Das Hotel liegt direkt am St. Albans-Bucht in Georgia, VT. Die Aussicht auf die Adirondacks, leichte Kreuzbrisen und nächtliche atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge (jede Nacht anders) werden Sie in einen stressfreien Zustand versetzen.

Das Cottage verfügt über 1200 m² mit Loft-Decken und Kiefernholz-Interieur. Full-Size-Küche, offen für gemeinsamen Sitzbereich mit Blick auf den See. Ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Schlafzimmer können 10 schlafen. Ein King-Size-Schlafzimmer mit Schränken und Glasschiebetür für Seeblicke. Das Etagenbett verfügt über vier Queensize-Etagenbetten mit Kommoden. Klimaanlage ist in allen Zimmern verfügbar. Flachbild-TV im Aufenthaltsraum, Kabel-TV, Highspeed-Internetzugang, WIFI.

Das Äußere verfügt über zwei Decks aus der Küche mit einem Rauchen Joe Grill mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien auch mit Blick auf den See. Das zweite Deck mit Blick auf den See verfügt über eine Gas-Feuerstelle und Sitzgelegenheiten, darunter zwei bequeme Liegestühle. Perfekt zum Aushängen am Ende eines erlebnisreichen Tages und suchen Glühwürmchen. Überdachte Veranda ist auch mit Blick auf den See und direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer.

Parkplätze für 4-5 Autos.

Eigentum hat 100 Fuß Seeufer. Wir haben eine neue Ufermauer und eine schräge Steinrampe, um ins Wasser zu gelangen und zum Dock zu gelangen. Motorboote sowie Kajaks und Kanus sind in St. beliebt Albans Bay und du kannst das Dock abbinden. Der Zugang zum See für ein Boot ist nur wenige Minuten von der Hütte entfernt. Wenn Ihre Kinder gerne fischen, haben meine Kinder schon am Ende des Docks zahlreiche Fische gefangen, einige Kürbiskerne, aber dann gibt es ab und zu die 2-3 Pfünder, die es sehr aufregend machen.

St. Albans ist Minuten entfernt und Burlington ist eine 25-minütige Fahrt. Montreal ist ungefähr eine Stunde.

Great place for leaf peeping!

Very nice stay on Lake Champlain. House bigger than seems in photos. The queen bunks were roomy and comfortable. Carl very responsive. Will recommend to friends!

Wonderful Cabin on the Lake

We had the best stay for our family of five. The kids (13, 13, and 9) loved the big bunk beds in their room. Mom and Dad loved our comfy king bed with a view of the lake. Sunsets were a treat every night and the cottage was perfectly equipped for preparing meals and grilling meats. We will stay again!

Comfortable cabin

We stayed for a week this summer and a weekend last summer. The cabin is comfortable - the bunk room has 4 queen beds, each room has its own a/c unit. The living/dining/kitchen space is open and has big windows overlooking the lake. The decks and patio furniture also add so much the the stay.

Perfection

A wonderful rental. We loved the layout of the house, the awesome bunk beds, the kayaks, and the deck over the water. This is the perfect rental along the lake. Georgia does make you work a little harder to go to stores and into Burlington for other activities, but I grew up there so I knew that was the case. This is a great spot to rent and just enjoy Lake life. If it’s available when I come back, I’ll definitely stay again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed cottage. Beautiful sunsets each night while enjoying the firepit. Loved the knotty pine woodwork throughout the cottage. Definately considering returning next year.

Fantastic week on Lake Champlain

The views here are amazing and the home exceeded our expectations. It is comfortable and cozy, and we spent most of our time on the porches. The nice outdoor furniture and the propane firepit were perfect for enjoying the sunsets. The inside of the house is designed to allow access to the lake views as well. We found several nearby hiking spots and enjoyed lunches in nearby St. Albans. This spot is on our list to return to next year!

Relaxing lake vacation

We had a fantastic week at Carl & Donna's lake house. The views are incredible and many amenities are offered so our stay was very comfortable. Lake life means bugs, algae, and using bottled water for drinking/cooking, but the location is worth it! Kids loved fishing right off the dock- catching lots of little Blue Gills and even a 10" catfish one evening. St. Alban's is very near by for things you might want in town...eating out, grocery store, and don't miss the creemee stands! We loved horseback riding at La Joie (40 min drive) and spent a day in Burlington (35 min drive)... If you are looking for a laid back lake getaway you will not be disappointed with this vacation home!

Great first experience in VT.

The 303 was a good experience of lake life in VT. The house was nicely renovated with a great wood cabin feel. The view is spectacular. The place was easy to find and directions were great. The house media center was amazing and it was a great house to hang in while we weathered a big storm. There were only a couple of minor issues that did not impact our stay very much. We forgot to bring our own soaps and shampoo and there were none available. The water in the tap was undrinkable as it comes directly from the lake but plenty of bottled water was available. Maybe a little more info about the water quality would be nice (is its filtered?) Overall this place is great and we had a great time.

Lovely Memorial Day Weekend Stay

Our family wanted to get away for Memorial Day weekend and we were lucky to find this house available. They are literally right on the lake..you can't beat the view. Carl and Donna have done a very nice job updating their place. The bunk room was a hit with the kids and master bedroom was nice too -all beds were comfortable. The pictures in the posting don't do it justice! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the sunsets were gorgeous. There isn't really a spot to go swimming but Sandbar Beach was about 25 min ride down toward South Hero (water was cold in May though). I think there are a few other local beach spots too. We also found lots of great places to eat in St. Albans itself which was less than a 10 min ride. The farmer market in St. Albans on the weekend was really cute too! Of course the Burlington Farmers Market on Saturdays is legendary. The location on the water was superb..the house is situated along the shore amongst other homes..some have been updated while others have not. Given the proximity to the water, there are some quirks related to the plumbing/water provided, but the home owners were great about providing water during our stay. There are some bugs in the evening out back but once you get the fire pit going, it keeps them away. Bring the s'mores for the kids! We hope to get back there soon!

Vermont Vacation

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house directly on the bay. It was better than the pictures and had everything we needed plus some. We loved the town of St. Albans and the area around it. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Hopefully we can return next year and maybe tie it in with a trip to Montreal. The owners of the house were very responsive during the whole reserving and check in process answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Perfect location

This place is beautiful. The views will take your breath away. The house is exactly as on pictures and more. It was just two of us but the second bedroom is great for kids or other family or friends. If we ever get a lake house it would be like that one. The communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful and quick. Thank you so much for sharing your perfect lake house with us. The only downside was that you can’t bring your pet baby. But overall we had amazing time.

Lake front paradise

We enjoyed our time. The location was perfect . The house had everything you needed . Enjoyed relaxing on the large outside deck space while looking out onto the lake ! Would definitely come back again and again !
