Das Hotel liegt mitten auf der Insel und in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Minuten vom Strand und der Stadt entfernt. Ruhige Lage hinter dem Komplex. Neuer Teppich im gesamten Gerät. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Queensize-Bett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten oder einem Kingsize-Bett. Große begehbare Kleiderschränke in beiden
Schlafzimmer. Zwei Badezimmer mit Keramikfliesen. Wäsche in der Einheit. Lanai mit Zugang zum Hauptschlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Voll ausgestattete Pullman-Küche mit neuem Herd und Mikrowelle. Der Komplex verfügt über ein Clubhaus und einen Pool sowie ein Businesscenter und einen Trainingsraum.

Patty’ s condo was well equipped ,spacious for three of us and in a great location. We had no issues checking in or out and enjoyed having the keyless code entry.

St Simons get away

Had another great time on St Simons. The condo was all it could be. The hostess was FABULOUS .The unit itself was well furnished with plenty of towels and kitchen ware. The location was convenient to everything,the pool was niece,and the neighborhood was quiet. The screened in porch was an added bonus.

Great stay on SSI

We had a wonderful week on SSI celebrating my birthday with friends. The condo was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the few meals we ate in. Condo is located near restaurants and we met friends all week to continue celebrating my birthday. Close to Jekyll Island and we went to see the Christmas lights which were just beautiful. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Great 1st floor condo, with screened in patio

The condo fit our needs perfectly. Even though it was just my husband and myself, it was perfect having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master Suite bed was very comfortable. The Master Suite had numerous dressers for clothing. Both bedrooms had walk-in closets. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and glassware. We were here three weeks, so it was great having a fully functioning kitchen to cook meals, which saved tremendously on our food budget by not having to go out to eat everyday. The location is perfect on Saint Simons, central to everything. The owner was very responsive to our needs and responded quickly. Loved the fact that it had it's spacious screened in patio & that the condo is on the main floor, so no stairs. We highly recommend this property for your next visit to Saint Simons Island.

Great condo!

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo and we love it! Such an awesome location - facing the woods, first floor - couldn' t be better. There was even laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for us to use. We hope to be back soon!

Our family had not been to St. Simons Island for over 20 years. The St. Simons Heights was a great location on the island for settling in for a week -- and then branching out to the beach, shopping, biking and touring.

Already Planning a Next Trip

Not having used VRBO before and taking our daughters (20 & 16) to a new place, we were a little apprehensive. When we arrived, we couldn't have been happier. The condo was PERFECT for us and exactly what we were hoping for. First floor unit in the back of the complex was a great location and the pictures didn't do it justice. Patty was extremely attentive and texted us to make sure we arrived ok. Due to horrible weather and traffic on the way down, we were about 3 hours late but getting in was a welcome relief. The pool was perfect for us and a short drive to the beach was no big deal. There was an issue with the water being turned off briefly for a repair in a neighboring unit and a quick text/call to Patty and the property manager took care of things - we never felt alone. There were beach items in the garage that we used a few times so it was a few less things we needed to pack. I saw previous reviews about the airplanes but it was no big deal. The bed in the primary BR squeaked but everything else was perfect for us. We definitely want to come back and are hoping to stay here again. St Simons is a new favorite for us and 501 Barnes was a big contributer to our positive experience.

This is a very nice condo located at the back of a large complex. It is on the first floor with a cute screened lanai. There is a gas grill just outside the unit . The owner was very responsive to a couple minor issues.
