Dieses wunderschön renovierte Haus, eingebettet in ein kleines Paradies, ist nur einen Steinwurf vom Lido Beach entfernt. Ein frischer und freundlicher Ort zum Entspannen, Entspannen und genießen Sie Ihre private, reife, üppige Umgebung. All dies ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von diesem malerischen Lido-Haus entfernt. Zu Fuß zum Strand ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, 0. 2 Meilen. Zu Fuß nach St. Armands ist ca. 8 Minuten, 0. 4 Meilen.

Private Paradise

Everything was ready for us to enjoy our vacation! Easy check in, parking, clean, well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Easy walk to the beach, St. Armands circle and to catch the free Trolly to downtown Sarasota. The pool was amazing!!! Heated, private and surrounded by beautiful palms and tropical plants. Perfect private paradise! We will be back!!!

Loved everything about it!

Fantastic time, beach within walking distance and St Armands (a little sad that quite a few businesses have not yet reopened following the hurricanes). Property equipped with everything one could need and more! Truly home from home. Next time we’re back in Sarasota we will definitely hope to rebook.

Wonderful, easy booking process with owners. Extremely clean home with a private pool under palm trees. Great starter with easy walking distance to Lido key beach. It was heaven. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I spent a week here and it was best experience we could have asked for. The property manager was so attentive and always making sure we had what we needed. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our days out there. This house had everything you could imagine needing down to makeup removing towels. I was so impressed and cannot wait to return!

A charming little property, that is absolutely perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean, very well maintained and with everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The garden and pool area is a superb retreat, providing plenty of sun and shade throughout the whole day.

Wonderful Beach Bungalow

The Bungalow was beautiful and very accommodating for my wife, girls and I . We loved having the pool to relax in after a "tough day" at the beach... This property is fantastic not only because of the property itself, but also its location from/to both the beach and the circle. Both are easily within walking distance. Awesome Property and Owner

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and sometimes I get the feeling that the owner cleaned out all their old stuff out of their home and put it in their VRBO. Not the case here, nicely decorated and stocked for your time here (kitchen is nicely equipped as well). Location is just a five minute walk to the beach and seven minutes to St. Armands Circle. Pool was nice and the owner keeps it heated without charging you extra! Overall the property is well taken care of, nicely decorated, well stocked and well located along with a good owner!

Almost perfect!

Love this place. A little oasis just a couple blocks from the water. Were comfortable doing almost nothing while were there because it’s that cozy and private feeling. The only issue and this is a minor one...disability access. However I’m fairly handy and overcome this on my own. We’ve stayed twice and plan many returns.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is very nice with the description and photos of the property spot on. Overall cleanliness upon arrival was exceptional. Pool area very private with lots of palm trees and tropical plants surrounding that provide the perfect mix of sun and shade the entire day. Kitchen was well equipped for anything you'd need. Even has a good set of knives! Overall location of the property is amazing. Just a blocks walk to the beach (the property provides everything you need - chairs, buggy and umbrella) and St. Armands Circle which has everything from shopping, dining and live entertainment. Whatever you do, don't miss the sunsets, they're amazing!

Fantastic Lido Key Hideaway

The house was very well appointed inside and out. The privacy created by the wall and landscaping made you feel like you were on your own island in the tropics. The pool was just the right size to cool off and enjoy the sunshine. The palms give just enough shade when you need it. The inside had plenty of room for our family of four. It was extremely clean and updated. It had all of the kitchen items we needed as well as extra towels, etc. It was a very quick walk to the beach (I highly recommend the traditional lobster roll from the concession stand) and the house had all the beach items you need. I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Lido Key / Sarasota Property

My wife and I took our two boys (9) and (4) for a week's vacation. This property was perfect for our family, and Sandy (property manager) was excellent to work with and a proactive communicator. The house was in the perfect location for walking/biking to both the beach and St. Armand's Circle. We had bikes delivered to the house and made use of them to bike to Lido Key Beach, St. Armands Circle, South Lido Key Beach, and Mote Marine Aquarium, to name a few. We also took multiple drives to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. Did I say the location is fantastic. As for the property itself the pool was and landscaping was a wonderful oasis to take a break from the heat, and enjoy some privacy. Very spacious and well maintained. Inside, the entire house was updated and had all of the creature comforts one would expect at home. For a family of four this place was excellent.

Lori has been a long-time visitor to Florida for getaways from the Washington DC cold. She's spent most of her time in the Sarasota area and just fell in love with Lido Beach and it’s eclectic shopping and fantastic restaurants in St. Armand’s Circle. Enjoying the type of vacation where you don’t need to always find parking, Lori found this home nestled amongst rich, private vegetation, with the ability to walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. She also loves traveling and getting to know the people from all over the world.
Claudia who is your Chief Hospitality Manager, is a local to Sarasota. She is an incredible property manager and a powerhouse of information for local cuisine and things to do in the area. Her number one priority is you! You will be pleased with her care and concern for your comfort.
Clearly we both love this part of Florida! We especially love hosting families and friends who enjoy such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lido. We enjoy the local restaurants and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love the house. It's often referred to as a "private little Garden of Eden" by our guests and we agree. We love hosting people in our guesthouse, and look forward to meeting travelers & helping them feel as comfortable and at home as possible while in Florida.

Beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops is a short 5 minute walk from the home.
The Lido Pavilion, located on the beach is 50 yards from the front door. Grant Drive is one of the quietest streets on Lido Key allowing you to bask in the simple pleasures of island life. At both ends of Lido Key there are Parks that you can bike or walk through, enjoying special 'look-outs' to the beautiful Mangroves surrounding that portion of Lido Key. Kayak rentals are available to get up close and personal with the natural shore lines surrounding Sarasota bay.
Mote Marine, a beautiful Aquarium where you can explore the many beautiful sea animals that live in the Gulf of Mexico is located just off the north end of the key.
Over the Ringling Bridge to mainland Sarasota you can take advantage of many wonderful experiences and a rich cultural community. From the Ringling Museum, to the ballet, opera or concerts at the Van Wezel, to gorgeous downtown Sarasota with its picturesque bay-front. With street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut it is a very tropical setting. Downtown Sarasota also boasts a beautiful movie theater, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

The POOL! Private and relaxing! Pool heater! This home is wonderfully private, lots of lush surroundings provide privacy and a fantastic tropical paradise. There is an extra indoor bathroom sink with mirror for the ease of two people getting ready at the same time which always seems to be a problem when you're on vacation. Why waste time waiting for a sink when you can be on the beach or relaxing by the pool! There is also an extra outdoor shower!!
