Ruhige Beach Block Townhouse - 8 Personen

1st Floor Master geht zurück zum Erdgeschoss Deck mit Tisch, Stühlen, Gasgrills und Sonnenschirm. Persönlicher Abstellraum mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Boogie-Boards und Strandspielen. Große Außendusche mit heißem und kaltem Wasser für die langen Tage am Strand. Alle Betten wurden vor kurzem im 1. Stock ersetzt. 2. Stock hat neu Küche mit Frühstücksinsel umgebaut. Toller Raum zum Essen und Faulenzen mit 3 Sofas, eines mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa für 2 Personen und einem 65 "-Flachbildfernseher mit 1080i-Bildschirm und Bose-Sound. Auf der 2. Etage befindet sich auch ein begehbares Deck mit Liegestühlen im Freien und einem Sonnenschirm Frühstück.

Fantastic Beach Getaway!

House is exactly like described and as shown in the pictures. everything was clean and there is pretty much anything you would need for your stay. The host Scott was quick to respond with answers to questions. We had 6 adults and the house was perfect. There are chairs, umbrellas and other beachy stuff available for use in the shed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and gadgets. Location was perfect being one block from the beach and a few block from town. The whole family had a great time . We would not hesitate to book again!

Rental as described. Very clean, great location. Had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Owner very responsive. Would rent again.

Relaxing and convenient

Very nice townhouse. Very convenient to the beach entrance. The home was very comfortable and spacious enough for everyone to be together or have some quiet time alone. Highly recommend Scott as a host!

As Advertised and More!

This house is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed. Had everything you would expect and then some. Bikes, bogey boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. No need to pack all that stuff if you don't want to. Walk to beach is very easy. Nice quite neighborhood. Owner was very accessible when we had questions. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. It was just a short walk to the beach. Scott was very attentive throughout the stay.

Great place in Brigantine

We had a great time at this property! There is everything you could possibly need at the house, and if it's not there, Scott, the owner, makes sure you get it! It is very comfortable and user-friendly. You might need long sleeves and pants for bed time because the AC gets very cold! Thanks for all your help, Scott! We loved our time there!

Just what we were looking for!

Lucked out with this great three bedroom+ townhome. Everything was in order and ready for us when we arrived a couple of hours early. Scott, the owner, welcomed us and gave us a tour. We had a couple of questions about a few minor things the first day or two and Scott was readily available to reach, and with solutions. Kitchen had everything you could need, Nice family room for getting everyone together. The porch is great. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend any time out there because it was so hot we were either in the water or in the nicely cooled air conditioned home. Great outdoor shower - a MUST for me! Shed was loaded with anything you could possibly need. So glad we didn't have to schlep beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Sweet one block walk to the beach - a real treat for us. We would go back - and hope to! Thank you Scott for the extra time we had on our last day. Very accommodating.

Wonderful townhouse in quiet Brigantine neighborhood just steps to the beach

My family spent a wonderful week (August 4-11, 2018) at Scott’s Brigantine Beach townhouse. It is very close to the beach access path, less than a full block; and he provides beach access tags (and yes, the beach staff did come around and ask to see them!). The house had everything we could have needed, and more. The kitchen is very well supplied, and you can tell it was recently remodeled with top end appliances, counters, etc … there is even a separate wine and beer fridge. The 2nd floor outdoor deck has lots of comfy sitting. There is also a table with chairs on the back 1st level patio, along with a large gas grill, which we used several times. There is a good sized shed with lots of beach stuff you can use … lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc; including a cart to wheel your things down to the beach. There were even 3 or 4 bikes you can use. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, with not a lot of traffic, and lots of sidewalks for taking walks, running, etc. But equally impressive with how nice of a place he has, I just can’t say enough good things about Scott as our host! Even before we booked the place, he quickly responded to questions I sent to him via the rental app … and then when questions came up during our stay, I never had to wait long for him to respond (it was usually just a matter of minutes). He also offered up helpful suggestions for things in the area we might want to consider doing. You can tell he is proud of his place, as well he should be, and is eager for his guests to enjoy it too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again if visiting Brigantine. Wonderful house!

This house was fully stocked with anything you could ever need. The owners just ask that you replace what you use. It was nice to have an upstairs and downstairs so that your family can spread out. The upstairs porch is also great and we used it often. Very close to the beach, only 1 block. But just know that the beach is longer than the northern end of the island. The shed was also fully stocked with a buggy, umbrella, plenty of chairs, and games. I couldn’t speak more highly of this property and Scott, one of the owners!! Highly recommend
