Dies ist eine gemütliche 1150 Quadratmeter große 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und eine halbe Badewanne sowie möblierte Wohnung in Bonita. Alles in Condo ist NEU. Es gibt eine Waschküche, einen Pool und einen Außenwhirlpool vor Ort. Es gibt auch einen eigenen Parkplatz für die Einheit. (Was in San Diego ein Segen ist) Es gibt ein Starbucks, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte gleich die Straße runter in Bonita sowie einen Golfplatz und Wander- / Joggingwege. Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Autobahn 54. Die Unterkunft befindet sich eine kurze Fahrt von der Innenstadt, dem Flughafen, Coronado, Lajolla, dem Zoo, Sea World, Point Loma, den Stränden, der Altstadt und allen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten von San Diego entfernt. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Verweilen und Genießen in San Diego. Es gibt Luftmatratzen im vorderen Schrank sowie Fernseher und DVD-Player in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über grundlegende Kabel, und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, um den Aufenthalt aufzunehmen. Es gibt einen Schlüssel für den Pool, die Waschküche und den Whirlpool sowie einen überdachten, gekennzeichneten Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gerät. Das Gerät verfügt über sehr schöne, weiche Queen-Matratzen in jedem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt auch Brettspiele im Gerät zur Nutzung sowie kleine Eiskühler zum Strand zu nehmen, wenn nötig. In der Einheit haben wir auch Strandtücher und Stühle zum Strand, wenn Sie möchten. Dies ist ein ruhiger Wohnbereich und ab 22 Uhr muss der Lärm aus Respekt vor den Nachbarn auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. Wieder da in absolut NICHTRAUCHER oder HAUSTIERE ERLAUBT. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von San Diego sind nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Montag bis Freitag von 7.00 bis 9.00 Uhr und von 16.00 bis 06.00 Uhr würde ich versuchen, Autobahnen aufgrund des starken Verkehrs zu meiden. (Dies sind nur meine Meinungen zum Fahren in San Diego Area). Wenn Sie einen großartigen Ort zum Übernachten suchen, der sehr schön und sauber ist, sollten Sie dies in Betracht ziehen. The place is clean, the problem is my daughter is special need and the bathtub doesn’t have hand held shower and it hard for me, and there is not smart Tv for watching you tube for my daughter. Good place for families to stay in San Diego

This condo was a nice place for my family to stay while visiting San Diego. It is very close to CA-94 as well as I-5 and the 805 so you're not too far from any of the major attractions in San Diego. Condo was clean and serviceable for a large family to cook meals in. There is also a pool in the complex which my children enjoyed during some down time parts of the trip. Owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had during my stay.

great place to stay in San Diego

Joe was amazing even before we arrived - he gave me all of the check-in info we needed and even checked-in with us the evening we arrived to make sure everything was okay. My son was so comfortable on the couch we didn't even use the air mattresses, and all of the other extras (day-trip backpack we used for the zoo, beach towels we used at the pool, games for the family, etc.) were very-much appreciated. Joe was readily available throughout our stay, and even recommended some great activities and restaurants (even though we didn't have time to take advantage of them). Overall, this was definitely a great place for my family and if we ever make it to the San Diego area again, we'll try to stay here!

Family friendly clean VRBO.

This apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It is clean, practical, and affordable. Luxurious no, but very very comfortable. Great for our family!

We stayed 7 nights and the accomadations were excellent. We played hard everyday then came home to a quiet place that truly started to feel like home. Joe was great and quick to get back to us on any questions. There were beach towels, a beach bag, chairs, toys and small coolers that we used daily as we explored San Diego. We loved San Diego and our home away from home!Thanks Joe!

Great for families

Clean, comfortable and well-appointed condo was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was nicely updated & thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs & towels. Kids also spent time in the pool and hot tub. The unit is well located and approximately 15-20 minutes to many attractions. Lastly, the owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Truly a welcoming, comfortable and friendly stay. All the essentials except wifi so be prepared to use your hotspot. Community where this apartment is located is lively with kids and dogs : grounds are well maintained. Laundry facilities convenient. Top notch marks for exquisite cleanliness !

Good experience

We stayed for 3 nights- 2 adults and 4 children, ages 5-10. Nice area, quiet at night, clean condo and nice that there was a pool on site. Lots of thoughtful extras in the condo- nightlight in the hallway, beach towels and toys and everything you would need in a kitchen. Right off the highway, so everything was a short drive and easy to access- we went to the beach, restaurants, grocery, movie theater and the zoo.

A Nice Thanksgiving Weekend

The condo was just as pictured and as described. Joe was great and we chatted on the phone twice before our stay. It was very easy to get to, just off of highway 54. We even made a Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings! We realized that we wanted to visit the beach often, so next time we'll stay closer to the coast. We knew from the listing that we were at least 20 minutes from the beach, so it was not falsely advetised. It was a nice time with our Navy son.

Very nice home!

We spent wonderful few days at the apartment! The development is right next to a highway, so location is very convenient. The development is quiet and well-planned. The apartment itself is welcoming and nice. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking necessities. The beds are super comfortable. The apartment feels like a home people care about. Communication with the host is always pleasant and timely. Highly recommend!

A step back in time.

With no internet and coin Laundromat, it was time to watch dvds and use the jacuzzi tub like a Calgon commercial. Didn't overcharge for the beach towels the kids left at the beach bathrooms. Felt quiet and secluded when you were in the condo. It was a drive to the beach, but we were prepared for that.

Bonita Treasure Spot

My stay was very peaceful. I didnt hear neighbors or cars zooming by. Loved the updated amenities and soaker tub. Access to wifi, pool and laundry. Quick access to freeway and other San Diego attractions within 30 minutes drive. Loved the the shops within the area neighborhood too, Big thanks to property Owner Joe for recommending some amazing eateries around the corner. Parking was not an issue and i felt secured and safe coming and going. Condo was stocked with everything that i could have possibly needed from the stores. I will keep this property on my future trip board to revisit again when im out in San Diego again.

More than what we expected

This was our first time ever using. VRBO and we didn’t know what to expect. What eased our type A personalities was the immaculate communication with Joe. My wife and I had a few questions before, and during our stay and each time we had immediate friendly and professional communication and that was wonderful. Joe was always super helpful and accommodating during our stay. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and it was located right off the freeway which made it easy to get on the highway and go! Joe made our stay in San Diego a memorable for years to come. We will definitely book again with Joe when we return!

We absolutely LOVE San Diego, and the little town of Bonita is very quiet kinda feels like retirement town, there is a golf course less than two miles away, Starbucks across the street from that, also around the golf course there is a walking trail that has people around the clock using it. If you are looking for a PARTY pad, this is not the one for you. Thank You

The very next exit up from freeway is a swap meet every Saturday and Sunday. Coronado Island is just a short drive down the, like most everything in San Diego. So after a day of fun, you can come back and relax at the condo. All we ask is that you take as much pride and care for it as we do and have a Great time enjoying your vacation.
