Unser privates Gästezimmer mit Terrasse und eigenem Eingang steht für Sie bereit! Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2010 Ergänzung zu unseren 1890 zu Hause. Wir leben auf fast zwei Hektar versteckt in der Nähe der Innenstadt von Asheville. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu einigen der schönsten Restaurants, Bars, Boutiquen, Kunstgalerien und Spaß unserer Region! Unser Eigentum grenzt an den Campus der University of North Carolina Asheville an. Wir sind auch sehr nah an den Botanischen Gärten von Asheville, North Asheville Heckklappenmarkt, Trader Joes und Whole Foods. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und ein Bad mit einer großen Dusche. Inbegriffen ist ein kleiner Bereich mit Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Wir haben auch lokal gerösteten Kaffee mit Beilagen und eine Auswahl an Tee.

Short stay in Asheville

Delightful property next to downtown and arts areas. Walkable and easy drive to those locations as well! Mary was a warm host who made for easy check-in and check out. Intimate bedroom with beautiful bathroom which made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful everything!

I have traveled many years for work and vacation.Mary and her warm hospitality are a very welcome respite from the same old of hotels. The property is comfortable, tranquil, scenic and perfectly located to travel near and far in the Asheville area. We will be back!

Photos don't do it justice! what a wonderful place to stay for a wedding weekend (guest) trip!

we absolutely loved staying in this lovely comfortable studio.. with private deck overlooking Mary's stunning gardens. and just a tiny stone's throw away from the best of Asheville. Beautifully furnished.. super comfy bed and linens.. spacious well appointed bathroom

Serene Getaway

The hosts were super nice and welcoming. The location is a great spot. Close to downtown but also away from the hustle nd bustle. We sat on the deck attached to the room and saw wildlife. Mary even remembered I told her it was our anniversary trip. anniversahusbabirthday

Small town charm in a convenient, serene setting!

The hostess, Mary, was warm and inviting. She gave us a quick orientation on the property and provided us with excellent customer service - from recommending local places to eat to making sure we had whatever we needed. She even went out of her way to print documents we needed in a timely manner that came to us via email. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending our evenings on our private patio. This is a perfect location for a couple! Be advised there is no TV, but we didn't need one! If you have a stay in Ashville, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is so much better than a hotel!!! 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful room close to downtown. Very relaxing front porch overlooking gardens. So close to downtown but you feel like you are out in the country. Room was well laid out with plenty of space. Very relaxing visit. Highly recommend.

Very nice

We enjoyed our two night stay. The room was perfect in all ways. Our host's were welcoming and friendly. The gardens are peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the evening after spending time in Ashville. And it is just a few minutes drive to downtown Ashville.

Peaceful retreat with a walkable downtown

Loved loved loved the accommodations. Everything was so well maintained. It was quiet and private and had all of the amenities, including your own porch with patio furniture and a lovely view. I walked downtown without a problem in about 20 minutes. I’ve been to Asheville before but this is so much nicer than a hotel. Would highly recommend. Cheers!

Mother Daughter Getaway

My daughter (18) and I spent 4 nights at Mary’s place in Asheville and we loved the clean, cozy space. We had privacy to come and go as we wanted, but Mary was available to answer questions and make recommendations to enhance our stay. The room was lovely and we appreciated the spa-like shower. It was a perfect location for us- just a short drive to downtown Asheville. We highly recommend the Gray Line trolley tour and a tour of The Biltmore Estate while you’re in Asheville!

Lovely Accommodations

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We really enjoyed the room and park-like setting within 1 mile of amenities. Mary was very nice and responsive, plus her check-in instructions were clear. We appreciated the personal touches within the room: fresh cut daffodils and buds in vases, and beverages in the mini fridge. The space was clean and well appointed. We look forward to returning when the garden is in full bloom.

Great place to stay

This was a perfect one-bedroom place to sleep and regroup after our busy day trips in Asheville. Mary was super friendly and a conscientious host. It is located very conveniently to downtown and is a very nice property which I am sure looks exceptional later in the spring when foliage comes out. We would stay here again if the opportunity allows it.
