When we walked in the door, the smell was not a clean smell as the other properties we had stayed. The heat would knock you down we called the number on the wall and was told if I didn’t get cooler, to call the HOA, but never offered to give us a number to the HOA. We waited after turning the thermostat down, was told not to go under 73, then I messaged the owner through VRBO, she said to trip the breaker, not telling us where the breaker was, and to contact her in the AM if it still didn’t work. She did call around 9:30 AM, I told her it seemed some better, she said if she sent maintenance and they found nothing wrong, then she would send me the bill. This made me feel very uncomfortable, never been told that before so I never contacted her anymore, we just suffered through it. The furniture was dirty, the pictures showed two couches, which we needed but not there. The balcony furniture was old and flaking paint, the black paint got on our clothes. The dryer was filthy, we had to sweep the grit off the floor. The elevator was at least a 20 minute wait both ways and this is not the half of it, many updates needs to be done to this property. I don’t know how this property got the reviews it did, for the price we paid I would give it negative stars. Maybe they can take our money and go to another estate sale to purchase better more comfortable and clean furniture.
