Die Lanai Möbel sind komfortabel und der beste Ort, um Ihren Morgen zu beginnen und einen Abend zu beenden. Es hat sogar eine einziehbare Markise für wenn es regnet oder wenn die Sonne zu viel ist.
Buchungen am selben Tag (dh die Ankunft ist innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Buchung) erfordern einen Anruf bei Rentals Maui zur Bestätigung.
Die Renovierung umfasste schöne neue Tile Flooring im ganzen, neue Küche, Bäder, Möbel, herrliche Insel Kunst und alle neu belüfteten Klimaanlage.
Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein bequemes Sofagarnitur, einen Sessel, einen Deckenventilator und eine Klimaanlage. Das Unterhaltungszentrum umfasst einen 47-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und gesichertes WLAN. Amazing View

Great location with unbeatable view. Evening sunsets and some whale sightings. Walkable to some beaches and town.Nicely updated with most everything needed for a comfortable stay. Biggest complaint was upstairs bed. Way too soft and uncomfortable. In need of a new mattress for the price of the stay.Also,need a new beach umbrella and beach towels. They are pretty sad. The 2 umbrellas provided both had things wrong with them so we had to piece together parts to get one somewhat workable.Other than that I would definitely recommend this property. We had a fabulous time!

The only downside of the condo was the lack of an oven. There was a microwave oven but not as functional as we would have liked. Also make sure to bring your own spices! Otherwise the lani and view were perfect 🤩

Great Views in Kihei

Property was as described and looked just like the pictures, patio view was actually even better in person. Checkin and out was easy and self managed, lots of instructions were provided about the unit and complex. Location was great, just down from Kamole 3 and great snorkelling with lots of turtles right in front next to Marina. Property was comfortable and felt like a home, kitchen was well serviced but there was only very basic food supplies (salt and pepper but no spices or coffee supplies etc). Beds and pillows were comfortable but there were limited linens and no other sets of sheets to change over, so had to allow for a laundry day. It was really nice to have some beach supplies in the deck storage cabinet (chairs and umbrellas and cooler bags). We only ran into one mechanical issue; with the main bedroom AC and while the property management company was quick to reply and did come and provide a temp unit, repairs to the actual AC were not made during our stay so left us with an open window/no curtains and a bulky/noisy temp unit in its place, but it did help with the temp/humidity control. The complex was beautiful, and the grounds were some of the nicest in Kihei. The closer pool was heated but more of an open/lap pool, the further pool was beautiful and very tropical, but it was not heated and to cool for swimming. The BBQs at the property were well placed and very clean and parking spot was right outside our door. Would choose this location again.

Great location, Beautiful view

Condo is as advertised. We really enjoyed sitting on the veranda for morning coffee and watching the sunset. The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is we were harassed by an older couple in the unit below us for being noisy. We have traveled extensively for many years and are always respectful of our neighbors. Since we arrived from the mainland the night before we were all awake at 5 the first morning. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and spoke in hushed voices. That afternoon we got a noise complaint from the management company. The next day as we left the condo at 7:30 AM we started the dishwasher. That afternoon we got a message telling us to review the house rules and this was a final warning. Not the kind of thing you want to hear on vacation. I will admit when I was signing the long fine print contract I just scanned and sighed it. I was a bit taken aback when I saw absolutely no operation of dishwasher, washer, dryer, or vacuum before 8AM, yet there was very loud lawnmowers and weedwackers at 7 AM. If anyone is coming with a family be advised pool rules state No inflatables in pool and absolutely NO MARCO POLO.

What a stay! The view of Lanai and west Maui from the balcony is amazing morning or night. The furnishings, appliances, and art give a contemporary island vibe that make for a very relaxing stay. The cool A/C after a long day at the beach helped, too. A short walk to Kamaole III beach with sea turtles swimming by in waist-deep water. Restaurants, shops, and beaches of Kihei and Wailea are all within a 10-minute drive. The lagoon pool was a nice respite from the sand when needed. I would absolutely book this condo again. Hope we can make it back next year.

This property was wonderful. It was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The layout was spacious for my husband, me and our 13 year old daughter. The only minor detail to know is the loft upstairs is open to the below living quarters. It was a big space for our daughter but she did say she could hear everything when we were downstairs getting coffee and breakfast ready in the morning. She didn’t mind since we were all getting up around the same time. But it’s good to know if you have different schedules and light sleepers. The second pool is worth the little extra walk. It’s not that far but the landscaping and hot tub is well worth the extra 2mins. The beach is right across the street. We took the bird sanctuary trail and saw tons of sea turtles down by the rocks. Everything we needed was only a 5-10drive into Kihei or Wailea. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Perfect sunset view in the perfect spot in town. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was great—very close to the beach and near shopping and places to eat. I give this place 5 stars overall. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to have coffee included to brew, but this is not enough to dock any points. This really was a great place to stay.

Perfect location and great view!

We appreciated the short walk to the beaches and the ability to catch the Redline rafting tour from the boat ramp across the street. The condo complex is close enough to shops and restaurants for convenience but far enough to enjoy the quietness that we preferred. The condo had all the amenities as described and would recommend to others in the future. Our only comment for improvement is refreshing of the bath towels which had a musty smell. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing location in a quiet, comfortable condo overlooking the beach

Maui Kamaole is a quiet, clean 1980s style condo development on the south end of Kihei (the quieter end), approx 2-3 blocks from Kamaole Beach III. Kihei has a very relaxed vibe - especially on the south end - but is only 5-15 minutes drive to many restaurants, shops, several beaches, surf lessons/rentals, and then jumping off to lots of other places around Maui. The unit itself has a nice assigned parking spot (no extra on-site charge) and an easy entry up a flight of stairs. The unit main floor has been remodeled and has a light, airy vibe. Comfy living room, big windows with a full view of the ocean, nice lanai which could use chaise lounge sort of chair. Spectacular whale watching sunrise to sunset every day. Kitchen is full of everything needed to cook, including random spices, teas, oil, vinegar - whatever other guest left behind. Note - the kitchen does not have an oven (no issue for us as we did only breakfast and lunch at home). BBQs all over the property, which we personally did not use. Larger stacking W/D for doing laundry. Big bedroom on the main floor with loads of closet space and a small back patio. Upstairs primary bedroom was not remodeled and could use a refresh of the linens, both the comforter and the bathroom towels. However, the bed was VERY comfortable. Of note: the upstairs bedroom is a loft with shutters, so you have visual privacy but not a lot of noise barrier if someone is downstairs in the living room watching TV, etc. The upstairs bathroom is the retro 1980s style, but large and functional. Insider's tips: Go to Sugar Beach (~15 min north) in the morning for amazing malasadas and other yummy treats, but get there early. Lots of food trucks near Kamala Beach - a big courtyard and a nice garden eating area behing the food truck court. The food trucks are not necessarily less costly than a restaurant, but lots of great food and COVID-safer open air dining. Overall, this was a GREAT condo and I'd definitely rent again. Two thumbs up from the whole family, including my two tweens.

Whale of a Time

Nothing short of fabulous! Perfect location across from Kamaole Beach, where all the tourists and natives go to whale watch and play in the gentle surf. Great launching spot for Road to Hana, Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua. Just South of Kahului Airport. And walking distance to central Kihei, a mellow community featuring Paia Fish Market, a must-dine spot. And don't miss the vender market behind Paia's. More goodies than you can imagine at excellent prices. As for the condo, it was great! Contemporary, clean, well-equipped, and killer porch with retractable awning for 180* views of the water, which were alive with whales on our early February visit. The tropical grounds around the condo were impeccably maintained; loved the native free-ranging chickens! We will definitely be back.
