Genießen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in unserer Plantation Club Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern mit Blick auf zwei Golfplätze - das 9. Loch der Atlantic Dunes von Davis Love und das 1. und 18. Loch des Heron Point von Pete Dye. Der Plantation Club verfügt über zwei Swimmingpools mit jeweils einem Babybecken. Der nächste Pool ist nur 25 Meter von unserem Gebäude entfernt.

Die Villa befindet sich im nächstgelegenen Gebäude im Plantation Club zum neu renovierten Sea Pines Beach Club (1/4 Meile). Es liegt direkt neben den Golfplätzen Atlantic Dunes und Heron Point sowie dem kürzlich renovierten Golfclubhaus und ist mit dem Fahrrad leicht nach Harbourtown und South Beach zu gelangen. Gehen Sie den Weg vom Gebäude entlang, um im Sea Pines Bike Shop Fahrräder zu mieten, und schlendern Sie zum Clubhaus, um das Live Oak Restaurant mit Blick auf die beiden Golfplätze Atlantic Dunes und Heron Point zu genießen. Es gibt kilometerlange Wege und Strände zum Radfahren, Wandern und Joggen. Der saisonale Trolley bringt Sie auch von Ort zu Ort und hält direkt in der Plantation Club-Unterkunft.

Für Ihren Urlaub der totalen Flucht und Entspannung ist die Villa mit einem fröhlichen Thema "am Strand" dekoriert. Die Küche verfügt über neue Geräte aus Edelstahl, einschließlich eines Kühlschranks mit französischen Türen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über HDTV mit einem VCR / DVD-Player, einem CD-Player und WLAN. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen HD-Fernseher mit eigenem Bad und Ankleidebereich. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet zwei Queensize-Betten und ein separates Bad. Zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheiten für zwei Personen sind auf dem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer verfügbar. Sie können leicht packen, denn es gibt auch einen Waschraum mit einer großen Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die Villa befindet sich in der vierten Etage und bietet eine optimale Aussicht. Der Aufzug ist einfach zu erreichen. Setzen Sie sich auf den Balkon und beobachten Sie die vorbeifahrenden Biker oder Golfer oder beobachten Sie einfach die Natur. Sie werden Ihren Hilton Head Urlaub sicher genießen!

Great location

Close to beach, pretty view of golf course, nice layout for our family of 4. Not fancy but clean and served our needs. Easy to rent bikes (from Sea Pines bike shop, right next door) and bike to nearby attractions. Beach towels would be a nice addition for those who fly in, along with an anchor for the beach umbrella.

The view of the golf course was great, the villa is Cute and clean! Was perfect for our family for the long weekend. The sinks, tubs and door locks are not up dated... but was fine! Location is great and super close to Sea Pine Bike Rentals, so easy walk to rent bikes for your stay!

A pleasant week at the beach

This villa offers a pleasant week at the beach in HHI. Our family was able to walk or ride bikes to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Other times we biked to Harbour Town or South Beach then cooled off in the pool. The villa was stoked with everything we needed.

In town for wedding at Sea Pines

It was okay for what we needed but I wouldn’t stay there again. The parking was a nightmare as it was open parking and almost impossible to find a spot when we returned from activities. The condo could use some updating, especially the bathrooms.

Perfect place to vacation

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines! We've been coming to HHI for over 20 years and we had a wonderful time. This condo is only a short 10 minute walk from the beach and we went almost every day. It was perfect for our family, very clean and well appointed. Definitely will plan to return here!

Nice condo!!! Great location!

Very happy with our stay at this property! It was clean and there are some nice updates to the decor. The bathrooms could use some updating, but they were clean. Overall a great value in Hilton Head and the hosts were very responsive!

Fantastic site

Great location. Excellent well maintained and spacious resort. Central to everything short bike ride to beach. Can walk to Frasiers and Coast great dining. Short bike ride to Harbour Town and Harris Teeter. Great view of golf course.

Great location! Kitchen/baths in serious need of remodel

Location is great! Price is somewhat high for how dated the unit is. Kitchen and both bathrooms are in serious need of a complete remodel. Linoleum in kitchen feels out of the 1960’s. Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanitories are as old as the condo. Bathtubs and showers should be gutted completely…new tile, new fixtures, new shower/tub enclosures. Mattress in master bedroom should also be replaced. All this being said, the condo is not horrible, just very dated. As stated, the location is great!!

Most of property clean - with exception of kitchen floor and porch and one of the bathrooms. Would certainly stay here again. Very reasonably priced for this area of Sea Pines. Also allowed early check in - very helpful.

Wonderful Hilton Head stay!

My family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head this year! The villa was accurately described and a great space for our family of 5. The location was convenient to all the areas we frequent and we were able to walk to the beach everyday. The Villa had everything we needed and the elevator was an added bonus for all the luggage. Communication was great with the owners as well! We will go back!

The villa is near the main three: beach, golf, restaurants

We really enjoyed our week at 443 Plantation Club Villa. It came stocked with all kitchen and living supplies that we needed for the week. After our trip to the grocery store for food, we were set for the whole week. It was very clean and we enjoyed the view. We would consider returning next year.

Great location to beach!

We have stayed all over sea pines. This location is close to the beach. 5 min bike ride… if that. The 4th floor overlooks the golf course. Nice balcony for coffee. Bedrooms are a great size. Living space is nice but the wicker furniture isn’t the best for lounging. Kitchen appliances are updated. The condo could use a keypad rather than going to a building 10 mins away to pick ans drop off keys. Overall… Plantiation Club condos is a really nice location.

Comfortable, clean and love the bright and happy decor. We had everything we needed, including games for rainy days, plenty of towels and even extra beach chairs (these aren't always provided with other Sea Pines rentals). Nice view of the golf course. Would stay again. We had slight issue with the a/c and they contacted us right away to resolve immediately. Thanks for sharing your home.

Overall community nice however building and unit a little run down. Dryer did not function well had to hang clothing. We wished there was info about community so we would have known about harbor town before last day.

My husband and I stayed at 443 Plantation Club to attend the RBC Heritage golf tourney in Sea Pines. We are frequent visitors to Sea Pines. The villa was absolutely perfect! The decor was perfect, TV was huge with great service and nice little touches such as a small makeup mirror in the bathroom. It’s in a great location and close to everything. We rented bikes and hardly used our car at all. We will definitely be interested in staying in this villa again! Thanks so much for an awesome short vacay!

Great time had by all!

The condo we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was outstanding. We loved the bike trails that ran all around the island and that we could ride along the beach! We had excellent dinners at several spots. My favorite was Red Fish. The fact that it was Heritage Week did not cause any problem. The island never seemed too crowed and we were able to get dinner reservations where ever we wanted. If you are looking to relax, play golf, tennis, or just go to the beach this is the place to go.

Best Value in Sea Pines!!!

My wife and I have stayed in the condo on several occasions. We've rented by ourselves. We've taken our 3 children (aged 11, 8, and 6). And we've rented with my parents and our kids. This condo comfortably sleeps 8, especially with kids in the mix. You'll have a hard time finding a better mix of amenities, location, and price in Sea Pines. Located just off the Fraser Circle toward the ocean on Lighthouse Road, you're right in the center of Sea Pines. Hang out on the 4th floor deck and watch people play the 9th hole of the famous Ocean Course (recently renovated and now called Atlantic Dunes). While also watching people play the 1st and 18th holes of Heron Point beyond the fairway. You're a 5 minute walk from the Sea Pines Beach Club, which has a bar and several restaurants, as well as chair/umbrella rentals. Sea Pines Bike Rentals are also on the same property as the condo. Be sure to rent bikes as you can get pretty much everywhere in Sea Pines from this condo. 7 minute bike ride to Harbour Town. 15 minute bike ride to South Beach. (obviously much closer by car but not as fun...). Be sure to check out the Sea Pines Forest Preserve - a quarter of Sea Pines (over 600 acres) was left untouched and is truly amazing for kids and adults. The condo is large with a master suite as well as a second bedroom. 2 full bathrooms. The king bed in the master is very comfortable. The 2 queen beds in the second bedroom are even more comfortable - high end hotel quality. The living room / dining room are large and open to the deck. The kitchen pass through makes for a very open feel. Everything in the kitchen works great, and the washer and dryer do as well. You'll find everything you need in this condo. If you absolutely need granite counter tops and stainless appliances, you might want to look elsewhere. But everything worked great for us (especially the washer / dryer which worked faster and better than our expensive front loaders at home). Owners are very friendly and helpful. And the key pickup & drop-off were incredibly easy (just outside the gate to Sea Pines). We love Hilton Head (and especially Sea Pines) and this condo is a great place to enjoy it from.

Good location and clean

For some reason I thought the unit was on the ground level. It’s on the 4th floor w elevator. I was glad it was not on the ground floor as some normal bugs couldve been there. Parking was not a problem for us in front. It has everything we needed. Wish I knew the filtered water dispenser was available in the refrigerator before I arrived w a gallon from store. Updated modern floor in living room and foyer. Kitchen is outdated and dark but was clean and came w detergent and two dishwasher tablets. Keurig K cup coffee and drip machines weee there. The property manager told me that the office closes at 4 and gave me all the instructions to get to our key etc. when we dropped off the keys at7 am, a lady was just arriving at the same time. Communication and the instructions were very clear. Grocery store and restaurants were just outside the security gate. Smart Roku TV and strong wifi was nice. Wish there was a outlet by Bed sides or extention cord to charge devices. Beach towels would’ve been also nice to have there so we don’t have to go out to buy them as they can take up space in suitcases in air travel. Laundry room had this loud humming noise that never stopped which was annoying to listen to in the living room. Overall it was a good price for this location and the space we needed for two couples.
