Mit seinem offenen Grundriss und den Decken der Kathedrale eignet es sich perfekt für kleinere oder größere Gruppen (nicht mehr als 8). Dies ist eine einzigartige Wohnung im BEST Komplex in Magnolia Pointe. Von Ihrem Balkon aus können Sie auf der rechten Seite Golfer beobachten, die das herausfordernde Par-5-Loch Pine Hills # 13 (Blick auf das Grün und die Bunker rund um das Grün) bewältigen. Zur Linken haben Sie dann einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und die Picknick- / Grillbereiche.

Diese Wohnung ist wie keine andere Eigentumswohnung in Magnolia Pointe dekoriert. Wenn Sie helle, lebendige Farben mit heimeligem Komfort mögen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Diese Wohnung ist zu den "Kiemen" eingerichtet, hat Domdecken und ganz neue Möbel. Egal, ob Sie ein Golfbegeisterter, eine Baseballfamilie oder ein Strandliebhaber sind, Sie werden den Komfort eines Zuhauses und eine surreale Einrichtung finden. Die Bilder sprechen für sich.

Absolutely loved this place!!

We stayed here for the week for my son’s baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. Place was exactly as described and pictured. Condo was bright, airy, and very comfortable. We felt very safe staying here. Will definitely be rebooking here on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!!

Great place! Loved!

Updated property! Rt by the pool with elevator. Beautiful furnishings. Has everything you need. Host was available and always quick to respond to all communication. Easy to drive to beach. Close to Broadway and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed our time! Definitely recommend Mimosa’s and Croissants for breakfast and lunch!

Wonderful condo!!

This property is wonderful!! So clean, freshly decorated and very spacious!!! The deck was fantastic overlooking the pool which we spent a lot of time on watching our kids enjoy! Jon, our host, was very responsive and helpful as well! Would definitely come back and rent this place!

The condo is very roomy with modern amenities and very nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the owner, Jon, was great to deal with and provided detailed instructions that answer any questions one might have. Beautiful condo in great location

We stayed here as a family of 5 for our week-long holiday to Myrtle Beach. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and provided all the amenities we were looking for. Our kids loved the pool and we loved that it was just a few steps away. It is also very close to most major attractions as well as the beach. I’d definitely recommend to friends and family!

We stayed for 3-1/2 months and are excited to return next winter! We like the location, as you are close to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. but are not paying to be right on the beach! The condo is well stocked, clean and comfortable.

Perfect Vacation Spot !

My family enjoyed our visit to Myrtle Beach so much - partly because we hardly had to leave the condo resort ! My husband went golfing every day we were there, while I spent a lot of time at the pool with my toddler and mother in law. The actual condo was so clean and spacious enough for all of us, and the kitchen being fully equipped helped to keep us eating home cooked meals every day ! We definitely look forward to another stay here.

Another Wonderful Stay!

After staying here for a golf weekend in 2022, I decided we would do a family trip this year and rent out this condo again. Same as last year I was not disappointed. First vacation to Myrtle Beach

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures are exactly what it is. It was clean, beautifully decorated and convenient to a lot in Myrtle Beach. We were down for a baseball tournament at Ripken and very easy and quick to get to. Will definitely keep this condo in mind if we ever venture back down.

This was all our first trip to Myrtle Beach and the condo definitely exceeded our expectation. It was very clean and extremely spacious, even bigger than the pictures make it look. My wife, Lindsey and I bought this condo in October of 2017. We originally started looking as soon as we returned from our 'grown-up' golf retreat down in August of 2016. The weird part was we went to golf and relax never expecting to find ourselves immersed in all-kinds of fun activities. There was only one issue with that scenario. We quickly realized we were lost without the boys - yes, we needed the boys for all this fun. The best part was we weren't in a car for more than 5 minutes before we could actually enjoy the different attractions. And when you have kids, you know how much they appreciate that!! We are so pleased to have found a place to call 'home'. We hope if you choose to visit you enjoy it as much as we do.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have two properties in Magnolia Pointe. We own a two bedroom right in the building next door on the second floor. Both are wonderful condos and we call both home. However, we did realize that to have larger space and an even wider view of the grounds, including the pool and golf course, would only benefit the whole family for years to come. We bought this top floor unit because it gave us a chance to put our own spin on what we feel is the perfect getaway. The open layout and larger cathedral ceilings makes the condo feel even bigger too. We love the beach and golf so we tried to implement the feel of the beach into a golfing community. We hope you love it as much as we do. It took a lot of hard work and pain staking shopping to get it where it is today.
