Diese 2-Bett-2-Bad-Wohnung ist in der Lage, eine schöne geräumige Einrichtung für Ihre nächste entspannende Insel zu bieten, ohne sich mit diesen Preisen am Strand beschäftigen zu müssen! Nur 3 bis 4 Blocks nördlich von Seaview befindet sich das Mission Plaza mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Kinos, Eisdielen und Geschäften. Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite können Sie einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang über Marco Island vom Sunset Grille am Apollo genießen.

Als am meisten begehrtes Inselziel der USA gewählt, ist Marco Island die größte der zehntausend Inseln Floridas am Golf von Mexiko im Südwesten Floridas. Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

Great location

Lovely roomy 2 Bdrm condo, well furnished. Close to beach and anything else you would like to do in the area. Nice heated pool and elevator. Harborview Realty was responsive to questions. Kayak fishing with a rental from Florida Adventures was so convenient. This condo is only a half mile from Caxambas Marina. Also close to many good restaurants. We especially loved Sami's!

Seaview 304 is a special paradise that can't be found anywhere else on the South End. Closest Condo to the Beach without being actually on it. For rentals or owning Seaview is the place to kick back, relax and enjoy life.

You could watch all the activity of people heading to residents beech and walking up and down the street. You could also see the ocean between the building.The access to resident beach was perfect. You could see all the cars lined up to try to get into the public parking across the street and we just walked over. The condo was in great condition. Plenty of beach chairs and even fishing poles. Pool was wonderful and met a lot of very nice people.

Great Customer Service - When help was needed

Quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and morning walks.The air conditioner had a mechanical problem and stopped cooling the condo. Harborview Rentals provided excellent customer service. They answer the phone with helpful customer service people and the property manager was very responsive and we were taken care of within hours. We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.
