Die Hauptetage ist ein offenes Wohnkonzept mit Blick auf den Golf von jedem Punkt. Mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten für TV oder Golfblick, einem Essbereich für 6 Personen und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche zum Knabbern oder Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten ist dies ein großartiger Treffpunkt für Ihre Gruppe. Das riesige Golf-Vorderdeck liegt direkt vor der Tür und lädt zum Essen, Grillen, Faulenzen oder Sonnenbaden ein. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten und einem Vollbad.

Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das große Hauptschlafzimmer am Golf mit einem großen angrenzenden Bad mit Whirlpool und ebenerdiger Dusche. Öffnen Sie die Schieberegler auf dem privaten Deck und begrüßen Sie den Tag mit Ihrer ersten Tasse oder beenden Sie den Tag mit Ihrer letzten!
Ein zusätzliches Kingsize-Schlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage und teilt das große Bad mit dem Meister.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben große Flachbildfernseher.
Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist ein großartiger Rückzugsort. Zwei Futons zum Entspannen, ein neues Schlafsofa, ein Vollbad, ein großer Flachbildfernseher und Schiebetüren zu einem der drei vorderen Golfdecks. Dieses Zimmer bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen zum Schlafen.

Incredible Views in a Little Slice of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was perfect for our family vacation and it was great that our two dogs were able to join us! The location is perfect, with quiet surroundings, and two neighbors to the right of us. The basement space on the first floor was perfect for the kids because it was quiet and separated from the other two floors. The views from the main and top floor are incredible; there's nothing like waking up and having coffee to that view every day. The space was very clean with a lot of natural light, and there was plenty of room for a big group to spread out, when needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with necessities, along with beach toys in the garage for the kids! Communication with the hosts was always very seamless and they were very friendly and welcoming! We'd highly recommend this space for families and would stay here again in the future!

Great Family Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a three family getaway to our favorite beach, and this place was fantastic for us! We had a total of 11 people ranging in age from 3y to 78y, and everyone had a fantastic time! There was plenty of room for everyone, and you just can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Everything we needed to cook for our stay was available to us, including a slow cooker and a fantastic outdoor grill. There were some beach items available in the garage and on the back deck, such as beach chairs, floats, and boogie boards. The condo was clean and spacious, and each family had a nice place to retreat at the end of a long day at the beach. We’ll definitely be booking through this company again!

We also appreciated the TVs in each room, so when someone wanted a break, there was that option. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. It's great having a washer and dryer on site. The rental company was very attentive to any request. Negative things were all the step-ups and patio door sweeps. Everyone on our trip tripped or stubbed their toe at least once. The mattress on the bottom-level foldout sofa was horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing House and location

This is a great house with spacious room to accommodate our family. I loved that the bottom floor had sleeping arrangements as well. The location is perfect and the view was spectacular.

Greatest time ever with family

The company met us at the townhouse and made sure we were ok with everything. Since I had rented property I knew what was needed for the week as far as utensils,etc. This place was stocked full of everything you need. We did most of the cooking there so we needed nothing. The place was very clean and they had some nice beach toys for the kids. The view was spectacular and the seating outside was very comfortable for everyone. We were very very happy with the accommodations and we will bdefinitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Perfect location

Very clean, beach decor was fun and felt like home. The views were amazing from sunrise to sunset. Loved hearing the ocean waves breaking, feeling the ocean breeze and smelling the fresh ocean air. This was definitely what we were looking for in relaxing and enjoying the beach. Loved that it is not commercialized and the people are so friendly. Great seafood restaurants near by with outstanding food. I will definitely be back.. It’s a great getaway area and so beautiful. Plus this location was fur baby friendly which was an added bonus for us.. ABSOLUTELY loved it!!!

Touch of Paradise in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place to stay with plenty of privacy for multiple families. Met with a friendly representative upon arrival to a very clean and well-maintained unit to welcome us for the week and answer any questions. The balconies off the master suite and main deck are perfect for daytime ocean views and nighttime stargazing. Located in the garage is a nice surprise of amenities (floats, noodles, chairs, shovels, nets, and buckets) We collected shells during the day and ventured out for crab hunting/beach walking at night. Minor issues during our visit:1)Master bedroom door wouldn't stay shut (propped a pillow on the outside of the door for privacy). 2)Oven wouldn't heat above 290 degrees after 40 minutes (adjusted by cooking stove top or using the propane grill). 3)Sleeper sofa mattress is very thin and springy (made the kids sleep on it).4) Sliding glass door on main floor wouldn't lock.You must try Deb's for the best coffee and Alphy's for the best breakfast in Navarre Beach! Overall, our family had a great experience and will absolutely be back!

The house is so clean and perfect for families! The beaches of Navarre are beautiful and the townhouse is perfectly located within a few feet of the beach. The staff at Blue Moon Realty are the BEST! Very accommodating and quick to respond to texts, phone calls or emails. This is the second time we’ve rented from them.

Very Relaxing!!!

We love Navarre Beach! This is our second time staying at a house that Blue Moon Rentals manage. The house was big enough to accommodate 4 teens, a toddler, infant, and 4 adults with room to spare. Kitchen had every thing we needed to make meals at the house. We loved that we were able to just walk right out to the beach. We also spent some time on the decks watching dolphins swim early one morning. The beds were a bit harder than what I prefer but I still slept like a baby! Loved that we were close enough to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back to Navarre!

A lovely time in a lovely place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse is so comfortable and equipped so thoughtfully! It is also quite lovely, as the photos show.Its location is excellent, but note that we were there in the winter. In the more popular beach months, the public access next door might get very busy. We did not use the sofa sleeper or the day bed on the lowest level, so I can't comment on their comfort level, but the other beds were very comfotabel. It is true that the higher you go in this townhouse, the lower the water pressure in the showers, but it really isn't an issue and is to be expected. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided wonderful service and many thoughtful touches; I am very impressed with them and with this townhome!

Beach views all day!

Large property, plenty of space, we loved being so close to the ocean and falling asleep listening to the waves. Unusually cold for this time of year, but we made the best of it. The home had everything we needed to start, lots of cooking and kitchen things, even placemats which was very helpful. Wish there was a gate for the stairs leading to the beach but we kept the door locked at night. Overall we loved the place, and will keep it in mind for the next trip!
