We have stayed in this rental two years in a row. Our family absolutely loves it. The small kitty pool is a great touch when you have small children. The dock is redone and a great fishing spot. I 100% recommend this place if you have young children.

Family Vacation

The home was nice, beds were comfortable, kitchen was equipped. Dock was our favorite. crab traps, sunset pics and fishing. Washer machine is very loud do not run late evening, the front door is extremely hard to open. Enter code. Lift up on whole frame all within a time frame. Needs to be replaved or leveled. Otherwise we would stay here again. Location was great.

It is a beautiful place. Plenty of space and accomidations. We loved how close it was to everything and quick to the public beach access. My kids loved fishing off the dock and playing in the pools.

Relaxation in paradise!

This was a last minute find and was everything we had hoped for! We hardly needed a thing but decided to cook and was pleasantly surprised by what was supplied! I took my Ninja air cooker and was going to pressure cook a meal but had forgotten that attachment and found a crockpot in the pantry that saved the day! We were visiting from March 28th-April the 1st and the balconies were great to relax on and watch the waves in the ocean from the road facing balcony or on the back balcony facing the lagoon and catching large birds land in the marsh and blend in so well they disappeared! We walked to the beach as well as the pier to the lagoon! We really enjoyed the hot tub on our stay! We will definitely recommend this rental to others and hope to return again!

We had a wonderful week. The house was beautifully decorated. Unfortunately the AC upstairs went out twice while we were there. The first time maintenance had to be called twice before actually coming out and it wasn’t fixed till late into the evening. The second time maintenance arrived quickly for the repair. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back next year.

A/C Didn't Work on Second Floor of Unit

It was extremely hot upstairs, where 2 bedrooms and the loft are. We called the property management one afternoon and was told an A/C repair man would come out to check it out, but he never showed up. I called again the next day, and he did show up, and said he fixed the A/C unit, but it never cooled the upstairs down.

Not pleased at all

We arrived and the property was set to 80 degrees. After trying to cool it off, we realized the AC didn’t work at all. With 10 people, it was incredibly hot and humid. The following day I contacted the manager and she told us she would be getting in contact with a gentleman to come by. This was Friday night, we cancelled our plans waiting for the guy to show. Only for him to call and say he wasn’t coming and would call tomorrow. The next day, we never received a phone call whatsoever. Thank goodness for the cold front on Sunday and open windows or we would have been miserable. I emailed the issue after our stay and never heard back from the property manager. Not all what I expected for the amount of money I paid for my visit.

Trying out Gulf Shores for more than a vacation

The property was Great! The pictures do it justice. We (my wife and myself) wanted to stay in Gulf Shores for more than a typical visit of a week or two. Since we both are working from home we decided to try out a new location for home. We picked more bedrooms and baths because we needed two places to set up an office for each of our work at home requirements. Plus we invited a few family members to join us. We learned a lot about living on a beach and in a house on stilts. My wife setup her work station on the top floor where the Gulf waves can be heard on the south end of the house and the view of the Gulf water was great along with the sunrise and sunset. The north end of the house has a fine view of the Little Lagoon and that's where I setup my workstation. All in all we stayed two months. The only thing I would recommend is to make available a weekly maid or home cleaning service if people are staying longer than a week or two. Thanks for everything it was a great stay.

Who Cares!

The home is in a perfect location. It had everything you needed in the kitchen but the quality and condition were not great. The ceiling fans were very dusty. It would of been nice if there were a few amenities. The house next door had a kayak, bikes and water toys for the beach.

Great decor. Well maintained home.

Pool was greenish as the pump broke and wasn’t figured out until the day we left. Our unit was well maintained. Many amenities. Great vacation other than the “neighbors” who were rude and brought a ton of extra people into the pool one of the evenings.

Very excellent property to rent on the Bay

Who Cares 2 was a great property to Rent at a great location. We enjoyed running/walking on the less busy road in front of the property. The Beach access was excellent with it being a 1/4 mile away from the property. The Pier access was excellent for fishing and kayaking. We visited The Track for go-cart racing almost everyday. We ate in and ate out by buying groceries and using the excellent kitchen and driving a short distance to all of our favorite spots. The only funny thing was the quite sensitive smoke detector, or maybe that was just my cooking! :) We loved our stay! We want to plan another trip soon! Thank you!

A perfect getaway!

This was actually my second beach house choice and I am happy to say I am glad the first one fell through! It was everything it promised. Clean, comfortable and updated with a 2013 pottery barn decor! It featured all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. My family loved it and we will return. We give it five stars!
