Surfs Up Cottage (Bungalow) hat einen schönen offenen Grundriss mit einem Strandthema. Sie werden die Idylle eines Ferienhauses und eine große Fläche für sich und Ihre Gäste genießen. Die Decken des Bauernhofes laden zu einem entspannten, gemütlichen Gefühl ein.

Die Hütte beherbergt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein komplettes Badezimmer, eine große Terrasse im Hinterhof mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und einem Gasgrill. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz für 2 Fahrzeuge.

Excellent stay

The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Anna was so easy to communicate with and available if any issues arose. Would highly recommend this house for a stay at woodcliff park!

Dreamy

This was a perfect, 5 star experience. The owner: Anna was super communicative and responsive. We felt completely taken care of. Check in and check out were a breeze. And the literature in the home had everything we needed. The home: lovely, super clean, well appointed with everything we needed. Our little kids loved playing on the big back porch (we ate all our meals out there too). We loved the propane fire pit, the big leather couch, the games, and the fancy shower. We cooked all our meals on the cabin and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfy and clean. I was a bit worried that not having air conditioning in every room would be a problem, but the cabin stayed perfectly temperate. Only thing missing were some towel tracks/a clothes line (our towels never really got dry). The location: the best part of all. The cabin is nestled in a tiny seaside community. Think forested campground, but instead of tents, there are tiny cabins all right right up next to each other. Unpretentious, friendly, very quiet, totally dreamy. The gorgeous sand and pebble beach is a quick walk down a lot of stairs. We loved every minute of it here. And every neighbor we met was kind and had sweet things to say about our cabin's owners. Anna, thank you so much for this wonderful weekend! My young family made so many memories.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing time staying at the surf shack! We had everything we needed for our stay and the rooms were comfortable and decor was perfect for a beach vacation! The renovations to the kitchen are beautiful! The kids had plenty of room to play and we enjoyed the back deck every night for family meals. I would definitely stay here again!

Mrs. Anna’s Cottage is just the getaway EVERYONE needs to see!

First I have to say Mrs. Anna is such a gracious accommodating supportive flexible and beyond A+ plus as a host. Her cottage is absolutely stunning it’s a great family getaway it was very relaxing anything we could think to need or ask her to adjust or odd days she went above and beyond to accommodate our family and our needs and made sure that we had an enjoyable stay everyone really needs to go to this cottage the deck the fire pit darts beach cozy interior comfortable bedding beautiful rooms we could not have asked for a better stay or a better host and we are greatly appreciative for all of her accommodations and graciousness. We were lucky to get in as the season is closing this today. So I highly recommend any and all who won a great spring break or summer vacation getaway book now because I have no doubt it will be sold out and reserved for good. Thank you again Anna very much for everything all of your flexibility most of all your understanding and compassion and patience you’re truly an amazing individual who I look forward and hope to meet one day

Great Cottage in a Great Location

Our family loved our stay here. The cottage was clean, newly renovated, and perfect for our needs. The large back porch, short walk to the beach, and canopy of trees in the neighborhood added to the wonderful experience. Anna was extremely helpful and always available. We hope to stay here again soon.

Short stay out east

My two children, 13 and 15 years older, and I had a wonderful few days out east. We found the cottage to be very comfortable and easy to go to/from, while we spent time in surrounding areas during the day. We adjusted to the cottage park living pretty quickly, never having been to one and being very used to privacy on our trips. Anna was very accommodating and always available. Thank you for a great few days. The sunsets on the beach were amazing!

Lovely cottage so close to the beach!

We rented it for our anniversary with our two cats. It’s a lovely cottage in a worry-free summer community. The house has amazing public area and deck (our favorite part!) Walking distance to the community’s private beach and close to a lot of fun stuff. Absolutely enjoyed the stay!

Beware: Neurotic mean host in police blue flag neighborhood

Host was overly in touch but not to help. Bedrooms are just two the loft is pads on the floor in a hot low-ceilinged space. Host blamed us for sheets she didn’t wash properly and treated me worse than the worst school teacher I feared in my youth. We were polite and tidy and followed the rules but took an extra twenty minutes checking out and she freaked out - she had the cleaning lady lined up to arrive at 10 on the nose! She’s looking to find fault, beware. Neighborhood is funky cute bungalows close together with tons of American flags and thin blue line flags on 90% of houses - it a great match for progressive people or those seeking reasonable easy low-stress vacation stays. House is full of stupid signs about beach rules and deck rules and sand between the toes - if you need to pretend you’re sweet with a thousand TJ Maxx signs chances are you’re covering up for a huge lack of compassion and truth and goodness. Beware.

Adorable cottage - wonderful location

Anna was very accommodating, prompt at communicating whenever we had questions, and made the check-in process seamless. She had all materials available for us (map was located on the wall of the cottage on how to walk to the private beach...<5 minute walk btw), had great recommendations on fun stuff to do nearby, and even left us a wonderful welcome gift!

Wonderful accommodation for family

The accommodation was as clean and just size for our family of four (2-year-old and 5-year-old) . There are everything to enjoy our stay including kitchen utensils, dishes, towel, wifi and even shower gel. Before I checked in, Anna kindly give us the information about the cottage, Community’s private beach and neighborhood. I really thank you for Anna, and want to come back again.

Fun family stay!

Wonderful cottage close to the beach! Great community, good for all ages. My husband, 5 year old daughter and I had such a nice week. Clean and immaculate property with a nice big deck, minutes to walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property.

A week on the beach

My family stayed at this beautiful beach cottage in early August. Anna is a very accommodating host who made sure everything was ready and perfect for our arrival. The cottage is very clean and decorated with a fun and cool beachy vibe. It’s a perfect spot for a family trip. It’s located only 3 blocks or so from the beach. The surrounding area has a mix of activities for the family. I would highly recommend this spot for a nice family getaway. Chris

Celebrating new baby

My friends and I rented this place to celebrate our friend’s pregnancy. The owner was very accommodating throughout the whole experience. She called me a week before to go over procedures and let me ask questions. The place was beautiful and the deck was our favorite part. We loved using the kitchen and grill and the decor was beautiful. The owner gave very good directions to get to the beach and we had a really nice time. Overall it was a great experience.

Very comfortable, nice neighborhood

We had a great family get together. Everyone fit comfortably around the big table on the deck for a BBQ, even when it decided to pour! The ac made the cottage comfortable even in 90+ temperatures. The open floor plan is very roomy and the bedrooms are adequate.

Lovely cottage

Cozy, clean cottage, decorated with love. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, there is everything necessary for a good vacation. Cosy Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our time at the cottage very much. The house was very clean and cosy and in a good location. It is just a short walk to the beach and close to local farms, vineyards and other places to visit. The owner was very helpful and attentive.

My Husband and I love getting away to the beach and wineries. We love the farm to table and freshness that is offerred on the Northfolk.

The cottage is less than 5 minute walk to the beach. You can take lovely walks in the community and down the road to local farms. This cottage is roomier than most, offering 3 nice size bedrooms and a very large living room for gathering. There is a large covered backyard deck for bbq, dining, and relaxing. There is also a front porch with seating for morning coffee.

We fell in love with this cottage mainly because of the area and the space. Much larger than all the cottages we looked at, and we added the loft for even more space. We have 2 parking spots which is a huge plus in this community. You can enjoy the outside area and inside as well with all the comforts of home. The space and the décor is so relaxing :)
