Neu renoviert im Oktober 2017! Meerblick von einer privaten Terrasse und Blick auf den Pool von der Haustür. Unsere gemütliche Villa verfügt über eine neue voll ausgestattete Küche, einen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der Komplex am Meer liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über zwei Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm, zwei Strandfahrräder und eine Mitgliedschaft im Fitnessstudio des Players Club (2 Blocks entfernt), der einen Innenpool und einen Whirlpool umfasst.

Perfect Location steps from the beach!!

We loved SHOREthing retreat! It was perfect for a couple or family with small children. Right next to the beach! Within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which had shops, restaurants, live music and more!! The rental had 2 bikes we could use to ride around the island. Pool was refreshing when you needed a break from the beach/sand! Check in and check out were seamless. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Beautiful location

The unit was beautiful along with all of the foliage on and around the grounds. It was so easy getting in, checking in and getting around the property. The owners did everything for us but go to the beach! Haha The bikes were such a great treat, we never drove anywhere, including the grocery store. Great time and we can’t wait to come back!

This location is amazing! The unit is small but has everything you could possibly need. Coligny circle is a short walk/bike ride away and beach right there! Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great location, sofa bed not comfortable

We really enjoyed our time there and the location was perfect! The only negative was the pull out sofa bed was basically not sleep-able. I usually end up on the sofa bed because I travel with my mom and kids, and I realize they are never that great. But this one was terrible. As long as you don’t plan on using the pull out sofa bed, you’ll enjoy this place!

Perfect HHI location

Property was just as listed. There were several updates (counters, paint, flooring) and the Property Manager, Kendall, was always immediately responsive to our requests. Restaurants and shopping at Cologne was a short walk away.

Perfect place for a quick getaway

I was taking a spur of the moment vacation for a few days and wanted a nice quite place to go to the beach and this place was perfect! I loved that there was an elevator and I didn't have to lug all my bags up stairs. The place was wonderfully set up and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. There was everything I needed, clean towels and fresh bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, and silverware. The nice big TV in the living room was awesome and I had no problem signing in and back out of my own Netflix account. I highly recommend and will be going back in the future.

Everything and more than expected!

Booked for a week beach getaway for me and my girls (under 12). The property was fantastic and more than we expected. The condo, while on the smaller side, was clean and exactly as described. It never felt cramped and the recliner is VERY comfortable! The property was nice and well kept. The pool was always clean and plenty of room to park even in peak season. Access to the beach was amazing and it was never crowded. It was so close to everything we only used our vehicle twice during the week. The rest of the time we biked or walked. The booking process was seamless. The host was very quick to respond and gave all the information needed. The key code lock is a great conscience, especially with kids. Very much appreciated! Only hiccup we had all week was the bikes supplied by the host. The salt tears them up quick and we had problems early on with one bike. However, I messaged the host and she responded quickly to fix the situation and replaced the bike! We use the bikes daily and that could have been a pain, but it ended up being a non issue due to communication and effort by the host. Would return and stay in this unit again without hesitation!

Beach Vacation

The area on Hilton Head was wonderful and right on the beach. The included bicycles were very nice and we made good use of them. The biggest issue we had was the mattresses. I have some issues with my lower back that requires a mattress with good support. After a couple of hours, my back hurt so much I could not go back to sleep. I tried the sleeper sofa, but the support bars under the thin mattress were very uncomfortable on my side. I took the thin(3") foam mattress off the sofa and put it directly on the floor. I was able to sleep but it was not very comfortable. I asked the next day if they had another unit which might have a better mattress. I was told that they got lots of comments about how good the mattress was and that they would check to see but that they probably did not have anything else. I never heard back from them as to whether they had any other option or not.

Just returned from a fabulous vacation at this rental-clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities. Lots of bars/shops/restaurants within walking distance and steps to the beach. Check in/out process was smooth and host was highly responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!

Kinda what I expected… I didn’t really have high expectations due to the price. However the photos were somewhat deceiving. Missing pieces of artwork, and hand towel bar in bathroom missing. Beach chairs were old and gross. Bikes were good! The pictures looked much more clean/updated than the actual condo… The unit is very small and rather dingy. No full length mirror and the cleaning of the unit was subpar. The only great thing was the location, it’s probably the closest you’ll get to the beach for the price.

Great condo for two! Steps from the beach!

Spent a lovely week with my fiancé at this condo. It had everything we needed. I loved how close we were to the beach. It was also walking distance from some restaurants which was great. The bedroom shares a wall/window with the main hallway so we could hear the pool guests sometimes when trying to sleep or before we woke up. Not too bad but if you’re a light sleeper you may want earplugs. Kendall was great! The check in process was easy and had all the info we needed. I liked the ability to rent bikes if we wanted. It took a few minutes to figure out parking and where the stairs were and where the best place to park was. Overall we had an awesome time and I would book with Kendall again! :)
