Great little cabin, 2 minute drive to Terry Peak

The support staff--especially Buddi, did a great job, easy to work with, prompt, professional, helpful, etc. Location-wise-- for skiing--this place is SUPER. As a ski specific cabin, I could nit-pick a few things...needs coat racks by the door, a wider front entry, better accommodations for all kinds of ski gear---especially places to hang and dry wet gear. Just not enough room for all that to fit in the front room. Keep in mind, I am a "dad" and was single parenting with two ski racing kids who needed to be out the door early each AM--and the first day we had freezing rain. I also cooked or prepared three meals a day here. THIS PLACE REALLY NEEDS A DISH DRYING RACK!! Besides that, the kitchen has the eclectic basics--if you are really into food prep, bring your own sharp knives and a cutting board or two...I found one tiny plastic one and a pull out wooden one that is marginal. Plenty of requisite "cabin charm" and nice bedrooms. Only enough wood supply for one good fire in the stove. The requisite hot tub was good (except for sketchy ice deposits on the steps...) and all the "modern" stuff like wi-fi and smart tv's worked fine. I would stay here again without hesitation. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is--however, with four paying adults it would be very fairly priced, relatively speaking. I'd say it's a little more funky than cutesy--but cozy, clean, and nice overall--and very peaceful.
