Sie, Ihre Familie und Freunde werden den privaten Pool lieben und sind nur drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand am Gulfview Heights Strand entfernt. Die erste Etage bietet eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstisch mit Platz für sechs plus zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten an der Küche-Bar, Wohnzimmer mit TV, Queen-Schlafsofa und ein komplettes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Summer Vacation 2023

The property and neighborhood were great: safe, clean and quiet. Having a pool to enjoy was especially nice, too. The distance to the beach was not bad but if you don't get your chairs on the beach early, you won't get a good spot. Good restaurants within walking distance, too. Property manager was very helpful and responding quickly to a few questions.

Great location to two really good restaurants, ice cream and beach access

liked this home and location, did not realize it was as far away from the Hub but over all we enjoyed the location. Liked both the near by restaurants, loved the artsy area up the road and beach proximity

Wonderful stay, amazing location!

The house was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed relaxing inside as well as outside, and the decor was so beachy feeling and very well thought out. The beds were comfortable and although we had to bring a few creature comforts, we did not feel like it was a burden. The pool was beautiful looking, however no one ever came to clean it and it had dirt, leaves and mulch in it. As much as I tried to clean it myself with the strainer, it just stirred it up and no one wanted to swim with it, so we sat on the edge with our feet in the pool and bought rafts at the store to relax on. I would say the house was perfect for our family of 3, but a few more people definitely would have felt crowded inside. Loved the short walk for snacks and ice cream and the privacy of the area!

Wonderful!

Only problem was the pool light was broken so we couldn’t swim at night, they tried fixing it twice to no avail, so that was a huge bummer to the kids, the dryer didn’t work when we arrived Saturday and no one came until Tuesday to fix it, but it’s busy and things are crazy so we didn’t mind, the place was gorgeous pool was clean and they cleaned it every few days. It was amazing

Great location

Small but nice house for my family of 6. Great location. We walked to the beach a few times a day. We could walk to the fish market and loved grilling out fish. We also loved walking to get ice cream every evening. The only thing that would have made it better would be a heated pool. The pool was cold.

Fabulous trip in an adorable house!

We loved Santa Rosa beach! The house is close (walking distance) to so many things! You have the beach right around the corner, the greenway that goes for miles, your choice of walkable restaurants, An ice cream shop, a growler pub and a fresh seafood market! Jini Jim Jams was the perfect place for us, it had everything we needed to make our week relaxing and enjoyable :) The only issue we found was that the beds (especially the queen in the bunk bed room) are not very comfortable. Outside of that, it was perfect! Thank you for a fabulous week and opening your home to us!

Perfect house!

This was our first VRBO experience. We have 3 kids, two of them being little and wanted to try a more private vacation. This house was perfect for us! Having our own private pool was fantastic. The house had everything we needed. We didn’t go out to eat but twice during our stay. We grilled out by the pool everyday! The house was a super short walk to the beach and super close to restaurants and ice cream! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. When we arrived to the house everything was super clean and the kids immediately got in the pool which was also super clean! We loved the house and the area. This completely changed our vacation experience! We have already been thinking about coming back in a couple months!

Can't imagine more than 4 people here

We are always grateful for those that lend us their home, particularly those with vision enough to accommodate beyond the traditional Saturday to Saturday calendar. Roughly 30% of this house is locked off as "Owner's Private Suite"...so we couldn't figure out how you would sleep anything over 4 people here. But we were 4 and comfortable and love the location. We had electrical issues: the only outside outlet did not work, and then the pool light flickered (have you seen the 2005 movie "Syriana" )...? Southern responded promptly to the outlet, but completely faded us on the pool light flickering. Zero communication on it and it could've been very dangerous, and was still flickering when we checked out. Furthermore, VRBO listed bicycles, which Southern contested. When I proved and showed them where the home listed bicylces, they had it removed. The house is "shabby-chic" and fine - very stripped down. You will feel "locked out" from things. There is a nice lime tree by the pool - great for margaritas. But anything over a head count of 4 will feel very cramped without the third bedroom. In closing, I would tell you the cost is high here for what it is, but I also understand supply and demand. To Southern: the pool light is flickering...?

pros: Beach is walking distance House/pool was wonderful and cozy Had everything we needed Cons: Would suggest a hot tub Fridge didn’t seem to stay too cold, turned to colder but didn’t change much A few critters from time to time in the house (not mice) Nothing major and we would stay again! We enjoyed our stay with a few small issues

You have a bit of a critter problem. We found bugs in our bed and also found live roaches in the house. The trundle bed is not comfortable at all and creaks when you move. The steps on the back of the house are not stable and one of the guest almost fell the first time walking out the back because we weren’t told about it. We paid for early check in and late check out and was walked in on by your staff at 10:30 a.m. on the day of check out... other than those issues, it was a great stay and would return to your beautiful home. We often wondered why anyone would want a pool at the beach...but we enjoyed it so much. It was nice to go for a swim at the end of the day after being at the beach all day. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great place

Really nice place to stay. Perfect spot, great location. I was thankful to have the opportunity to stay. My one complaint was that it the lack of hospitality. We didn't have simple things like enough toilet paper, no pepper, no sugar. No sharing of anything like spices. That is the only thing that stopped it from being a 5 star, this place is great in terms of the house, pool, rooms, and location.

So Awesome! Loved the property and location!

This property was so great for our family of 7 that visited. Plenty of room, the pool was so fun and the beach is just about a 3 min walk. It is well taken care of and very clean. The area is quieter than the commercial areas of Destin and PCB which we LOVED. Everything was perfect and I hope we can return to this exact same property one day. The property management company was also helpful to work with. We got in very late and the code to the door they provided did not work. We were able to call and get it resolved within a few minutes. The only thing I would suggest is to give folks a heads up of when maintenance (grass/ pool cleaning, etc.) folks come through. A couple of times we were enjoying the backyard only to have folks we didn't know walk in the back gate. Nothing super bad, just a little weird and would have been nice to have an idea that they were coming. GREAT PROPERTY, you will not regret booking here!

Perfect cottage by the sea!

This is an excellent place to stay if you want to see the beaches of S. Walton County. The house and pool are perfect for a couple or small family- close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping but far enough from the traffic and hubbub to be relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Retreat

My husband and our two close friends stayed at Jini Jim Jams for our Spring Break. For a medical resident and three teachers, being able to have a place to relax and unwind was crucial, and this house exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, very homey, and comfortable. It's very close to the beautiful beach and lots of delicious restaurants. The fact that the pool was heated was a very nice surprise (especially since we went in March and it was still a little chilly). Definitely would recommend staying here!

May 2014 Stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The walk to the beach only took about 5 minutes. The spacious private pool area was a perfect place to relax after spending the day at the beach and made it super convenient to entertain kids ages 4 and 2. The accommodations were comfortable and bright. The property overall was fantastic and so were the people.

Late Spring Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Jini Jim Jam's. This property is newly renovated and everything was fresh and clean. We were a party of 4 and it was the perfect size for our group. The pool was nice too and we enjoyed many meals outside on the patio table. There are a few things that could be added to the kitchen for those that prefer to stay in and not eat out every night. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the bikes and we decided we will never be able to vacation down there again without them. We rode to the beach and local shops each day. So much fun. We would love to come back and stay again. The weather was absolutely perfect and staying on Buddy Street is like coming home to us. We have rented several other properties on this street and it's ideal.
