Willkommen in der "Villa Del Lago" auf der Südseite von 30A in der Wohnanlage Camp Creek Lake. Dieses Haus am See liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum sehr privaten Strand und bietet einen privaten Pool. Mehrere Außenbereiche mit direktem Seeblick machen Unterhaltung zum Kinderspiel. Ein Hinterhofpfad führt Sie zu Ihrem privaten Dock, in dem Sie Paddleboards und Kajaks starten können. Dies ist auch ein fantastischer Ort, um Krabben zu gehen!

Mit großen Fenstern und einer gewölbten Decke öffnet sich der Wohnbereich zu einem Balkon mit Seeblick. Das offene Konzept der Hauptebene ermöglicht einen einfachen Übergang von der Gourmetküche zum gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Ein Frühstücksraum mit Platz für vier Gäste und der große Esstisch aus Granit bietet Platz für sechs Personen.

Nur ein oder zwei Schritte vom Hauptwohnbereich entfernt befindet sich die Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und einem fabelhaften individuell gefliesten Master-Bad. Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Gästezimmer und Badezimmer auf der Hauptebene mit einem elegant eingerichteten Verbindungsgang.

Das erste Stockwerk beherbergt zwei Gästezimmer, die zu einem privaten Seeuferdeck mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien führen. Ein individuell gestaltetes Gäste-WC und eine Waschküche vervollständigen den Raum auf der ersten Ebene. Parken ist auf der Auffahrt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung gestellt. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is ideal...just a short walk down a path to the beach. Beach is very private and not crowded. House had ample space and very clean. Pool was a great place to cool down after a hot day at the beach.As an owner of vacation rental properties (I have 2 on VRBO), I'm well aware of the pros and cons of owning/managing them. As rewarding as they can be, they can also be frustrating trying to please every guest. With that said, I have a few recommendations for this property. One, I would recommend a monthly pest control service to address the ant issue near the pool. It doesn't take long until they are on your ankles/feet. Second, I would invest in beach items for guests to use, specifically foldable beach chairs. The house had 3, but 2 of them were broken and unusable. One of my vacation properties is also on the beach and I know firsthand the frustration of having to replace broken/abused items but, to me, it's worth the expense to provide that level of service to guests.Overall, I would give this rental 5/5 stars. The 2 items I mentioned wouldn't deter me from renting this property again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay our only complaints were that the pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to call twice about getting it clean. It should have been sparkling when we arrived. Our other complaint the ceiling fans in the whole house need to be replaced. The ones in there are old and outdated and did not cool a room. For the amount of money charged at this property it should be updated and better stocked with towels etc. Location was great it would have been perfect if these two things could be addressed.

The house was clean and had everything you needed—plenty of room for three families to stay and live comfortably. The pool was kept up and clean as well. The house's location was close to the beach, and the lake was just in the backyard with easy access. Also, the house location was centralized in between all the shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Having the place in the gated area felt safe and secluded. There is nothing I would change about the accommodations and the experience.

Great property, 4 min walk to beach. Bikes were used a bunch and the pool as well. The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was the gas grill was not clean. It needs to be replaced. Very low density on the beach which we loved. Great time Thanks

Best kept secret

Location is probably the sweetest spot on 30A that we ever stayed with the best of both worlds with camp creek lake and easy non crowded beach access. House lay out was somewhat strange and you could tell it was an original house that has been added on to. Really not enough seating in living area with only a 3 seater couch and chair and ottoman. Most 5 bedroom houses would have more seating. Kitchen well equipped. The views and lake access were amazing and made for great kayaking and paddle boarding. The bikes were perfect for riding to hub and Surrounding areas. The first bedroom off the back of kitchen with bathroom attached was pretty warm. Ventilation was terrible with only one air vent that put out next to no cool air. We bought an oscillation fan after the first night that did provide some relief but it was never completely comfortable. We left the fan for the next renters. But hands down we had a wonderful time and would stay again at this location in a heartbeat:)

Our large extended family was so happy to be able to find a place big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We really loved having our own private pool. And the beach was easily accessible. The folks at the rental company were very responsive and easy to work with. We also rented a golf cart and could scoot up and down 30A.
