a personal chef Morgan, who will come to the house for a unique dining experience. We have enjoyed his delectable offerings many times.
