Cancelled 20 min before arrival

We did not have the opportunity to stay at this property. We were canceled on 20 min before arrival and 4 hours after check in. I was not notified of not having a place to stay until we had no place to stay. This was a very unacceptable way to start my vacation with no place to stay.

Super close to Knotts and the Beach

This house was such a pleasure to stay in very cozy and very well equipped definitely would stay here again. It is also in a nice neighborhood.

Great location

The location was absolutely perfect for our time at Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 6. But the beds were not very comfortable. As the listing mentioned, you do share a wall and driveway/parking with another rental, which was bothersome to us only once late at night. Outdoor grill was too disgusting to use, and there was no cleaning tool available. Kitchen was also lacking in adequate cookware for a family. But we made do. The neighborhood felt safe. And the host was easy to communicate with and happy to make a special trip to drop off the garbage bags we could not locate. Our favorite aspect of our entire stay was the location.

Very nice place, great host, good location

Our stay was very good, property was very convenient to Disneyland, which as center of our trip. Host (Diana) was awesome to deal with and communications, definitely showed concern for our wanting to have a good stay. Property was very nice, good space and parking. We would definitely stay at this location again if the opportunity came up in the future.

The house is cute and well equipped but some items need up keeping. It’s location is good too- super close to Disneyland, California Adventures and Knotts Berry Farm as well as restaurants and shopping. Overall our experience was good. We would definitely return. Great place to wind down from Disneyland

This house was perfect for us in size and near enough to Disneyland to allow us a mid-day break before going back in the evening since we had a rental car. The kitchen was missing adequate silverware and the water is very hard, but we enjoyed our stay.

I would probably rent here again

My wife and I, her sister, and two cousins stayed here for 8 days as an escape from our (collective) children trip. The one detail that was not explained in the ad was that this is actually a rancher house that has been divided into two rentals side by side. The main rental is a three bedroom - two bath unit. Beside (where the garage use to be) is a one bedroom unit for rent. During our stay, when no one was next door it was awesome. However, we had two different families rent the second space while we were there. One had a baby that did what baby's do - cried at random times in the night. The other had time it was a couple that had rather loud discussions at all hours of the evening and night. Other than that, the space was as advertised. Most importantly, it was clean! The location is very convenient to Disneyland and the highways. There was great local shopping just a few minutes drive away. Would I rent here again? Probably, depending on what else was available.

Great location for Disney travelers!

This home had pros and cons for us. It was a quick drive from Disney, had a cute outdoor area, and check-in was simple and easy. We felt that the home could have been cleaner- there were dirty footprints/handprints on the walls and doors, thumbtacks were left over the bedroom window from someone apparently hanging something, the 1st room was loud at night with all the traffic (due to the home being on a busy road), the laundry room had a strong mildew smell, but if the door is kept closed, you don’t notice it. Overall, a nice place to stay if Disney is your priority.
