Great stay, but issues with room keys!

I would normally have given the overall 5 stars, but twice we had issues with our room keys not working, the first time being right when we checked in. I had to drive back to the office to get them rescanned again. The second time was when my young son really had to use tge bathroom and ended up going in the bushes. The room itself was really nice and clean. It looked like it was just recently remodeled. The AC and all the appliances worked great, too.We would definitely stay again!

It was "decent".. with some unexpected downsides

First be careful of where you check-in. VRBO sent us an email with the WRONG site address. So after you finally get to the correct location after a day of traveling with your kids, make sure dead bugs are not under your pillows.

Very disappointed

After all day walking around and visiting all the parks, we came back very tired about 12 o’clock at night and the AC was not cooling after the AC guy came. He told us that this AC unit has been broken for a couple days and all they had him do was recharge so we are sitting here at 12 o’clock and I will no AC having to pack up all our clothes with the kids and move to another room was a little disappointed that they rented us the room, knowing they had an issue for the last couple days the AC met himself admitted to it When I let the manager know all he told me was that front desk was not aware of the situation

Nice but service could have been better

The water was turned off overnight for maintenance and they did a poor job of setting expectations. Saying the water would be off until 5am then not actively communicating timeline when it was off until almost 8 is really unfortunate.

Great Times Were Had!

We had a great stay at this resort and couldn't have planned it any better. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The condo was very nice and had everything we could ask for. There were restaurants available and bars for drinks. Lots of options for the different pools on the property. Would definitely recommend and super easy to get to and from Sea World. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Enjoyed the stay!

Everything was as described, and I would stay again. We had a great fanily visit! One tiny complaint... the on-site waterpark was an additional $25 per person/child. Swimming pools were abundant, but the resort charging for a featured amenity seems a bit excessive.

Family Vacation

The resort was very nice, I loved the pool with the poolside bar and the kids enjoyed the water park. We also enjoyed the arcade and the different restaurants. I was able to choose my room with the lake view and it was perfect. We even got to enjoy a firework show. We were only minutes away from Universal which was perfect.

Great stay for family of four

My wife & I stayed here while I was in town for a conference. The location was extremely convenient to the Convention Center, and it took us 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom on our Disney day. The walking trail, game room, swimming pools, and convenience store were excellent amenities for my wife to utilize to keep our small children occupied. We would definitely consider staying here again when our travels bring us back to Orlando. Thanks!

Nice lake…pools were nice but crowded…..golf carts on the paths were annoying and not safe…wish they had kayak or paddle boards for the lake

Great place!

It was an amazing place and location. We stayed here specifically for the amenities and it being so close to Sea World. The host communicated well. We even had to last minute add another day and was easily accommodating. This was not enough reason to dock a star, but we had to move to another room for our extra night, which was nerve wrecking as we had less than two hours to do it because check out is around 10, but we also wanted to leave at a specific time for Seaworld. We still got it done and that room was better because the bed on the first place (master king), was super soft and needs replacing. Still a great place. Will book again.

A lilttle dissapointment

I like the room. my kids enjoyed the stay. A little dissapointment in the first day of stay. we brought the attention in the front office that the master bedroom have a big water stain on the sheets from the ceiling. and we waited for that night since they said fresh sheets are coming 2nd call in the 2nd day morning. no one bring us. till we got back from disney still not replace. Last night of stay when we get our nee bed sheets. other than that all is awesome.

2 night stay

We enjoyed our stay even though it rained the whole 2 days we were there. An indoor pool would’ve been nice because we couldn’t swim due to the weather. Thankfully there are other fun indoor activities to do like bowling & an arcade. Great resort! Helpful, friendly staff! Large unit that fit our family of 6 perfectly!

Stayed here w my mother and 3yo daughter while I attended a conference at OCC Center. Biggest downside is that the “water park” was extra $. One would think that after spending the amount that we did on our stay the water park would be included. But overall wonderful stay, great staff and friendly, clean environment.

Went for a day at SeaWorld, but discovered that that the resort had SO MANY AMENITIES ( stuff for all ages ) that are just as fun as any theme park. We plan to return for a week in the summer :))

Tour of property took 4 hours..way too long

We booked with no intention on attending a presentation but was offered $200 to attend a 90 min presentation. The first sales associate was very nice. The lunch served was absolutely the lowest quality and presentation of lunch I have ever seen - hot dogs! After we made it clear we were not purchasing today, a second rep came over and began to push us to buy. He was challenging and offensive. Then a 3rd rep came over and offered another vacation get away…no! We said no and she continued to push. I had to get stern with her to let her know we needed to leave. Our day of vacationing was ruined. The actual condo was very nice and we slept very well. Would visit again but never doing that tour and presentation. Thanks!

PERFECT

This property was beautiful! My friends and I had an amazing weekend at our stay at the Westgate! The staff was very accommodating and made traveling in and out of the resort super easy! The property itself was stunning and super clean, would definitely want to stay here again!
