Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und 3. Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher. Die Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern, Badetüchern, Toilettenpapier und Haarfön ausgestattet.

Die ummauerte Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die La Sal Mountains und die Red Rock Rims.

Die Garage für zwei Autos bietet Ihnen einen sicheren Platz, um Ihre Golfschläger, Mountainbikes, Jeeps oder die Hot Rod, die Sie für die Moab Autoshow bringen, zu verstauen.

Will stay here again

Great community and Perfect for us and friends doing a Jeep trip to Moab. Others on our trip stayed in homes nearby. The home well stocked and very clean. Super convenient and quiet.

Great Place!

We have stayed in quite a few rental properties and this one was by far the cleanest we have even been in. It’s right by the pool which is great for kids. The property was comfortable and has everything you need.

Absolutely wonderful!

We loved our stay here in Moab! The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager responded immediately when we had difficulties with WiFi. The pools were clean and well maintained and were conveniently located just across the way. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place! This was one of those places where I had that feeling of wishing I owned it. That doesn't happen at all vacation rentals, just the really special ones. My son really enjoyed feeling like he had the upstairs to himself.

Spectacular! Stay here!

Beautifully decorated, awesome garage, steps from pool! This fully update condo was a perfect stay for our two nights in Moab. Gorgeous kitchen, top of the line beds that were very comfortable, amazing views. Wonderful rental company. They even helped us find our daughter’s teddy bear in the top bunk and mailed it back to us! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a 5 star stay!

Great in every way

The unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. It was very spacious and the kitchen, appliances, and fireplace were absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes from downtown Moab and easy access to both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Easily one of the best places we've stayed.

Excellent stay!

The property is exactly as listed and made for a great stay! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The interior is clean, welcoming and comfortable. The pool and playground are conveniently located right outside of the garage and the views are amazing! The location was convenient for going to Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Hole in the Rock. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and activities in the area but the property itself is quiet and serene. I would highly recommend this property!

Great townhome, amazing location.

Stayed at this townhome for my birthday with a few friends for a weekend filled with off-roading. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enjoy the townhome, very organized and well stocked. Ample parking for our vehicles and trailer just outside of the townhome complex. Only down side was that the property only features (1) hot tub and as you can imagine it gets very full very quickly so keep that in mind. Otherwise the amenities were great and very well kept.

Everything We Wanted

Very convenient location for us to visit Arches & Canyonlands. Nice neighborhood/community. The pool area had two pools and a hot tub we enjoyed. Bonus things I didnt see in description that we used was the xbox in the loft and the bathroom showers did have shampoo/conditioner/body wash like a hotel. Tons of towels too. We also appreciated the above and beyond communication. The text with a link to all the info was so much better than going through old emails. The check out process was so simple too compared to other rentals weve stayed at. Cant recommend enough!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to Moab 5 times and have always stayed in these properties. We've never had an issue in anyof them. They're clean quite, have most essentials for a stay and are close to town but far enough away to not feel crowded. Plenty of parking for our trailers and parking for our toys in the garage. Always recommended .

Great place

This condo was great. Lots of room with 2 bedrooms upstairs and master downstairs. Beds very comfortable, very soft towels and lots of nice touches throughout home. We enjoyed using both the griddle and waffle maker. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices and utensils. The bonus was the ping pong table in garage that we all enjoyed, especially our 2 teenagers. We did not partake of hot tub or bball courts given Covid but looked nice. There is street noise if sitting outside but wasn’t an issue as too cold this trip.

Nice unit that fit our needs. But the details were lacking. - overall, fairly clean but some important areas like the kitchen were not. - light bulbs. The master bath had 3 out of 5 light bulbs out.
