Just as described. Lovely place

Absolutely a lovely stay. The only downside, is that not all the pools are heated, (just the one in front of the unit) and the beach was closed most of our entire stay-but that has nothing to do with this property. This property was exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out. Easy communication, easy beach access, plenty of things to do in surrounding area. Clean rooms, no issues, and no elevator wait! Thank you

Great little place

Room was very nicely decorated. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The view a as great but i especially enjoyed the view from the master bed. The price was great. The only thing that was a bit excessive was the charge for parking.. But overall i would 100% recommend

Family vacation

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was awesome. We used the resorts golf course everyday. The pools are heated and kept my granddaughter busy and the beach was busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. We had an awesome vacation!

Great/Amazing Condo but...

This was an amazing condo. Everything was spotless. Great quality furniture, linen, pots and pans, etc. I like that fact that you had the option to purchase insurance, prior to booking, which we did as a safety net. The view was amazing. We cooked breakfast daily and sat on the balcony to enjoy the view. I can't say anything bad about our stay or this amazing beautiful condo. The only complaint is the smell on the ground floor and the message I received, asking did we burn a spot near the oven/stove area. We left the place in immaculate shape just as it was when we arrived. There wasn't a burn spot when we arrived nor when we left. We all did a walk down of the place multiple times. I asked that a picture be sent of the burn spot. The picture was provided to me and the appliance/area in the picture were totally different from the appliance/area in the condo. After adamantly claiming, we DID NOT do that, the response was, "maybe it was the occupants before you". The burn spot wasn't there when we arrived nor when we left. This was going to be my go to condo whenever we vacationed in Panama City; but, no longer. Just didn't sit right with me.

Wonderful star!

Everything about this unit was exceptional. You can tell the owners take very good care of their property. There are no surprises. It is exactly how it looks in the pictures. We also loved the Edgewater property. Every morning staff was cleaning around the property. Yes it is an older property but we found it to be well taken care of. Absolutely no problems with the elevator in tower 2 either. The landscaping around the pools is beautiful and beach access is super easy. Do not hesitate to stay in this condo or at Edgewater Beach. We loved it!

Nice condo, Average Resort

The condo was really nice. That was the only thing that saved our experience at Edgewater Beach Resort. This is the second year in a row we have been at the resort it it is getting increasingly worse. There is no security presence at the Towers on the property. There was no working hot tubs again this year. People are allowed to smoke and ash in the pools other than the Lagoon pool. Illegal drug use is rampant and you are unable to use your balcony because of all of the smoking that people are doing. Overall disappointed with experience with the amount of money spent. This was our last visit to Edgewater Beach Resort. There doesn’t seem to be any interest in addressing concerns of unruly guests and broken amenities.

Incredible stay! Would recommend 1000%!

This was a mother/daughter trip which was much needed! Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless and room was astonishing with an upscale beach feel and copious amounts of room! The balcony was amazing which we enjoyed frequently, we had a movie night in the spacious living area, the beds were high level comfort, but our favorite would have to be the view from the master bedroom! The glass windows overlooking the ocean, truly made it feel as though you were on the beach from the room. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Can’t wait to come back to escape reality for a few days! Memories for a lifetime.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and the view of the gulf from the balcony. The condo felt luxurious with the decor and updated kitchen. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Highly recommend!

1st time in Panhandle

I’m from Charlotte, My whole life i’ve been going to SC and NC beaches. Sorry to say i’ll probably be coming back to florida instead from now on, the place was so clean that my girlfriend and mom couldn’t stop talking about it.. Location and view on the clear emerald water just put me in a state of awww. Highly recommend this place for family’s with kids. Will be back very soon!

Edgewater is an older complex, but well maintained. The condo was very nice and you can tell the owners put a lot time and money into the unit. It was nice having security on the property. We would stay here again!
