Dies ist eine schöne 2226 s. f. Split Grundriss nach Hause. Die Einrichtung ist eine gemütliche Kombination aus Antiquitäten und Moderne (Boho Chic). Es ist sehr geräumig, aber genauso gemütlich.
Sie treten durch eine 8ft Glasfronttür oder direkt durch die Garage mit 3 Autos ein. Fliesenböden, Kathedralendecken und ein gestapelter Steinkamin setzen den großen Raum in Szene.
Mit zwei Sofas (eines ist ein Versteckbett), einem 60-Zoll-Fernseher und Schiebereglern zum großen und privaten Garten. Ausgestattet mit einem beheizten Pool / Spa und Grill. Es gibt einen zusätzlichen gemütlichen Sitzbereich mit einer Feuerstelle aus Glas sowie eine zusätzliche umzäunte Terrasse neben der Küche mit einem Esstisch.

Aus dem großen Raum führen 8ft Scheunentüren zu einem riesigen Meister mit einem Kingsize-Bett, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Fernseher, begehbarer Dusche, Waschtisch und zwei Waschbecken.
Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 (eines hat ein Queensize-Bett, das andere ein King-Size-Bett) haben riesige raumhohe Kleiderschränke.

Dieses Haus befindet sich in den begehrten Wohnsiedlungen. Ein Katzensprung zum Golfplatz und zentral gelegen.

Love at first sight

We took two teenage girls for spring break and loved everything about this house. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plenty full and soft in the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. The location was perfect for us… It’s a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe and comfortable we did not want to leave and will be back! .

Great stay

This is the fifth year in this wonderful Burke house. We love the location where mountains and water are in view on our daily walks. It is a short drive to great restaurants, the London Bridge, and the downtown area. The house is spacious and well designed for entertaining grandkids when they visit. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and the backyard area is spacious for relaxing and entertaining. The host is extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

London Bridge visit

The location had easy access to the bridge and shopping area. Several high quality restaurants near the bridge with great views of the Lake. The home had a very nice layout, great coffee selection and a chocolate cake waiting for us. Excellent home for any mix of people.

Fantastic house

We absolutely loved this house. Great location and the split layout for two couples is nice, each with king beds. The host was easy to communicate with, left us a sweet welcome gift for our arrival which we enjoyed too. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, the pool spa and fire pit were fun and all in working order, just a great all around property.

Friends weekend

This house is beautiful. The decor is very cool with so much to look at. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The outside area is a great place to chill out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to all the action yet private and quiet. Lynn is a fantastic host. She responded immediately to all my inquiries. Highly recommended this property to anyone visiting Lake Havasu.

Havasu getaway

Everything we needed was at this home. We never had to leave. We enjoyed family time but there was plenty of space to have quiet time. We loved being close to the lake but far enough from any crowds. House was clean and quiet.

Great weekend getaway

Brought my family (adult kids) for a weekend on the lake. This house was a great size and a quick trip to the lake and the London Bridge area. The house had plenty of things to do (swimming pool, air hockey, pool table, books, music, and of course tv). Had a great time.

Beautiful Spacious home

Our stay was wonderful. This home has everything you need. Located in a great part of Havasu the home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The layout with the master on one side and guest rooms on the other was perfect. We brought our Lab to stay with us and she enjoyed the outdoor area. Lynn was the perfect host. The personal touches of a bone for our pup and a cake for us were unexpected and very much appreciated. We can’t wait to stay again.

Quiet , convenient neighborhood.

Pool was clean and warm. Spa great. Neighborhood quiet. Home and furniture very comfortable. Decorated nicely. Slept like a baby on king bed. Liked dish satellite and Netflix. Private backyard. Communication with host excellent. A few minor things were fixed right away. Loved the location in a well kept and beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Perfect home away from home getaway!

My family gathered in Lake Havasu this summer for the first time in nearly a decade! We had too many for one location so we branched off and got several rentals. In our rental were the adults without children, and this house was perfect for us! It was large enough to not be on top of eachother but cozy enough to be able to commune together in several areas inside and out! We are all foodies and really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as well as the grill and grilling utensils! The bedrooms were comfy and all had a wonderful fan to sleep under, there was a bar located in the living room, comfortable furniture inside and out and a wonderful selection of books to peruse all around the house! The pool was a little smaller than i am used to seeing but it was perfect for us as well as all of the seating options around it! The host was wonderfully helpful with communications throughout the whole process including our last minute canine addition, but the icing on the literal cake is that they make us a "welcome" cake, it was chocolate and beautiful and delicious! I have stayed at a lot of rentals and have never experienced that. I look forward to coming back to this rental again and again!

Lake Havasu holds my most favorite childhood memories on and around the Beautiful lake. I grew up in Ca. I moved here in 2016 to spend time with my father. Unfortunately he passed only 4 months later. I bought this beautiful home to keep me busy and slowly remodel. The beauty here reveals itself to me daily. From the sky's and sunsets to the friendly people, and of course the lake.

This property is one block over from my father's home. It is in the nicest area, south shore, off the golf course. It is spacious, yet still cozy. I loved the private back yard with entry into the master from the pool. Also, the big garage! I don't have toys yet, but it is so nice to enter the home from the garage. Also, the laundry room is a new bonus for me.
