Dieses schöne, moderne Reihenhaus auf 2 Ebenen bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause und mehr. Unten finden Sie eine offene Küche, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Schiebereglern zur Terrasse und einen umzäunten Garten mit Gartenmöbeln und Weber-Grill. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen gemütlichen Gaskamin, Sat-TV mit DVD / VCR-Player. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler. Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 bequem. Unten im Flur gibt es eine halbe Badewanne. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Queen-Size-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer sowie ein Doppelbett und ein Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss und DVD. Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten für insgesamt 4 Einzelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett. Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer neben dem Flur mit Badewanne / Dusche. (Die Waschküche befindet sich im Obergeschoss hinter zweifach gefalteten Türen.) Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich der Necanicum River. Das Kongresszentrum und die Stadt sind nur fünf Blocks entfernt. Der Strand und die Promenade sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz für 3 Autos, nicht rauchen oder Haustiere erlaubt.

Great!

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to all the beach, shops and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars, however, the pilot light on the water heater was out and we took cold showers the first night. That being said, the management company, when contacted was very prompt in coming out and correcting the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second time staying here! It's such a great location, close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. The teens loved the bunkbed room, of course. :)

House as advertised

The house was spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. The location was great too. My only complaints are the wood floors need a good cleaning and they could use some new pillows and towels. My husband and I stayed there with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids and we had plenty of room. I would stay there again if I was visiting the area.

Nice stay in seaside

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean. It was easy to contact the owners when needed. The house had a numeric lock which was super nice (rather than having to meet someone and get a key).

Lovely home minutes from the beach

Loved our stay in seaside. This was our second time coming here and we stayed at this home for the first time this round. We were super happy with it. Our family of 6 stayed here. Plenty of space , very clean, multiple bed options for everyone and minutes from one of our favourite beaches. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!!

Great Place

Family of 5 stayed in June 2023. Great location within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. House is well stocked. Good communication from management company. Only recommendation is get better mattresses, the beds were not comfortable. Would stay again.

10 minute walk to beach and local restaurants and shops.

Overall, very happy with the house. The location is quiet and a short wslk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house has a nice backyard. Kitchen is fine wth the basic requirements. There is ample parking full size washer and dryer upstairs. Gas fireplace in living room. Only two minor things I would recommend to make our experience better; more comfortable pillows and tissue boxes in the bathroom.

The property itself was quite nice. We had a party of eight and there were only nine dinner plates total zero lunch plates or salad bowls. No pizza cutter which every beach has needs. It really only accommodates two cars unless you park in the garage which is small there were no beach chairs, which was a huge disappointment, otherwise everything was great.

Prompt and attentive Property Management!

Stayed for Spring Break with the kids and rental was home base for daily outings. Property looked like photos and was clean. We had a surprise kitchen issue come up late at night and property management was available and responsive. Went so far as to switching our property the next day (earliest available time) to another one they manage and didn't up-charge for the switch while they addressed the kitchen at original property. Definitely a great property management group that runs this location, will look for their rentals specifically in the future. Thanks Erin and Sherri!

Weekend Trip

We enjoyed our stay and the house is within walking distance to all that Seaside has to offer. The house is equipped with everything you need for a beach weekend. Unfortunately we saw evidence of rodents downstairs in the kitchen. They ate some of our children’s gummy vitamins placed on the table for the next morning. When going down to the kitchen one night, we saw something scamper across the kitchen floor. Great house, just needs some help with rodents.

Big spacious house and close to beach!

Really great location, this place was big for our party (we had 3 adults and 2 children). Could have easily fit another couple with plenty of room to spare. We let the kids play in the backyard with the sand toys and they played with the rocks while the adults lounged in the sun. The short walk to the beach around the corner was so nice and relaxing, and it’s close to the aquarium, food, and shopping. Beautiful area, will 100% recommend to anyone I know traveling there. Also very well stocked place, literally anything you need to cook is probably there, waffle iron, griddle, pots, crockpot, etc. Garage has a ton of sand toys for kiddos so no need to bring your own. Scooter & wagon in the garage to use for kids too. We had a great stay, thanks!

Clean and welcoming house with lots of beds, toys for kids, some games and tv/Netflix etc for a rainy day or downtime. Right across the street from the river, so there is some traffic in front of the house, but it never bothered us. Weather was too rainy to enjoy the small backyard, but it had a nice table/chairs, bbq. There was an issue with the washing machine, but it was communicated to us ahead of time so we were aware of it. Close for walking to the main strip (maybe 10 minutes?) almost a straight shot to the prom and beach!
