The property had everything we needed for our visit. My business partner and I were in town doing some work and needed a place to do our work in a comfortable place. The property was clean and well kept and had access to local shopping and a few resorts. The pool was clean and about 25 steps from the back patio area.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Have stayed in various apartments in Bay Pointe over the last 10 years. This property has beautiful grounds with two summing pools. We enjoyed morning coffee on the outside patio. Owners were easy to communicate with. One star removed as the master bathroom needs attention - shower head needs to be upgraded, vanity lights not working. Fortunately we used the 2nd bathroom. Yes, we enjoyed the sun & warmth of Jamaica.

Awesome Apartment

I can't really find anything negative to say about the place. Its just as advertised. Its looks exactly like the pictures. One thing I didn't know when I booked is that one of the pools is literally right outside the back patio. Really convenient. Its about a 5 minute or so leisurely walk to the Hard rock cafe which has a nice beach to lay out on and the food there is good. There were some cold drinks in the fridge waiting when I arrive and it was just a really nice apartment. We had two apartments in this complex and this one was way nicer, better furnishings and better TV, it was large had cable, and Firestick with of course Netflix but also a lot of other options for programming. Oh and the most important thing of all, It was clean. I mean really really clean and I am little extra about cleanliness, and I can't say I noticed anything and I felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Clean, great owners

Great place for what we needed. Close to the yacht club and a nice place to come back to after a day on the water. Beautiful grounds with 2 pools. Some welcome treats left in the fridge on arrival. There was a power outage the week before that knocked out appliances but provisions were in place prior to arrival and the owners were 100% responsive to our needs. Omoi and Yanique were absolutely wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay again. Recommended a car or a bit of money for taxis as it is out of the way with only the yacht club and hard rock near by (hard rock closed for a private event one day) as everything else nearby is all inclusive and closed to visitors.

The location of the property is really good. The owners were VERY helpful from the time of booking to when we left. They provided recommendation for anything we asked for. The house is ideal for family.

Great location, nicely updated

The condo itself is nicely furnished and decorated! Owners are very kind and helpful! They went out of their way to think of everything! Great location for what we wanted to do. The pools at Bay Pointe were great for the kids. The washer and dryer in the unit was awesome! The only downside was the tv - every time we turned it off, we had to log back in... got a little tiresome. Would stay here again!
