Coral Cottage ist unser Strandreihenhaus in Seacrest, Florida. Es liegt direkt an der 30A und ist eine Radtour vom Strand von Aly, dem Strand von Rosemary und eine kurze Fahrt von Seaside entfernt. Unser privater Strandzugang ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt (siehe Bild unten). Diese Gegend von Seacrest ist sehr friedlich und vermittelt ein Gefühl von Nachbarschaft. Der Strand wird nie überfüllt, so dass Sie sich nicht mit überfüllten Stränden herumschlagen müssen. Es ist eine ruhige und günstige Lage mit kurzem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Städten.
Unser Stadthaus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer (King, zwei Full-Size-Betten) und 2, 5 Badezimmer mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein komplettes Badezimmer, was es für jedermann sehr bequem und bequem macht. In diesem Gerät können 6 Personen bequem schlafen und wir stellen auch einen Rucksack und ein Spiel für die Kleinen zur Verfügung. Wir haben drei Fernseher und Highspeed-Internet zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Gerät hat auch eine Hochleistungs / Superkapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Gerät verfügt über zwei Balkone und zwei Terrassen für draußen bei schönem Wetter in Florida. Unser Wohnzimmerbalkon hat einen Esstisch. Unsere Hauptschlafzimmer-Terrasse hat eine Schaukel und einen Sitzbereich. Wir bieten Liegestühle und viel Sandspielzeug.

Overall very happy. I wish communication about the agreement was known prior to not being refundable. I felt the agreement was very strict. I realize they owners don’t want parties but I have never stayed in a place so restrictive. There was also a camera monitoring that felt restrictive but I was glad we were informed prior to arriving.

Great spot for family of 4

We found Juana’s place for a last minute long weekend. The value can’t be beat! Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy/bike down to Alys or Rosemary. Very nice to not have to bring along beach chairs & towels (4). Perfect for a family of 4. Thanks Jauna!

Had a great vacation in this wonderful property

The property is very clean, well maintained and stocked. The beds are all comfortable. The location is great! It is a short bike ride into Seacrest, but just far enough not to have to fight the Seacrest and Rosemary traffic. The private beach access is so close too. Juana is very easy to communicate with and is a great host. Thanks so much!

Second stay- highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Coral Cottage, and we couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s in a quiet/secluded little complex with a short 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach! The condo is super cozy and we love that they have beach supplies and toys!

Nice and convenient

Great stay! Such a short walk to the beach so great for carrying beach gear and breaks. Area was nice and quiet with central access to shopping and dining too. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and Juana was very responsive. Overall a very comfortable and convenient stay!

It was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our week long baseball tournament.

We were close enough to Panama City Beach for our baseball tournament but also right along 30-A to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and beaches in that area.

Great Spot for a Family Getaway

Coral Cottage was a great "home base" for our family vacation. The space itself was very clean and it had all the amenities for our family of five. One of the favorite parts of the trip for six-year-old and four-year-old was the bunk beds. :) The upstairs loft is spacious and relaxing, and the kitchen made it easy to come home from the beach for lunch. Concerning the space itself, the proximity to the beach is a major advantage. When I watched the video on the listing, I thought that the walk to the beach would take a few minutes, but in reality it is a super short walk. Moreover, the beach access is private, so you don't have to worry about overcrowding. This was exactly what we were looking for as a family–a low-key and relaxing atmosphere. As I mentioned earlier, the proximity to the beach is a major time and cost-saver for meals. Of course, we did drive out a couple of times to eat at restaurants, but the restaurants on 30A are going to be a little more pricey and the run-of-the-mill chains are 20+ minutes out. Having a place so close to the beach gave us the option for a quick turnaround on meals, so we could get back to the beach quickly. Finally, Juana was a great host. She communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. She wanted to make sure we had all that we needed, and she facilitated an early check-in for us. Working with her was easy and stress-free. Thank you, Juana, for facilitating so well our family's first trip to the beach!

We enjoy south walton and specifically 30A for the beautiful beaches and biking trails. This property is situated right on 30A with close proximity to wonderful Alys beach and Rosemary beach. We loved this property because of the dedicated beach access that is only a few feet away and the proximity to many restaurants and town centers.
