Dieses Haus wurde gerade für 2019 VOLLSTÄNDIG REMODELIERT !! Sie wollen dieses nicht verpassen! Neue Hartkerntüren, neue Fußböden, Decken mit Wulstbrettern, maßgefertigte Etagenbetten, die groß und robust genug für Erwachsene sind, Scheunentüren in der Waschküche, neue Wohnzimmermöbel und natürlich neue Betten!

Die Schlafzimmer sind durch den Wohnraum mit zwei auf jeder Seite des Hauses getrennt. Die Ostseite hat zwei Herren mit eigenem Bad und Kingsize-Betten. Eines davon ist größer und enthält auch einen Pottery Barn-Stuhl, der als Doppelschläfer dient. Der andere hat Meerblick und einen privaten Zugang zur Veranda.

Die beiden Zimmer an der Westseite teilen sich ein großes Jack-n-Jill-Badezimmer (Taschentüren, Doppelwaschbecken, Wanne / Dusche-Kombination). Ein Zimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Waschtisch mit Blick auf das Meer und Türen zur Veranda. Der andere hat benutzerdefinierte Kojen. Ein Satz ist XL-Zwillinge und andere ist regelmäßige Zwillinge. Jedes Bett verfügt über kleine Ablagefächer, eine eigene Beleuchtung und Steckdosen mit USB-Steckern.

Drei der vier Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Flachbildfernseher.

Die Gewölbedecken und der offene Raum zwischen Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer bieten viele Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten. Eine Wand aus Fenstern bietet von jedem Punkt in diesem Raum Meerblick - Fernsehen auf der Couch, ein Glas Wein an der Bar einschenken oder sogar Geschirr spülen!

Die umgebaute Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Granitoberflächen, einer eigenständigen Eismaschine und einem sehr ruhigen Geschirrspüler. Wie Sie sich vorstellen können, gibt es viele Weingläser (sogar bruchsichere für den Poolbereich!)

Die Vorderseite des Hauses hat eine große schattige Terrasse mit freiem Blick auf den Golf. Die Rückseite hat eine schattige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool - mit weitem Blick auf die Bucht. Der Hinterhof ist eingezäunt und die Außendusche hat sowohl warmes als auch kaltes Wasser!

Das Haus hat eine hocheffiziente Waschmaschine und Trockner, viele Parkplätze für mehrere Autos, Ihr Boot oder Maisloch und einen extrem einfachen und nahen Zugang zum Strand!

Es gibt einen Gasgrill für Ihren Fang des Tages und Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme, wenn Ihre Zehen den Sand benötigen!

The open concept living allowed us to keep eyes on 2 little boys and had plenty of seating for dining and lounging in the evenings. I have never seen so many dishes, glasses of all kinds, bowls and silverware at a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and the location across from the beach was perfect. We were a little concerned about construction noise across the street, and there was very little. I would definitely stay ant this house again.

Excellent location!

The only reason for the four star is because of the king size bed in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and enjoyable weekend.

The house was super clean & well taken care of. Location is beyond perfect. You have beach front view & walk without the price of the beach front homes. The pool is clean and tidy. The backyard is perfect. I will say, they are starting construction on a house across the street so that might add some noise and traffic to future guests while they build that home but the view will still be spectacular & the walk still just as easy. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Another Great Beach Trip In the Books

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our groups 5th year staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The pool is so nice to come back to after the beach, or while waiting out the afternoon showers. Kitchen always has everything we could ask for, and the pool closet has all you will need for the beach. The only thing I could suggest is giving a little TLC to the front porch deck. We love spending time out there but some of the nails are coming up so we made sure the kids were not barefoot while playing around. IT did not hinder our experience at all though. We had another great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 5 day vacation at Pensacola Beach and 1415 Ariola was delightful. There were 5 adults and 5 children who used this home. It is very convenient to the beach. Having the umbrellas to use as well as the chairs was a great plus. There are also swim inflatables and sand toys available. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I will note that there are no staples provided. Please shop ahead of time (You will have to go back to Gulf Breeze for a good selection of groceries) and include salt/pepper, ketchup, mustard, flour, sugar, etc. There was only enough toilet paper supplied for 4 days and we needed to buy more paper towels, as well as trash bags, laundry detergent, and dw detergent. There is a new home being built across the street which will block the open view from the front porch, but a side view remains. Outside hot/cold shower very nice! Beds and furniture were comfortable. There is a great breeze from the front!

I would like to see better cleaning standards (food under the couches), pool deck & front deck, both f wood nature, needs work to ensure no splinter/safety issues. Going barefoot is a major risk due to splintered wood. The rail on front porch is unsafe; can be moved & little kids could fall through & it is wobbly in many areas. I certainly would not lean on it. If the owner would spend a little money pressure cleaning the decks & concrete & throw a fresh coat of paint on the exterior doors & front deck, it would make a world of difference.

This place was awesome!

Perfect location; setup of the house was fantastic! The property managers were great. Couple of things that would have helped us was a more detailed list of what the property had; we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need to. We've stayed at "fully furnished" houses before and there was hardly anything there. This place is truly FULLY furnished! I even brought my Amazon Firestick and didn't need it. :) A heated pool would have been great, too. House was clean overall, but we did see a mouse in the kitchen the night before we left and had to kill a couple of pretty good sized bugs, but hey, it's Florida! Didn't ruin our trip at all. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway

Very nice location and beautiful home. Plenty of room and everything you need to cook or grill by the pool. Very short walk to the beach and perfect size pool to hangout at night and let the kids play. Will definitely rent again next year.

Perfect Location, Needs a bit of TLC

The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was amazing. There were also a TON of beach toys, chairs, and supplies. The layout of the house was well-planned and there was plenty of space for our family. CONS: The beds were definitely worn out and not very comfortable. The deck needs some TLC - our girls had 2 splinters during our stay. The internet was very undependable and had to be rebooted 2-3 times every day which was problematic as our children were trying to do school work and lost their work on several occasions. Lastly, we found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay. With some maintenance, we would say here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family. The location was great as it was very easy to walk the short distance to the beach. The house was nice and well kept. There were a few things that could have been better. There were no beach towels. We had to buy towels and leave them at the property because we were flying home. I am not sure why a beach house would not be equipped with beach towels. The check-in time of 5 pm is very late. It is much later than hotels. We were lucky enough to be able to check-in early as the property was not rented the day before but it seemed like a Herculean effort to allow us to check-in early. Overall a great experience and it would be 5 stars if there were towels and check-in was at a more normal time like 3 pm.
