Neu renovierte "Dolphin Watch" ist ein 7 Schlafzimmer 4. 5 Badezimmer Haus am Meer in Dolphin Ridge Unterteilung. Neu renoviert mit allen neuen Möbeln. Pool und Whirlpool. Private Außendusche mit warmem und kaltem Wasser.

Es gibt eine Master Suite mit eigenem Whirlpool und begehbarer Dusche.

Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Doppelzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und zwei Etagenzimmer.

Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Fernseher und Kabel ausgestattet. Mehrere Smart-TVs.

Sitzbereich in der obersten Etage mit Blick auf den Strand und Brett- / Kartenspielen.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für Kinder und Erwachsene. Es verfügt über eine Dartscheibe, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Bar mit TV. Ein großartiger Ort, um das Ballspiel zu spielen und zu beobachten.

Wir haben ungefähr einen Monat an diesem Haus gearbeitet und ich habe fast jeden Tag Delfine gesehen, also ist das Haus seinem Namen treu geblieben! Schöne Aussicht und privater Strandbereich direkt vor dem Haus.
Wir haben 3 andere Ferienhäuser in Emerald Isle und wir haben auch Ferienhäuser am schönen Lake Gaston in North Carolina. Wenn Sie vom Salzwasser müde werden, schauen Sie sich den Süßwasserurlaub im Lake Gaston an!
Es hat Spaß gemacht, dieses Haus zu renovieren und es ist wunderschön geworden! Wir freuen uns darauf, dass Sie bei uns bleiben!

Multi generational family beach vacation

This is an excellent property for a large multigenerational family vacation. The two bunk rooms were perfect for the boy and girl cousins. The king rooms with their attached bathrooms were just right for moms and dads, grandmas and grandpas. Beach access, pool, hot tub and location close to shopping and attractions were big bonuses.

Wonderful Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend and this home was the perfect place to hold our small wedding. Our wedding party stayed at the house with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host Tony was extremely nice and helpful to make this a great weekend for a special occasion for me and my husband. We loved this home and look forward to renting it again in the future!

Fantastic, spacious house for lots of people

Stayed with more than a dozen friends for the weekend. House was roomy and comfortable, with a great location. Plenty of beds, large kitchen, plus ping-pong in the garage. Hot tub and pool were nice touch, plus the jumping dolphins were amazing. Will definitely come back again!

Amazing beach house and owner

We had an amazing time at this beach house. The pool, hot tub and amazing views where awesome! This has to be one of the best beach front houses at Emerald Isle! The owner Tony was the best! Any questions I had he was very quick to respond he also help us book some kayaking, jet skiing, and shark tooth island adventures. Tony was great. Possibly the best vacation we ever had at Emerald Isle!!

Great Family spot

Well supplied with necessities. Very comfortable beds and sheets. Plenty of nice bath towels. Gated, which was nice. Living space well designed. Nice pool. Indoor wifi great but none outside house. ALL in all was very nice location and property and would rent this again in future. We all had a wonderful time.

Awesome house and with beautiful beach view

House was great. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub worked. The living room has an amazing view of the beach. The neighbors were very friendly too. We loved the Ping pong table, it kept us entertained for hours. No complaints. Would recommend!

Great Property for Family Gathering

This is a great property for a family gathering! With 7 adults, not only did we have all the bedroom space needed, but we also enjoyed the various gathering spaces including three different eating areas, which would be great for a larger gathering. We also loved the sectional sofa in the family room that provided a lot of seating. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved that we had the use of a gas grill on the deck. There is also a hot tub and pool, although we didn't make use of it. The views from the deck were fantastic -- no large dunes to obstruct your view. Tony, our host, was great, too. Very responsive with any questions that we had. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Senior Trip for College Prep

We had an overall good stay! We took a group of graduating seniors for a weekend getaway to help them prepare for college. The house is very spacious and fit our needs. The neighborhood is awesome and the proximity to the beach is great! We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. Our only real complaint was that the house could have been cleaner. We found hair in shower and in the bed. There were signs of wear and tear in places as well. I would recommend this house for large groups!

Beautiful place and great owner

The owner of this property is top notch. He let us view the property back in February when we was down for a week to help us prepare for our special day. Then we was allowed to check in early since the home was not rented the day before and then he allowed at later check out for us which was greatly appreciated. We had our little wedding here with a few family and friends and his flexibility made things much easier for us to prepare and pack up afterwards. The place was really clean on the inside when we checked in and it had all the space that we needed to pull off this amazing wedding. My only complaint would be that the hottub was not working the whole time we was there, but he did try to get that fixed for us. We would definitely rent this place again and the owner is top notch in my opinion so don’t hesitate to book this place.

Enjoyed our stay. Second year. A couple of suggestions from this year. Per page have at least one roll of paper towels available to at least get us started. Also more than one kitchen trash bag. And soap. If not provided, perhaps note in rental information. Also, we were unable to access elevator, which is one of main reasons we rented house. But overall, an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful house

The house was great - plenty spacious with enough dishware, silverware and pots and pans to cook for a crowd. Initially I was a little annoyed at having to make the beds but realized it’s actually for the best cause you then know that the sheets really are clean. Yeah I know it’s a minor thing but I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO properties and the clean wrapped sheets were a new thing. The house is at a beautiful spot on the beach and we will return again at a better time of year. The only recommendation is to supply a new/better can opener. The one there is sad.

Easter break family vacation

Beautiful beach house and location for our family. The furnishings were very nice, spacious and comfortable. Regretfully, the hot tub was not working and filthy. The pool was also filthy and was not heated. The pool co came quickly after I contacted the manager and cleaned the pool and turned on the heater. The hot tub never worked and the property manager said a technician was coming but never showed. The 10 adults were really looking forward to using it. I sent the property manager a text with my concerns and have had no response. I would expect some type of credit for this inconvenience.

Perfect for Multiple Families

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house in Emerald Isle, NC. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: The Good Location: The location is simply amazing! We loved the easy access to the bike trail and paddle boarding in Swansboro. Beach and Pool Access: Being right on the beach was fantastic, and having a pool was a great bonus for the kids. Spaciousness: The house is perfect for multiple families. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we never felt crowded. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen had ample storage space, and the two full refrigerators were incredibly convenient for our large group. Needs Improvement Back Door Inoperability: The back door on the main floor is not functional, which is a significant egress issue that should be addressed immediately. The other door on the main floor is also difficult to open, posing a safety concern in an emergency. Cleanliness: One of the bedrooms had dirty sheets, which we had to wash ourselves upon arrival. Electrical Issues: We encountered several electrical issues, including a day without electricity in one room and losing WiFi on our last day. Some outlets were unreliable and did not consistently charge our electronics. Overall, our experience was positive, and we had a fantastic time enjoying the beach and the amenities. Addressing the mentioned concerns would make this rental even better for future guests.

We are a family of 5! We have a daughter about to be married, a son in highschool, and a son in elementary school. My wife does all of the interior decorating on our Vacation Homes and she definitely has the eye for it! If you have any questions about furniture or decorations you see, let us know because we own a furniture store in Raleigh, NC! We live in Henderson, NC but we call Emerald Isle, NC our second home! We have made many memories here and we hope you and your family will too!
