Das komfortable und saubere Stadthaus aus dem Jahr 1800 bietet alles, was Sie für einen gelungenen Wochen- oder Wochenendurlaub in Brigantine, New Jersey, benötigen. Dieses Strandhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Bädern verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage / Heizung und genügend Schlafgelegenheiten für 8 bis 10 Gäste. Es ist eine großartige Wahl für Familien, Paare oder Freunde, die einen unterhaltsamen, erholsamen Urlaub am Meer verbringen möchten.

Dieses Haus befindet sich am begehrten südlichen Ende von Brigantine, New Jersey. Es liegt in der Nähe des Strandes, von Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Erholungsgebieten und Annehmlichkeiten wie einem 18-Loch-Golfplatz auf der Insel.

Der erste Stock verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Queen-Size-Bett mit einem Flachbild-Smart-TV, das andere mit zwei Full-Size-Betten und einem Flachbild-Smart-TV) sowie ein Full-Size-Bad und einen voll funktionsfähigen Waschraum.Diese geräumigen Schlafzimmer betreten ein neues 14-Fuß-Trex-Deck in einem schönen eingezäunten Hinterhof für Unterhaltung im Freien.

Die 2. Etage verfügt über 2 Terrassen, einen offenen Wohnraum mit zwei geräumigen Sitzbereichen, einen Kamin, einen großen Flachbild-Smart-TV, eine Gästetoilette, Holzböden und eine kürzlich renovierte Wohnküche mit allen grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten (großer Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Elektroherd mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, neueste Keurig Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe / Pfannen, Küchenutensilien und Besteck). Es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Schlafplätze.

Das hintere Deck im 2. Stock wurde so umgebaut, dass es mit dem unteren Deck mit Trex-Dielen übereinstimmt. Dieses neue Geländersystem mit einem Tor bietet zusätzlichen Genuss beim Essen im Freien und einem großen Propangrill für alle Ihre kulinarischen Aufgaben.

Neu hinzugefügt - ein wunderschöner eingezäunter Garten mit bunten Adirondack-Stühlen, Schaukelstühlen und einer bequemen Schaukel für drei Personen mit Baldachin zum Genießen im Freien.
Ein neu gebautes Deck im Erdgeschoss trägt zum entspannenden Komfort und den Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im Erdgeschoss bei.

Die 3. Etage verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit einem kalifornischen Kingsize-Bett, einem Flachbild-Smart-TV und einem Vollbad. Dieses Zimmer hat auch einen Deckenventilator.

Alle Schlafzimmer sowie der Wohnbereich sind mit Kabelfernsehen, Internetanschluss und WIFI ausgestattet. Ein Festnetztelefon für Ortsgespräche ist ebenfalls enthalten.

Die angeschlossene Garage verfügt über 5 Fahrräder (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder), 8 Liegestühle, Boogey-Boards und einen Strandkarren, um die Strandausrüstung zu einem bewachten, unberührten Strand mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Atlantik zu transportieren. 6 Strand-Tags werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Zusätzliche Strandmarken können auf der Insel gekauft werden. Vergewissern Sie sich vor Ihrer Abreise, dass alle Beach Tags für die nächsten Gäste reserviert sind.

Wir stellen auch 1 Satz Bettwäsche für jedes Bett und Handtücher für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Wir bitten Sie, diese Gegenstände vor Ihrer Abreise zu waschen. (oder Sie können stattdessen Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen). Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit. Es gibt Parkplätze abseits der Straße und eine Auffahrt mit zusätzlichen Parkplätzen neben dem Stadthaus.

Great 4th of July week!

We had such a great week staying at Rich”s property! Rich was super helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The back patio was our favorite and was the perfect hang out spot after a long day at the beach! It was just a short walk from the house down to the beach and Rich had everything we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to get everything down to the beach. Can’t wait to go back again!

Family Vacation

Just got back from visiting the Jersey Shore for the first time and it was great. The house was lovely. We had 8 of us in total and had plenty of room. The 3 floors made it very nice to have separate time when needed, especially with a 2 and 4 year old in the group. The area was central to many attractions. The beach was a short walk away and the playground within a 5 minute drive. Owner Rich was very responsive and truly seemed interested that we were having a great time. I'd recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful home with Amazing location- close to the beach

This was the perfect home to stay at! Lots of space for the kids and adults. The backyard is beautiful and spacious with lots of deck furniture. The proximity to the beach with a short 1 mile drive to stores and shops was perfect! We came for an event in Atlantic City- and when it was time to head back to Brigantine in the evening, the quick drive was easy to do and the peace and tranquility of escaping those city lights was perfect! We got to enjoy fireworks a couple nights while sitting on the beach- which was such a nice little bonus! The house was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need- beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach badges, linens for the house- the list goes on and on! This was truly the perfect home!

Perfect location for a family of 4 - husband wife & a 24 yr old and a 21 year old - beach block - 5 minutes to the casinos and good AC Restaurants - 3 bedrooms spaced out - 2 1/2 baths - very clean throughout - 2 full sized refrigerators - spacious back yard patio and 2 small decks - quiet neighborhood hardly heard anything - very spacious beach - beach was super clean - not crowded at all - water was clear and refreshing - beach supplies towels and linens all included - it is a bit of a walk from house to actually beach/water with little children - just plan accordingly - no boardwalk or shopping on beach we brought all food and drinks daily- convenient hose out front to wash down after day on beach - great little town - must check out Aversa's Bakery & Ernst& Son deli- great bakery food and italian breads - Ernst sandwiches can easily feed 4 - skip right past wawa and eat an original local business - we plan on returning and owner super nice and very easy to work with

Beautiful house 1 block from the beach!

We’ve been renting on Brigantine for 5 years, and this was our favorite house. It’s exactly as described in the listing, large and clean, comfortably furnished, and well equipped with everything you don’t want to pack for vacation (beach chairs, bath towels, all the kitchen appliances you need including pots and pans, blender, Keurig, etc). The decor is modern and attractive, the back yard is a very functional part of the living space with pavers and deck chairs, hanging lights, a fence which comes in handy with young children, and there are also 2 decks on the second floor - perfect for drinking coffee while you watch the sunrise or sunset! Rich even called a couple days before we arrived to make sure I was clear on the check in process and to see if I had any questions. It’s one block from the dunes, and this particular beach has lifeguards but no crowds at all - even on the weekend, we only ever had a couple of other families nearby. There are bikes in the garage so you can ride to get ice cream or just around the island, and the neighbors are nice! It was the perfect spot!

Great spot to be with friends and family

The house was awesome. We have stayed at a few in brigantine and this was our favorite. Three different spots to sit outside. Great pack yard patio at night. Beds were very comfortable. Garage was loaded with beach supplies and kitchen had everything we needed. Rich, the owner, was great to communicate with and responded quickly. We will absolutely be staying here in the future.

Enjoyed our vacation here!

Plenty of room inside. Loved that there was a half bath on main living floor. Plenty of seating in the backyard, which we enjoyed most evenings. Location was great, quiet and close to Atlantic City. Owners were great, answered questions we had promptly.

Perfect COVID-Friendly Getaway

Due to the pandemic, we had to scrap our international travel plans over Labor Day and were in search of a nearby getaway for ourselves, our two toddler boys, and the in-laws. This property provided the perfect last minute vacation plans. The second floor was extremely spacious, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the recently-upgraded outdoor spaces provided the perfect hangout after a long day on the beach (even have solar powered downlighting in the fencing). We didn't get to make use of the bikes or other beach amenities in the garage, but it was nice to know they were there if needed. Just one small heads up - it is a 10-15 minute walk across the dunes and extremely wide beach to get ocean access here. Not ideal with small kids, but also not a deal-breaker at all, we just loaded up the car and drove up the island to places where the beach access was easier for daytime play, then in the evenings we would walk out to the dunes for a nice stroll when we weren't lugging a bunch of beach stuff with us. Overall, we booked this location specifically for the outdoor spaces, and they didn't disappoint!

Pleasant Retreat

My family and I have been coming to Brigantine for 20 years as we have immediate family who live there. This was the first year we decided to rent in order to have more space/privacy. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. Town home was very spacious and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the fact that the master suite was removed from the guest bedrooms. Rich was very responsive when we had an oven issue. Loved It!

We absolutely LOVE Brigantine and try to go when we can. Since we're from Houston, we need a place to stay. This house caught our eye and--what a find! Our favorite location on the island is the south end beach area with an easy walk to the beach. This home was perfect! Roomy, with beds for 10 people---no one would feel cramped. Well-thought-out kitchen with lots of dish/pan ware. The three floors offer lots of privacy for all, but be sure you can climb stairs! Breezes just pass through to keep you cool, but the ac is there if you need it. The patio is a charmer with rock-solid Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, side tables--perfect for outdoor fun. But for us, having driven so far, the best thing was what they had in the garage for us to use: bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys---you just had to supply the fun! Well done, Rich and Jen! We would definitely recommend it!

Since owning this property for the last 20 years I have spent every off season upgrading and rebuilding this townhome to be something special that guests will feel comfortable and relax during their time here. The last five years saw both the first floor bathroom and 2nd floor powder rooms completely renovated with all new fixtures, flooring, and amenities.
The outside was completed with two new back decks, a fenced yard, and a large area to relax and enjoy the summer weather. Past years the 2nd floor was redone with a complete overhaul of the living space and kitchen areas, When we say we welcome you to your home away from home we mean this in every sense so when you arrive it can be a carefree , time away enjoying all that Brigantine has to offer.
