Diese Wohnung befindet sich im sechsten Stock des Tower 2 mit Blick auf den Lagunenpool und den Golf von Mexiko. Das geräumige, 1800 Quadratfuß-Einheit ist eine 3-Zimmer-End-Gerät und wird bequem Platz für 8 bis 10 Personen. Es gibt Boden bis zur Decke, von Wand zu Wand-Fenster in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer des Geräts, so dass Sie die Aussicht von jedem Zimmer genießen können.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein buntes Schlafsofa und einen Liebessitz sowie einen bequemen Ledersessel, der ein Rocker / Recliner / Swivel ist, und einen großen 55 "-Flachbild-Smart-TV, mit dem Sie im Internet surfen können TV- oder Streaming-Videos sowie Filme von Ihrem Netflix-Konto und einem neuen Blue Ray / DVD-Player !! Auch gibt es einen Esstisch für 6-8 und 3 neue Leder Barhocker an der Theke entfernt sitzt. Die K��che ist mit wunderschönen neuen Schränke und Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und neuen Geräten renoviert worden.

Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Kingsize-Bett und in der zweiten Master gibt es zwei Queen-Size Betten. Beide Schlafzimmer öffnen sich auf dem großen, privaten Balkon direkt am Meer. Im dritten Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Kingsize mit einem Barbereich und einen kleinen Kühlschrank Bett. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den riesigen Lagunen-Pool und das Meer. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über 32 "Flachbild-TV, ein Schlafzimmer hat auch einen DVD / VCR-Player. Und jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen, große Badewanne mit großen Marmor Garten Wannen / Duschen und Marmor Eitelkeiten mit seinen / ihren Waschbecken. Alle Zimmer wurden vor kurzem aufgerüstet Premium-Matratzen !!

Long Beach liegt günstig in der Nähe von all den großen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplätze und Freizeitparks entfernt. Super Walmart ist über die Straße, falls Sie etwas vergessen! We had a fabulous time!

This was a yearly family vacation for us. 6 adults and 3 younger children. The room was beautiful and the views were amazing!!! The only issue we had was that the towels in one of the bedrooms seem crunchy almost like they didn't get washed from the last people. Also one pillowcase on one of the king beds had a pretty decent size drool stain. So we do not believe that was washed either. We brought detergent and washed it all and it wasn't a big deal to us. Everything else was super clean. We absolutely love Panama City, but this particular hotel and the one next to it is definitely party central! It might have just been the time of year (graduations, etc) but we did have to call security a couple of times to people around us playing extremely loud music on their balcony's. We try not to complain but it was so loud it was almost like they were in the rooms with us and we just couldn't sleep. This place has awesome pools and beach access is so easy to get to. We really did love staying here! Only a few minor complaints that are outside of the owners control. Great communication with them throughout the stay. Thank you!

Family Vacation

This condo was exactly as described. Would highly recomend this unit. It was clean and very spacious for our group. Wonderful view!! View over lagoon pool was great too! The condo owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The only issue we had was with the tv in the bedroom and they answered my email immediately and took care of the issue immediately. One of the cleaneat condos i have stayed in at long beach. I will definitely stay here again:)

Great place with great views

This place was better than we thought, each room had a wonderful view and balcony to enjoy your coffee or evening drink. It was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. During our visit the keurig broke and I msged the property manager within an hour we had someone deliver a new keurig. That was pretty impressive. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided when booking this condo.

Long Beach the perfect place

Amazing Condo

This was our second time at Long Beach and we absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. Plenty of room for our family of nine. This by far has been our favorite condo. The furniture was beautiful and sturdy. The views were amazing and Kim was so easy to work with. Our only complaint for the entire trip would be we wish the large lagoon style pool was heated because it’s quite cold especially for the toddlers. But we made home in the heated ones and had a blast. We will be back!

This property was immaculate and perfect. There was plenty of parking and the staff that worked the gate was wonderful!!! I have stayed at this location before and it is m favorite place to stay in PCB!!!!! Kim's condos is totally awesome and very accommodating and available to us if we needed them.

We WILL be back!

We are so pleased with our stay and had such a wonderful experience at this condo! Our whole family loved it, and we appreciate how comfortable and clean everything was. Only a few small critiques: 1) the dishwasher didn’t clean well so we handwashed, 2) the show curtain in the bedroom with the small walkout balcony had a moldy shower liner, 3) the TV channels were terrible for kids, haha. No nickjr, no Disney jr, no Cartoon Network, etc. 4) the elevators had some issues and stopped working a few times, so walking up 6 flights of stairs holding a baby and a ton of beach stuff almost killed us hahah— we realize this is out of your control but as an FYI. Overall, we absolutely will be back to this condo and we LOVED our stay. It was fantastic and we had so much fun. Excellent location and the condo was very well maintained and super clean and nice!! I loved getting to decide our own room passcode— very cool added feature! Thanks Kim!!!

This Condo is amazing! The view from every room is of the ocean and it is gorgeous!! The condo is so relaxing and nicely decorated. There was plenty of of room for us to spread out as the condo is very large. Our stay was awesome and we certainly will be returning.

Absolutely Perfect!

Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. We had 10 people and still plenty of room. Rarely had to use the car as Walmart is near for groceries and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen was fully furnished, except for groceries, of course. We rented during spring break and evenings / late night were quiet until the last night, which our neighbors got a little rowdy; but you take that risk everywhere you go. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely rent again if our travels lead us there.

Perfect! Highly recommend.

First, it was very clean. It looks exactly as pictured on Vrbo. Very spacious and even with 10 people, we didn't feel cramped. We had two sets of adults and our children (ages 18, 14, 13, 11, 10, 9) Kim's Condos was very helpful when there was a minor issue. All three bedrooms have beautiful views. Having three bathrooms was a godsend for showers. I liked that two of the three bathrooms had the shower and toilet in a separate room from the sinks so multiple people could get ready at the same time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Tons of dishes/silverware and various appliances. The only thing we didn't have but needed was a cutting board so we bought one and left it there. (Ex: 13x9 glass and metal pans, saucepans, stock pot, cookie sheets, pie plates, a blender, toaster, regular coffee pot, Keurig, lots of tuperware for leftovers.) You name it, they had it. There were an abundance of extra blankets and pillows. There were extra beach chairs, umbrellas, a high chair and even a shower chair if needed. The main balcony was huge and had very comfortable furniture. The smaller balcony located off the first bedroom had a lounger that was rusted out. There were also two older chairs that were usable but not the quality of everything else in the condo. The resort itself is being upgraded (a constant I'm sure.) The pool was beautiful and clean. The beach access was closer than it looks in the photo. You do get a set of chairs and umbrella for the week during 8-5ish hours. There were A LOT of spring breakers about 200-300 yards down the beach near Pineapple Willy's but in front of Long Beach Resort...very few. The location itself is close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The Walmart and Dollar Tree can be seen from the front door so REALLY close. Overall, I could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family vacation. Thank you so much!
