Dieses Ferienparadies verfügt über 3 große Terrassen, eine auf jeder Ebene. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder im Erdgeschoss sowie ein großes Bonuszimmer. Das Obergeschoss hat auch 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder.

Lovely quiet beach
Great location in quiet picturesque Grayton Beach. Truly a brief walk to beach entrance. Sand is white sugar and water was crystal blue and perfect with exception of the two days after a storm and a couple of jellyfish encounters. Host goes above and beyond with providing amenities.

A five star Grayton Beach house
Our stay was wonderful…..beautiful home with alot of space for our large family to spread out….all the beds were comfortable as well…very nice floor plan with nice porches…..tasteful decor with abundant amenities and the most well thought out stocked kitchen we have ever had in any rental! The pingpong table was a fun extra and the pool was just wonderful!! Its just a few minutes to the beach! The owner definitely aimed to please! Every time we texted her with any question or request she immediately responded. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect family getaway location
We have been the Grayton Beach area several times in the past and have stayed at different homes. This was the best by far. Ronee is the perfect host and very responsive. The home has everything you need, has plenty of space, has a great pool and is just a great space for a larger family. The walk to the beach is just around the corner. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was just a great experience for everyone involved. Thanks again Ronee and see you again soon hopefully!

Our family of 7 loved this property. Everything was seamless on check in and check out. Our host Ronee did an excellent job of communicating. This property was in a great location just a short walk from the beach. Everything was very clean and functioning. This property is very well taken care of. Wonderful beach house with everything needed!
We loved the location of the home and all of the attention paid to the little “extras”..(nice beach supplies, everything imaginable supplied in the kitchen, cleanliness etc.). Communication was fast and easy. The pool area was wonderful and our kids loved the screened in ping pong area! Walking to the beach was short and easy. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the bike trails and grayton beach state park. The home was the perfect place to meet up with friends and spend a week in the water!

Best rental experience!
Best experience we’ve ever had renting a house. The house itself is beautiful, well laid out. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants like Red Bar. The pool is terrific, we spent so much time there. The thing that makes this house REALLY special is Ronee. She’s incredibly thoughtful and efficient. A nice welcome basket including a bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Even when there was a problem, Ronee was terrific. A contractor working next door cut a cable and we lost Wifi/TV for a while. Ronee was all over it. Sent the property manager right away, got the WiFi company contacted quickly, and solved the problem. Then she had someone bring us a gift certificate to a local restaurant to apologize for our troubles. Truly exceptional customer service!

Perfect house and host!
We had the most lovely stay! I can't say enough. The host Ronee was BEYOND helpful and ensured our stay was seamless! Communication A++. The home had what we needed from beach towels to kitchen spices. We cook a lot and she had all the pots, pans, cutting boards etc. The pool was great and used by all! It was also really helpful flying in and there being chairs and a beach tent for us to use. So nice to be able to walk to restaurants, AJ's, Red Bar, the general store etc. Highly recommend Grayton and this home!

This property has it all! Location, updated amenities and a VERY attentive hostess, Ronee! This is our family’s 3rd year in Grayton and this home was a week we will never forget. Perfect for Families
Our family had a wonderful time at Sea La Vie! We love Grayton Beach and Sea La Vie was the perfect house for us. The house is roomy, clean, and comfortable, and Ronee greets you with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with some special treats! She also provides all the essentials, such as paper products, cleaning items, beach chairs and towels. You will find all the kitchen items you need - plenty of pots and pans, and also Tupperware to easily store any leftovers. The pool area is large and beautifully landscaped. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and the Gulf was sparkling! If you want a stress-free vacation in a beautiful well-maintained home, you should definitely consider Sea La Vie.

5 adults and a one year old spent a week at this property. Great location, very clean and open. The pool was key after spending time on the beach. There is a grill for cooking outdoors and ample parking. Ronee (owner) was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We determined upon arrival that one of the pool umbrellas was broken. Sent her a text and 2 days later a new one showed up. 30a area in general is pretty crowded, but Grayton is just enough off the beaten path to not feel overwhelmed by the number of people. We enjoyed the stay and loved the house. We will return.

Slice of Paradise
We rented this wonderful home for our family summer vacation. We had 3 couples and four kids ages 8 to 18. Honestly, we can’t think of one thing we didn’t like ! The layout was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the two living room/ TV areas. The kids loved the ping pong area. There was PLENTY of parking and the pool was delightful. We have rented many summer vacation homes all over Florida but this one was the most well equipped place we have ever stayed. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, paper products and the kitchen had everything you could want, right down to an electric juicer ! We love Grayton Beach and we love this house. We will definitely be back !

Amazing!
First I want to say how great Ronee is- so considerate, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The home is roomy, comfortable, immaculate, beautiful, with artistic beachy touches. We were a family group of adults and young kids - the pool was a definite plus as some weather events had the ocean pretty stirred up. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and is so amazing. The neighborhood is very peaceful. If we ever are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Can’t wait to come back!
Our trip was amazing and we are already planning the next time we can come stay here! The house was perfect for our group! The location is great… short walk to the beach, off the beaten path, and still close enough to get to shops and restaurants with just a short walk/bike ride/drive. The house has everything you could need (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, all the kitchen item you could need, pool floaties, towels, bedding, etc.) Communication with the host was great! We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous! There were 6 of us and it was perfect. Stocked with everything too including spices, and all kinds of basics (laundry supplies, bathroom basics, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) so we didn't have to buy them and throw them away. Loved this place and will be back.

Amazing Family Vacation
Let me first off start by saying how amazing Ronee was as the host of this VRBO property. She was attentive to our questions prior to our arrival about items we would not need to pack for the trip that were provided for our use while we were there, and it was accommodating and helpful with suggestions. She provides you with a list of local eateries, activities, and shopping. All around as a host, she is the best we have experienced in our years of renting. We have been renting VRBO homes for the last five years within the panhandle, Sea La Vie has been the most beautifully kept home we have had the chance of renting. The house was immaculately clean and felt comfortable and spacious enough for 12 people we had staying there. The weather was not what we had hoped for during our trip, but on those rainy days we were able to sit on top of the balcony and watch the storms roll in, play ping-pong, swim, or play board games that were provided. Speaking of swimming, the pool is perfect. The tanning/relaxing pad allowed for our younger children to enjoy the pool and splash around without needing held. All in all we would rate this property and the host as five full stars. The best vacation ever!!!!

Hidden gem in Grayton Beach!
This property is top notch! Beautiful home, incredible pool, tons of amenitites, location is perfect, and owners are awesome. Ronee was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process from booking to answering questions prior to arrival and during our stay including a welcome basket of wine, coffee, chocolate, and so much more. Our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 young adults between the ages of 18 & 22) enjoyed EVERY aspect of this home: gorgeous kitchen with everything you need, plenty of room to spread out, beautiful views from top deck, 5 minute walk to 2 beach accesses, beach chairs & umbrellas, and relaxing (and playing volleyball) in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Our group of 3 families with kids of all ages had an amazing stay at Sea La Vie! Ronee is an awesome hostess who goes well beyond what you would ever expect. Anything you need, you will find already supplied for your stay. Even a thoughtful welcome basket! If you need to contact her for anything, she is so quick to respond. The home is beautiful! The pool area is its own little paradise! The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 12. The teens loved the sectionals and TVs, and all the kids had fun with the ping pong table. Two different access points to the beach, but we used the sand path by the dunes. It was a short but scenic walk. After many beach vacations, this has been our favorite property. Amazing week!
We had the best week. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our family with room to spread out and room to gather! Communication with the owner was seamless and graciously allowed for early checkin after a very early morning flight. Highly recommend!

For our family, the beach is our happy place. When COVID hit, it was a wake up call to pursue our passion and purchase a home in a great beach town. Life is too short, and we wanted to find a place to relax and make great memories with our family.

Our family of 4 bought the property in 2021 from the amazing previous owners, Kay and Anan. As we quickly learned....in Grayton, the beaches are beautiful...but the people and laid back town make it the perfect vacation spot. We've been up and down the coasts of Florida, and we finally found the town for us. You absolutely need to give Grayton a try!

Our goal is make this house feel like a home away from home for our family and yours. Time is precious and spending it with family and friends in Grayton is the ultimate for us. We are here to make your trip as comfortable and smooth as possible. We want each and every guest to have a great experience in our home and come back every year!

SEA LA VIE IS VERY VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH! It is very spacious, clean, very comfortable and has a great feel to it. You will want to come back every year.
We greatly appreciate our guests and are here to make sure that your vacation is enjoyable!
