Willkommen in der Villa 12K, einer abgelegenen Fiddlers Cove in der obersten Etage mit großartigem Golfblick aus allen Fenstern. Wenn Sie Privatsphäre und Komfort wünschen, ist dies das Richtige. Die jüngsten Renovierungsarbeiten umfassen neue Küchen, Badezimmerupdates, Toiletten mit Komforthöhe, neue Schlafzimmerböden, alle neuen Möbel, Jalousien, Geschirr und Gläser, luxuriöse Memory-Foam-Matratzen und Tommy Bahama-Bettwäsche. Für die Kleinen sind ein neuer Hochstuhl und Pack and Play enthalten, um Ihr Packen zu minimieren. Zwei Liegestühle, ein Strandwagen und ein Sonnenschirm sind alle in der Deckbox verstaut und bereit für den 5-minütigen Spaziergang zum besten Strand auf Hilton Head Island. Fiddler's Cove bietet zwei Pools, einen Whirlpool, 10 Tennisplätze, Racquetballplätze und ein Ausstattungscenter. Fiddlers Cove hat jetzt gemeinschaftsweites WLAN - ein Passwort funktioniert in der Villa, auf den Tennisplätzen, sogar am Pool! Neuer Weber Gasgrill für 2019 installiert. Bitte keine Haustiere. Great stay

This property was exactly as described and pictured. The kitchen was so well stocked, it was wonderful. Everything clean and was the perfect size for our family. Beach was a bit of a walk for our youngest child so we drove most of the time but parking was super close and easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location

This condo is the perfect location for the beach goers! My husband, toddler and I were looking for a beach vacation and this location did not disappoint. It was a quarter mile to the beach and even with a 3 year old it wasn’t a bad walk to Folly Beach. Our only issue (not favorite thing) was being on the 3rd story. For us we were most focused on our access to the beach and K12 did just that! We would definitely recommend

Wonderful condo

We had a little trouble with the lockbox, but the owner was very quick to respond. The condo is beautiful. Very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable bed. Location great to the pool and beach. My husband, who is a golfer, enjoyed the condo overlooking a golf course. Would highly recommend.

I would rent again, just a few recommendations!

Everything was okay, we love the location of this property and the pools. I would recommend washing the comforters on the beds, some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. It was a little less stocked than other units we have stayed in there in the past.

All we needed!!

The condo was well stocked with great kitchen pans and even kid toys were available if needed. Plenty of blankets to curl up and watch a movie together. We had some questions on the Wi-Fi and the owner answered his phone to help and was very patient. The community is great for kids of all ages and the beach is one of the best on the island! The 2 pools are a great way to end the day as well! We had a great time!!!

Quiet get away

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo! The view of the trees off the balcony was our favorite part. It was quiet and private. The location of the condo was away from the more active areas, yet was very convenient to the pools and beach access. It’s very well equipped with everything we needed. The check in process was easy, the unit was clean, and the owner had excellent communication with us.

Perfect relaxed space

We had a great experience at this property. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Everything was clean and well stocked with quality items. Beds were comfortable. The heated pools were nice for March and they were clean.

A quiet place...

The internet connection was not good; in fact I could not access it the last 2 days so had to use my own hotspot. Also, a few spots that needed a better cleaning such as the table that had a sticky place. Had to move a shelf in fridge to accommodate pitcher....shelf holders dirty. Coffee pot was filthy! Host was helpful in a timely fashion. Also, would be nice to have stools to rest feet on. One of the chairs had a wobbly leg so that should be addressed; the right front leg on living room chair closest to bedroom.

Perfect location. We enjoy walking so the short walk to the beach was perfect. Very clean condo and feels very secluded when you are out on the deck. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay!

We a had a great stay here! The villa was just as described, clean and fit our family of 4 nicely. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and such to make cooking a breeze. The convenience of two pools nearby was fantastic, as well as the short walk to the beach. My questions were answered quickly, even prior to arriving. Thank you for a perfect place to stay!

We had a minor issue upon arrival. Rob was very fast to respond to our phone call. He and the cleaning crew went above and beyond to take care of the issue. The area is very nice and well maintained. We would recommend the area and would stay in the villa again.

Great work from home away from home!

This property is as described: nice, clean, comfortable and well-placed, just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to good restaurants and stores. Rob has been quick and helpful in responding to all our questions, and accommodated our need for high-speed internet: we had a break from home while working and enjoying the off-season March weather of Hilton Head and surroundings. The only reason I gave four starts to neighborhood is beyond the owner’s control: the proximity to the golf course makes the place noisy at times, especially in the morning. If you are not an early bird, the noise of lawn mowers and other maintenance machines before 8 am on a Sunday can be annoying. In exchange, the view from the windows and balcony is pretty.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We’ve stayed at Fiddler’s Cove many times and this condo was the nicest. The decor is up to date, beachy and cozy. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The pool is right there and the beach is just a short walk. We will definitely rent again. It was a perfect break from everything.

Great Villa!

This is a great villa only a few blocks from the beach with two nice pools in the complex. This was our second time staying in this exact villa and Rob is always great at responding and making sure we have everything we need. The villa is always clean and has a well stocked kitchen so you can easily prepare your meals there. Also, there are plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards for the family. We felt very safe even with the whole Covid situation going on. People in the complex and at the beach maintained plenty of distance. I highly recommend this villa for a great little get away!

Great location, not the cleanest condo

The location was great. A short 5 min walk to folly beach, the beach was never too busy. The beach-cart, two beach chairs and umbrella that the host had at the condo were so useful! Our walks to the beach wouldn’t have been as easy and enjoyable without them. My only complaint is that the condo did not seem clean to me. The master bathroom shower liner had mold spots on it, the kitchen stove and oven door were visibly dirty and we saw two live cockroaches in the master bedroom. It just didn’t feel clean to us but we were at the beach most of the time we were there and we still had a great vacation. Also I’m not sure if this was due to covid-19 but the kitchen was not stocked with basic supplies such as coffee filters.
