Upon arriving to the property, I noticed the place was not cleaned at all. Dishes in the sink, beds not made, trash not taken out, etc. I called the property manager and he insisted I shouldn’t be there. I told him I had confirmation, but he still didn’t believe me. In fact, he was very rude. The owner ended up calling me back to explain the mix up, but I still had to leave the property so the cleaning crew could come in. I asked the owner for a reimbursement of cleaning fees, still waiting for that since that was the agreement. After the property was cleaned, the rest of my family arrived. The property was great after all the mix up. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Hopefully there won’t be another mix up.
Owner is very polite and professional. We had 6 of us staying at the property and there was plenty of room and very close to the lifts. We used the Canyon village connect shuttle as well. Thank you for the great spring break trip!
