Setzen Sie sich um den Bistrotisch oder schauen Sie auf die Hickory und Pinien und Azaleenbüsche. Dieses zweistöckige Haus wurde stilvoll renoviert und verfügt über einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit einem Statement-Kamin. Es verfügt über eine Fülle von Fenstern. Drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und ein Vollbad. Das Badezimmer hat zwei Waschbecken und Wanne / Dusche-Kombination. Das halbe Bad befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Essbereich neben der Küche. Wäschetrockner. Hinterhof auf der Gasse. Überwachungs- oder Aufzeichnungsgeräte auf dem Grundstück - Überwachungskameras an der Außenseite des Hauses, die alle Außenbereiche aufzeichnen.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die an der Hauptstraße liegt. In Gehweite sind Trader Joe, Aldi's, Whole Foods und Walgreens. Es gibt ein tolles thailändisches Restaurant gleich um die Ecke.

Die malerischen Shem Creek Bars und Restaurants, der Mount Pleasant Waterfront Park, die Cooper River Bridge und der Patriot's Point Yorktown befinden sich 1 bis 2 km entfernt.

Zur Isle of Palms sind es 16 Autominuten. Nach Sullivan's Island, das ist der Coleman Blvd. Von der Nachbarschaft sind es 12 Minuten. Beide sind öffentliche Strände.

Wonderful Home!

In Mt Pleasant for a wedding and found this cute townhouse. Beds were so comfortable, very nice linens & pillows. Well stocked kitchen- I loved that there were all the condiments, spices, paper plates , cups. Etc. My grandchildren had a safe little yard to play in- perfection all around!

Perfect Charleston/Mount Pleasant Getaway

This property was comfortable for five to six guests as well as very clean and convenient to all tourist attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. It was an easy short drive to the City of Charleston Historical area for shopping and dining at local restaurants. And it was also a short drive to Sullivan’s Island and a pleasant but slightly longer drive to Magnolia Plantations & Gardens in Charleston. Michelle, the property manager, made check-in and check-out easy, provided basic household supplies for our four-night stay as well as local tourist attraction information for the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. My husband, college friends, and I would definitely stay at this wonderful accommodation again in the future. Thank you for a great getaway!

Perfect Place

This townhouse was just what we needed for our long weekend in Charleston. It is comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed our afternoons in the shady backyard for happy hour 🍻. This property is a great location for visiting the city and Mt Pleasant. So close to Shem Creek and Patriot’s Point. We loved it.

Great location and amenities

The place is in the perfect little spot to get around Mount Pleasant and grab groceries, to get to Sullivans island for the beach and even supplies beach chairs which is super nice, and easy to get into Charleston. They had all the little things a little group would need for the week as well like coffee, hair blow dryer and even bandaids

We loved the house, very clean and cute decor. Michelle was great to work with, very open line of communication and she even got us into the property an hour early! Which was fantastic as we came from MI and wanted out of the car!! ☺️ House was close to everything you could need, would definitely stay again if we were to come back to SC!

Wonderful Stay

My two friends and I stayed for 5 days and we had an amazing time. The townhouse is beautiful and so immaculate. Everything basically was provided from towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, spices, coffee, tea, etc. The location was great as it is convenient to major roads and close to stores and restaurants. The area is quiet and pleasant. We would definitely recommend Michelle's home and we would love to stay again when in the area.

Finally post Covid vacation

We found the property on Vrbo. The property was in a great location . Many restaurants and bars very close. We tend to visit many beaches while in Charleston and this townhouse is a perfect location. The townhouse has everything you would need for your vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans , spices.. All bedding was very clean and nice quality. Plenty of towels both bath and beach. Also provided beach chairs, beach towels, baby sun shade and a pack and play along with a stroller If your traveling with a child you really only need to pack their clothes. Michelle the host responded very promptly to all of our questions and we didn’t need to reach her during our stay as everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Charleston. The whole rental process was seem less. No issues at all. I know if we had any Michelle would of addressed them promptly. Most important we all felt safe in this location. Thank you very much Michelle.

The best equipped VRBO stay we've ever had!

We enjoyed our stay with our 4 young children. Everything was neat, clean, and functional. Every need seemed to have been thought about in advance - even down to my need for a little bit of vegetable oil while cooking one night! They have a pack n play, a high chair, and a baby gate which really helped us out and left more space in our car for other beach items! The townhouse is in a great location - walking distance to Aldi and Trader Joes and also in a great neighborhood for walking and running.

Perfect spot

We stayed for a girls weekend and this home was fab. Great spot...walking distance to food stores and Shem creek bars/restaurants and just a 10$ uber to downtown. Beautiful townhouse and convenient location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is super convenient and the home is very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our small family and it was kid-friendly for our 2 year-old. If we visit again in the future we would absolutely pick this same property again!

Close to everything

Well appointed, sparkling clean condo. Close to downtown Charleston and beaches . Mount Pleasant has a lot to offer as well and has outstanding restaurants too. Owners were easy to work with. Look forward to returning.
