Genießen Sie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in unserem Haus in South Haven, MI, nur 120 Autominuten von Chicago entfernt. Das Haus ist ein voll möbliertes 1-Jahres-Haus 1 Block entfernt von den schönen Stränden des Lake Michigan. Es verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer, einen offenen Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich und ein großes, möbliertes Loft in Hufeisenform im 2. Stock (mit Tagesbett und Rollbett) mit Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsbereich. Das Haus bietet Platz für insgesamt 12 Personen.

Es ist komplett mit einem modernen Bauernhaus eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett mit Edelstahlgeräten, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr usw. ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Massivholz-Esstisch für 10 Personen und einen kleineren Küchentisch für 6 Personen. Es gibt auch eine Kücheninsel für 4 Personen. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich 2 große Sofas und ein Kamin. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher über dem Kamin. Die persönliche Note in der Einrichtung und die thematischen Schlafzimmer geben Ihnen das Gefühl, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
HAUSDETAILS: In der Küche befinden sich Schiebetüren, die zu einem Deck führen. Auf dem Deck steht Ihnen ein Gasgrill mit Gartenmöbeln zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine große Einfahrt zum Haus mit Platz zum Parken.

DINGE ZU TUN --- SOMMER: Für Ihre Verwendung gibt es einen Ordner mit Broschüren von Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe und es gibt auch lokale Telefonbücher mit Theatern, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In und um die Region finden normalerweise Festivals und Messen statt. Im Sommer genießen Sie das Schwimmen und Sonnen am Lake Michigan, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß auf einem privaten Weg zum Privatstrand, der nur von den Bewohnern der Region genutzt wird. Auf den Rasenflächen in der Nähe des Hauses können Sie einen Frisbee oder einen Ball werfen oder Rasenspiele wie Boccia, Sitzsäcke oder Hufeisen spielen. Wonderful Spot for Family Getaway!

We loved our stay at this gem in South Haven! We had a BLAST taking advantage of all there was to do in the basement and backyard- volleyball, swimming, ping-pong, and much more. The main living/kitchen area is spacious and open, and we made good use of the kitchen to cook a delicious breakfast feast each morning. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes where we had it mostly to ourselves, and the drive into town was just a few minutes, also. There were so many cute, little shops and plenty of dining options, too. Our only complaint was that we had trouble getting some of the TVs and remotes to work. We would totally stay here again.

Amazing house.

The house was by far the most stocked VRBO we have ever rented. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us and enough games to keep us occupied for days. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone who is looking for a rental, you will not be disappointed.

Nice house. I would recommend an area rug in the main living area to help with all the echoes. Guest bed mattresses very hard and the TV remote did not work in the 1st bedroom. Backyard very nice, hard to keep sand from volleyball court out of the pool.

Perfect rental for all!

Family vacation to celebrate our Parent's 50th wedding anniversary. First time in 10 years we have all been under the same roof for a full week! It was the perfect rental to accommodate everyone from age 4 to age 73. Everyone had their own space/room and bathroom and endless options for entertainment at the house the entire time. From the pool and all the different activities in the backyard to the basement fun, which we hardly used since it was so nice out. Plus walking distance to the beach which we enjoyed every single day. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family looking to make some memories. Owners were great and attended to our needs if there were any.

House was great, kids and adults loved the chess board in back and games in the basement. I did feel like there were a lot of fees on top of the cleaning fee if things were not done. I understand cleaning up after yourself but additional fees on top of cleaning fee just seemed silly.

We enjoyed our family time together but the weather was a disappointment. Nothing the homeowner could do have that so we did spend more time then we intended at the house, Everything these was great! Awesome house and location!

We all loved our stay! Beautiful, clean house! Pool was great to have with kids! It was a little chilly, but to heat it cost $200.00. The basement was awesome with the different things to do! There was plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook with. There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods! A high chair would have been nice, just because my daughter forgot hers.😊 The location was really nice! Not far to walk to the beach or you could drive down to the public beach. We did both. The lock on the front door was difficult to use. Everything else was great! The owner got back to me quickly when I had any questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us!😁 Everyone loved it so much that they want to come back for our family vacation next year, but the price went up and you have to stay longer than we can😔

Awesome!

This house just shines from the inside to the outside. It was MORE than perfect for our family. Our adult children came with their spouses and kids and stayed and played and played and played. Everyone loved it. My husband and I started a tradition two years ago just so we could have intentional time all together...we pay for the place and the "kids and spouses" provide the meals. Our "children" are spread all over and we only have once a year to all be together. That's not enough for their Dad and me! Life goes too fast and is so busy! This place fit.the.bill.. We had lots of laughs and memories were made. Wish we could do it again here but the price for the future got in the way.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful week’s stay with perfect weather. The pool was amazing! The weather was warm enough we didn’t even use the pool heater. The house was very clean upon arrival. Lots of room and bathrooms to spread out. The oven knob was broken but that was the only problem we had. We want to stay here again! This is our 2nd time staying here. The property owners were great to work with.

Family trip

I stayed at the property with my three adult children, their spouses, and four grandchildren, ages 10, 8, 5, and 8 months. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet, and close to the beach and downtown. The yard was great and we enjoyed the pool. The basement was filled with games. Perfect house for family of 14

The house was perfect for our family of 14 as we were celebrating my in-laws 50th anniversary. There was something for everyone in our family at the house. We had teenagers and small children and we enjoyed the pool, outdoor games, and games in the basement. There was plenty of space and very close to the beach and town of south haven. Great multiple family home!

We really enjoyed our time here. Great pool, nice little fenced in yard and nice size house. Our biggest negative was how EXTREMELY creaky/noisy the stairs to the downstairs were. Surprising for a newer nice home. This is probably only an issue if you have kids sleeping/napping down there that you want to check in on, like we did. So just a forewarning.

Roomy and fun

I was looking for a house with several bathrooms because we were staying in Michigan for a family wedding and therefore needed several bathrooms to get ready for the wedding. The bathrooms were beautiful, and the family enjoyed all the amenities. The guests used the pool, played ping-pong, bags, fuzeball, air hockey, and chess.

Best vacation ever!

This was our second year visiting this home and it was just as wonderful as the first year. The house is beautiful and has every accommodation we need. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and the beach itself is a great spot. The pool and backyard are absolutely amazing! Great spot for a family of all ages

The house and the trip was fantastic! If we go back to South Haven then there is a high percentage we will return and stay at this house again. The house has everything you will need and more! Plus they are very responsive to any question and my family had a ton of questions!. The only complains are minor. Here were the pros and tiny negatives: Pros: Great space in the house, we had 10 people there and it never felt crowded Fantastic inside game room and outside games - ping pong, outside chess table, sand pit / volleyball court, bocce ball, pool with basketball net, board games, fire pit and more Great kitchen - plenty of room to store food, prepare with everything needed and great table space. They have olive oils, salt, pepper and pretty much any tool needed in a kitchen to make meals Smart TVs to watch Netflix, prime, Disney or whatever you want to stream Close to the beach that is a private beach (10 min walk) Close to downtown area with a bunch of restaurants and shops (short drive) Bedrooms were nice Master bedroom was the biggest bedroom where my wife and I stayed and shared with our 2 young sons and it was great for a family - more than enough room Everything was very clean, and organized in the house Very large property for the kids to run around in. (weird loft hallway that our kids loved to run up and down) Safe neighborhood - was comfortable outside walking and felt safe inside Quiet and private neighborhood the hosts were fantastic Pool was fantastic - clean, perfect size and very nice fire pit was great for smores - had all tools needed nice back deck for eating and relaxing shed had toys for pool and wagon for walking to the beach, bikes which we did not use water filter on sink was nice since the tap water might have been well water good water heater, never had cold water even with multiple of us showering Cons They did have a small ant problem with traps in various rooms. We found ants in the kitchen and various bedrooms The beds were not super great - the master was ok but others said that they felt like the bed was a blow up mattress feel The knives in the kitchen were all dull and hard to cut with The oven and burners were a challenge to use The grill was janky - the hottest temp it got was 250 degrees so we used it only once The front door was impossible to lock and unlock - we went through the garage most of the time and then jumped the sensor, they have frog that lives in the pool which was funny

Amazing place to spend time

The host was very accommodating, the house was amazing, the location was great! We were initially sad that the hot shot basketball game was not in working order but there were so many other activities that it didn’t phase us in the least. Quick walk to the beach and a short (5minute) drive to downtown Southaven. Would certainly go back.

Beautiful house. Awesome yard. This house was perfect for our large family vacation (10 adults / 5 kids - ages 3-10). Enough space for all of us, and plenty of things to do, both inside and out. The bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms were stocked with clean towels. The Good: Spacious, open common areas. An amazing back yard full of activities for the whole family. The Not-so-Good: An unannounced visit from the maintenance man. The shower in the common area bathroom was not working at all. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Beautiful South Haven!

My family enjoyed our visit to South Haven so much! If you love to play games, then this home is for you. The home and the grounds are perfect for a family ready to spend some quality time together. We had a fantastic day at the beach, walked around the shops downtown, and picked some delicious blueberries at the farm. We hope you enjoy your stay too!

What our family loves most about this home is the 5-minute walk to Lake Michigan that brings you to private beach that our children absolutely love. And the favorite part about this beach, are the sunsets. We walk every night 15 minutes before sunset to catch a glimpse of this spectacular sight...
