Willkommen in der luxuriösesten Residenz am Meer in Santa Teresa. Dieses brandneue Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand und bietet den ultimativen privaten Urlaub. Wenn Sie Villa De Luz betreten, werden Sie mit einem atemberaubenden und ruhigen Wasserspiel begrüßt. Ihr privater Strandzugang führt Sie direkt auf den weißen Sand, der sich in beide Richtungen kilometerweit erstreckt. Mit 6.600 Quadratmetern Fläche, 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 1/2 Bädern, fantastischen Innen- und Außenbereichen und einem Infinity-Pool bietet die Villa De Luz alle Zimmer, die Sie zum Entspannen und Genießen benötigen. Alle 6 Schlafzimmer sind mehr als geräumig und bieten in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Spa-ähnliches Bad. Das Haus hat trendige Fliesenboden, Bambusboden in den Schlafzimmern und 10 Fuß hohen Decken. Die Gourmet-Küche verfügt über Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und Top-Geräte. Der große Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Personen und die Barhocker an der Theke bieten Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Alle Möbel in Villa De Luz wurden nach Wahl des Besitzers angefertigt. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Sitzbereich mit einem Grill. Die 9 Fuß hohen Glasschieber können über die gesamte Vorderseite des Hauses geöffnet werden, um den atemberaubenden Meerblick und die Außenelemente zu genießen oder geschlossen und sicher mit allen Bereichen des Hauses klimatisiert. Der Besitzer ist ein Custom Builder aus Newport Beach, CA und hat seine Expertise beim Bau der Villa De Luz genutzt. Sobald Sie den Sonnenuntergang vom Infinity-Pool der Villa De Luz aus beobachten, wissen Sie, dass Sie die richtige Wahl für Ihren Urlaub getroffen haben.

Die Gegend ist bekannt für Surfen, Yoga, Vogelbeobachtung, Reiten, Zip Lining, Angeln, ATV-Touren und Wildtiere. Unser Manager / Concierge kann helfen, viele wunderbare und unvergessliche Aktivitäten zu arrangieren. Die Gegend bietet auch eine Reihe von spektakulären Restaurants, von denen viele zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wenn Sie jedoch lieber zu Hause kochen, gibt es einen Markt, der auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Lokale Köche können ebenfalls ausgeliehen werden.

Unsere Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um all Ihre Bedürfnisse, um Ihren Aufenthalt entspannend und unterhaltsam zu gestalten. Das Personal schließt einen Sicherheitsbeamten von den Stunden von 6 am - 6 PM jede Nacht ein, die ausschließlich zu unserem Eigentum nur, ein Gärtner / ein Hausmeister, ein Housekeeping und ein Manager / ein Portier ist. Ein Wäscheservice steht für 15 USD pro Ladung zur Verfügung.

Die Besitzer haben ein wahrhaft luxuriöses Erlebnis geschaffen, indem sie Boutique-Hotel-Annehmlichkeiten in einer privaten Residenz anbieten. Brüllaffen während des Tages und Leuchtkäfer nachts. Private Yogakurse, Massagen und Gourmet-Köche können Sie bequem von zu Hause aus besuchen. Wir befinden uns am nördlichen Ende der wunderschönen Santa Teresa, nur wenige Gehminuten vom renommierten Florblanca Resort entfernt.

The only house you need to book for your next trip to Santa Teresa

From the very start, booking and asking questions has never been easier. My family of 10 (plus a baby) has been vacationing in Santa Teresa for the last 3 years. Not only did this house fit our large group perfectly we were able to wash our hands of all the tedious vacation organization. The house manager, Marisel went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before and during our stay. Communication was quick and effective, we had ATVs waiting for us at the house, a taxi service was arranged for us and she helped arrange the private chef. The house was beyond amazing and our first time staying on the beach, which was a game-changer! I was worried about the sun exposure with my 7-month-old but the house was the perfect setup for my small family, the pool and direct beach was 70%-80% shaded. This was huge for me as we did not need to travel with umbrellas and a lot of beach/pool essentials. If you are looking for a place to enjoy with your group/family this is the house and crew for you!

Beautiful house, gracious host, terrible owner

House was beautiful and as described. Location was great, Marisel was a very nice and accommodating host. Problem is with ownership and their absurd rules. Had another family staying down the road from us who came to join us for dinner and play some games together. Was told by Marisel that the owners heard about this and would not allow our friends to visit for dinner or join us for board games after. Only the exact number of people on the reservation. Ridiculous- in all my years of renting nice houses and enjoying beautiful rentals, this has never happened. Also. The maids made things nice and clean and did a nice job, it felt like we were being spied on daily. Last minute, we had 2 additional friends join the kids and didn’t think anything of it. However, the morning after our arrival I received an email from the owner to the effect of, “you have 2 more people than you initially placed on the reservation. Pay Marisel $1500 now or the police will come and kick you out”. First, why not state something more to the effect of, “I understand you have additional guests, this requires $XX additional, etc”. I was shocked, both by the time and the fact that I needed to pay that additional amount. With my hands tied, I went to an ATM and got the $ and made my ransom payment. Very awkward with the staff the rest of the stay (though again, don’t fault Marisel, she’s just following the orders) In sum, gorgeous house, very clean, great location, horrible service and follow-up from owner (friends can’t come over for dinner!!??) so would neither recommend this house nor consider staying there again.

Paradise on the Beach

This home was perfect for my large family gathering. Spacious, large bedrooms with incredible baths in each room, we could not have asked for more. Luxury at its finest. Every detail thought of and the staff made the trip extra special. My family was so happy, the beach at your front door and the best!!! .

Amazing house to discover Santa Teresa

The location is priceless. On the best beach of santa Teresa but also walking distance to good restaurants.. Amazing yoga classes a short drive away. Surfing in front of the house. The House is easy to use, the kitchen is great (Dishwasher might need replacement), the outdoor dining is fabulous with the sound of the ocean right there, the garden is very well maintained , the living room is large and welcoming and the bedrooms are all very comfortable . The service and the caretaker were all amazingly helpful. Our only issue was maybe that all showers did not work amazingly so it makes it a fabulous house for a week, but not necessarily for a month stay. We will come back again in that very house as we absolutely felt blessed by the place. (A family of 10)

Remarkable home and views

Everything about villa de Luz was amazing! We were sad to leave. Walking in through the large front door to the calming water walkway was refreshing. The house is very clean and the housekeepers daily were great and much appreciated. The pool was perfect for our young twins and the surf was perfect for my older surfer son. Everything worked properly. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and air worked when needed. My kids loved finding the little crabs that would make there way in to the water walkway! We will certainly be back!

Beautiful Beachfront!

The house and property are better than the beautiful pictures. It is well equipped and comfortable both inside and outside. It is clear that a great deal of thought was put into the detailed design and construction. The staff is phenomenal in that they are incredibly responsive and attentive. Especially, Alejandra the Concierge, who was available upon a moments notice and seemed to magically be able to meet any need you might have regardless of whether it was dinner reservations, board rentals, surfing lessons, yoga, golf cart rental or anything else you could possibly want. The location is so beautiful it is difficult to put into words. You will wake up every morning in awe of the view and what the area has to offer. However, it is watching the sunset each night from this gorgeous location that will leave you amazed. It is a magnificent place to stay and our family had a truly memorable and wonderful holiday. We cannot wait to come back again!

Beach Bliss

Villa de Luz was the perfect set up for our two families totaling 10. There was actually easily room for another family in this roomy beach compound. The house had everything you would desire in a beach house. The house is basically new with beautiful finishes and amazing nano doors that let the outside in. The property is set right on the beach with a beautiful surf break out front. The ideal location enabled a quick walk to the market and restaurants. We definitely plan to come back to this slice of heaven!

Absolutely AMAZING!

Entering Villa de Luz is actually walking into paradise. From the time you enter the cool, inviting entry with the bubbling fountain, you can feel yourself beginning to completely relax. The home is designed with comfort and space in mind. The detail put into every aspect of this home, from the furnishings to soft towels is evident. Our communication with Cathy and the staff felt personal, they truly wanted us to enjoy every moment of our time in Santa Teresa. We stayed at Villa de Luz for seven days with our family...ten in all, ages two to sixty-six. Every member of our family agrees, it was the most amazing home we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. But, it wasn't JUST the home itself, but the POOL!! Right on the beach...the infinity pool...warm, the perfect size, a shallow area for little ones. We loved the pool. And, if that wasn't enough to make our stay perfect, the home provided a staff that met our every need. From transportation arrangements through Ugo, to the concierge, Carmen, to the wonderful housekeepers, gardeners, chefs, and security, our every need was met by truly wonderful people. We felt very pampered and at ease. All we had to do was show up...EVERYTHING else was provided and arranged for us. Santa Teresa, and the surrounding area, gave us opportunities to snorkel, surf, swim, hike, horseback ride, fish, zipline, dine in wonderful restaurants, and view incredible animals, birds, and wildlife. The beach just out the front door, was stunning with beautiful sunsets, shells, and soft sand. We can't even begin to give a high enough review for Villa de Luz. The vacation of a lifetime, surrounded by a spectacular setting, in a truly unique and beautiful home. Thank you Cathy for sharing it with all of us! We will truly treasure our memories from Villa de Luz.

A one word description would be "intoxicating"

Upon your arrival you will have a hard time believing what your eyes are witnessing. It will speak to your very heart and soul. It is magnificent beyond description. There is not one detail left unattended, to satisfy your every need. You will feel a with a sense of serenity and contentment, no longer found in many places. The home is absolutely beautiful, more like spectacular! The grounds are tended to on a daily basis, but still maintain a "jungle" environment. The warm ocean, fabulous surf, are just steps away . . . . . The sunsets are more than memorable. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The "natives" are from all over the world, from all walks of life, and provide intellectual conversations if that is what you are also looking for. If if you are there to enjoy your quiet, private time, you will be more than accurately satisfied. One thing for certain, you will never forget "Villa de Luz".
