Dieses Haus am See befindet sich in einer verkehrsarmen, offenen Bucht direkt am Hauptsee. Genießen Sie das Schwimmen, Angeln, Bootfahren oder einfach nur das Entspannen in perfekter Lage. Als Mieter in der Vergangenheit haben wir versucht, alle Annehmlichkeiten bereitzustellen, die wir immer gesucht haben. In diesem Haus sind die Wohnzimmermöbel brandneu und mit 3 Lederliebessitzen (insgesamt 6 Sitzplätze) ausgestattet. Es gibt 2 große Kühlschränke und eine £ 250 Eismaschine, um Ihre Kühlschränke und Getränke schön kalt zu halten. Zum überdimensionalen Bootshaus / Sonnendeck sind es nur 6 Stufen und ein sehr sanfter Hang. Das neue Bootshaus verfügt über ein Sonnendeck im zweiten Stock, eine Terrasse aus Verbundwerkstoffen, einen Barbereich sowie einen kleinen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank und viele weitere Verbesserungen. Es gibt viele Wasserspielzeuge, die sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene genießen können. Wir haben extra Schwimmwesten und Anhängevorrichtungen für diejenigen, die ihr eigenes Boot mitbringen. Unsere Boote bleiben auf den Liften, wir werden jedoch 10 Stoßstangen haben, um Ihre Boote auf beiden Seiten des Decks zu binden. Jedes Schlafzimmer und beide Wohnbereiche liegen direkt am See und haben Glasschiebetüren zum See. Dieses Haus verfügt außerdem über kostenloses Highspeed-Internet / WLAN und Satellitenfernsehen in beiden Wohnbereichen.

Excellent house and location on the lake. Great cove for all water sports. Our crowd loved the boathouse area and we spent most all day out there every day. We would love to come back again!

Excellent!

This house was amazing! We have no complaints! It is very well stocked, quiet cove, and wonderful dock. During the day, we tubed and hung out at the dock. At night, we fished catching catfish up to 15 pounds! Boat ramp just around the cove and nearby gas station on the water with wonderful hand dipped ice cream.

Family vacation

The home was perfect for a family get together with plenty of room to get alone time when needed. Everything was clean and provided plenty of options for activities to keep all in our family occupied. Communication with the owners was exceptional. It was a perfect setting for a family vacation bringing together 4 households from different parts of the caountry. We would definitely come here again.

The Perfect Getaway

We like this one so much that it's our third time! We love the dock area with the speakers and ring toss game. Also had fun making smores in the firepit. Kitchen was super well stocked. Owners are especially nice to work with. It's the best.

Amazing Property

My extended family enjoyed a vacation at this property. The house held 16 of us comfortably. We had some bad luck with rain, but the multiple living spaces and available games (arcade and foosball) allowed us to enjoy time together even when we couldn't be on the water. We brought our boat and had it tied to the dock for the week, the dock made securing the boat safe and easy. The dock space was beautiful and safe and clean. I can't say enough about the property, it was the best rental house we have rented.

Gaston Vacation Heaven

A week of relaxation at Lake Gaston is what Sunset Pointe is all about. Peaceful, secluded, and comfortable describe this property - well furnished and stocked - with Great communication! The showstopper here is the boat dock/house/bar - new, clean, lake toys, plenty of seating - this is where you'll spend all your time. Fun with or without a boat/jet ski (we had both though). Family/Friend Vacation

This was a friends vacation. We had a great time staying at the house, hanging on the dock, boating around the lake tubing, kneeboarding and wakeboarding. The house met our needs and more! We really enjoyed the deck space and the dock bar & upper sitting area! The house had everything we needed for meal prep. The bedrooms were perfect for our 2 families with kids.

Family Time at the Lake

This is our second time at this property and it was just as wonderful maybe even better. We had such a good time. The house is very well equipped for renters. Owners have thought of everything. The owners, the Batiste Family, are terrific to work with. The house is perfect for multiple generations, with plenty of room for all. The lake front is beautiful. This was our second year at Sunset Pointe and we hope to return again.

Everything you want and more

Tiffany and Danny have a wonderful home and have thought of everything to make the stay easy and fun. From all the water toys at the dock to the labeled cabinets in the kitchen, this house is a perfect example of what a vacation rental should be. I took a lot of mental notes on the off chance that I own a vacation home one day and rent it out to others! I can't imagine finding a better home at Lake Gaston and expect to be back again in the years to come! Ryan

Best Ever

We have been taking our family on vacations for several years. By far, this has been the best vacation ever thanks to this wonderful home and great hostess. First impressions far exceeded anything a web page could display. The small touches of the welcoming gifts, the flowers and note were a special touch. The decor was exceptional as were the amenities. Kitchen was a hit with each cabinet labeled. The boat house was a huge hit for the grandkids. The abundance of life jackets provided the perfect fit even over the ones they brought with them. The float was an added bonus which we pulled behind the boat we rented. Even the boat house upper level was a special treat. Grandkids camped out overnight watching a meteor shower that happened to occur one night. The lower den was fully equipped with boxed games, huge TV, game table, and Foosball game. But the multi-video arcade game was loved by the 6 to 12 year olds, have to admit I even went down memory lane with a few of the games myself, and we didn't even need quarters! For me it was especially helpful to have the info binder the hostess left for the guests. In that book we found places to fuel up the boat, giving us a review of each as well as reviews of the local eateries which we took advantage of and her reviews were right on the mark. We thought the living room recliners would be a hit for the adults, but found that it became a great gathering point for the entire family. Chairs were so comfortable that family movie night was great. Had a few questions which we emailed and got an immediate response. Could not give a better review or recommendation, this was awesome and provided memories for all for years to come.

Sunset Pointe - A Wonderful Vacation!

The home is very comfortable and great location - Everything we wanted for our family vacation. The highlight were the owners. They made sure we had a wonderful stay. Could not ask for better hosts. The home had all the kitchen needs (for a family of 15) with comfortable beds, a wonderful boat house and enough space for swimming, boating, video gaming, or just relaxing and reading a book. A great get away location that can accommodate a family with youngsters, parents and grandparents. Highly recommended.

Great way to start the summer.

We truly enjoyed our week at this house. Tiffany was always very quick with responses. Loved the new boat dock with the fridge and great sound system. The ice machine was a huge help keeping the drinks in the coolers cold. The house was super clean and we loved the well stocked kitchen with the labels on all the cabinets and drawers. Also enjoyed playing corn hole. A big plus for us was having the bedding and the towels provided. Would most definitely recommend this home.

Great spot on the lake with room to spread out

Our family enjoyed this house over the July 4th holiday week. The cove is great for water sports and close enough to gas and boat to restaurants. The onsite ice machine keeps the coolers cold and the 6 burner grill makes cooking for a crowd easy. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. House has everything, just bring the people!

Outstanding Vacation Rental

We rented the house for a week in June 2018. It truly is a fantastic rental. Tiffany was very quick to reply to any questions, and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We received a personalized welcome basket, AND she even mailed us items we leave behind. They have everything you could possibly ask for in a rental. Tons of lake toys, plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and move around without being on top of each other. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the ice maker was the icing on the cake. PERFECT for keeping all our drinks cold in the coolers. Two refrigerators in the rental was very convenient. They also have an abundant amount of board games and the arcade machine that entertained the kids on adult down time :). We would definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Gaston.
