Mond-Baby in Grayton Beach

Moon Baby Cottage ist ein Grayton Beach Favorit! Dieses Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt in einer ruhigen, von Bäumen gesäumten Straße nahe dem See in Old Grayton. Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum weltberühmten Strand mit seinem weißen Sand und kristallklarem Wasser. Genießen Sie Angeln vom öffentlichen Dock auf dem See ist auch nur den Block entfernt.

Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination. 2. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten und das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche.

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Zubereiten von Speisen benötigen. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster sind alles inklusive.

Es gibt Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich. Eine der beliebtesten Eigenschaften unserer Gäste ist die große abgeschirmte Veranda. Essen Sie da draußen oder einfach die Füße hoch und lesen Sie ein Buch, viel Platz zum Genießen.

Der Hof ist eingezäunt und Hunde sind erlaubt (mit Haustiergebühr).

Das Moon Baby liegt günstig in der Nähe des berühmten Red Bar Restaurants, der Zoo Gallery und des Chiringo Restaurants.

Springen Sie auf Ihr Fahrrad und genießen Sie den 17 Meilen langen Radweg entlang des Scenic Highway 30A. Aquarell und Seaside sind nur 1-2 Meilen nach Osten. Blue Mountain und Gulf Place sind 2-4 Meilen nach Westen. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants zu genießen.

Large with plenty of seating, it is a great lounge area and a perfect spot for your crates if traveling with your dogs. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. It was cleaned to perfection on our arrival. There is a good parking space large enough for a big pickup or SUV. A super shirt walk to all the Grayton Beach highlights.

Moonbaby is Perfect us in 2023

Comfortable beds, sheets and towels and a well stocked kitchen. We love the side porch and fenced yard. Our dogs like it too and are happy to travel with us. We all like the close access to the lake for kayaking and dog swimming. The beach is just steps away. Grayton Beach is a fun town with the Red Bar and Chiringo’s plus cute shops. The 30A bike path makes it easy to get to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Moonbaby.

Surf Hut Charm

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens, and a Boxer) loved hanging out on the porch, walking to the beach, and riding bikes when we stayed at Moon Baby on Spring Break. It won't be a fit if you are looking for a modern, trendy beach house, but if you want a cool, laid back vibe with old school, surf hut charm, Moon Baby will be a perfect fit for you like it was for us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Blitzen loved laying on the deck in the February sunshine and coolong it on the sceened porch. Moon Baby is an authentic old Florida cottage with lots of space. It is comfortable and provides everything one would need for a time away from Northern cold in February. Loved the sunrises over the dune lake and sunset over the gulf.

Great cottage

Some places are greater than the sum of their parts. This one feels like someone’s treasured home. Comfortable chairs and bed. Original thoughtful art. All the things you need without the gimmicks that don’t really work. A fenced yard that you can let your dog out in. There may be newer, more modern places but this is one of my favorites!

The location is great - close to the fishing pier and boat ramp and the beach. We liked the gear credit too! That's a great perk. The house had almost everything we needed. We noticed a few items that needed tending to and they were fixed immediately. If you don't tell the property manager when something needs to be done, they can't fix it. The house was very clean. We love the screened in porch and that's where we spent the majority of our time. The breeze, fans and the shade kept it quite comfortable. We liked it so much, we are returning next year! It's hard to find small houses nowadays so we really appreciate this offering. We also love the Grayton Beach vibe.

We enjoyed the screened in porch almost as much as the beach!

Moo baby was the perfect size for our family of four. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings after dinner. It was a nice place to relax and unwind.

Quiet getaway

We have been visiting Grayton Beach for 15 years but this is our first time staying at Moon Baby. The house was spacious and stocked with a lot of cookware and extras like games, books and beach stuff that we haven't seen in other rentals. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning. The mosquitos were pretty bad since there is a lot of shade and you are close to the lake. Make sure you bring spray or some candles. The screen door has a slight crack so they were able to get in to the covered porch. The house is cooled with two window units: one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is smaller and did not have AC, only a ceiling fan. There are two plug in, oscillating fans that were provided that we used to help keep that room cool.

With views of the inlet lake, live oaks all around and old-school charm this little original bungalow does the trick. All the modern conveniences with original Grayton character and about a block to the beach. Was perfect for our week of relaxation!

Quite Respite

We found our week at Moon Baby to be very nice -- it is a casual spot with great privacy and a lovely location in the heart of Grayton Beach. We really needed a respite and found Moon Baby to be all we'd hoped.

Enjoyed our time

Perfect for a couple with a dog. We played fetch in the fenced in yard every day. 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, Red Bar, etc. Quiet location overall. We would definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness & Pest Issue

The house was in an excellent location and the management crew was attentive and followed up closely throughout the booking, check-in and check-out process. However, we were very underwhelmed by the cleanliness of the place when we arrived. We immediately noticed mold in the kitchen and guest bathroom ceilings that was clearly painted over. My biggest concern is that I woke up twice in the middle of the night with large cockroaches on me in bed. I saw several others in the house throughout our stay, and the place needs to have an exterminator out there before another guest checks in.
