Hollywood Hill in Woodinville, WA, ist eine einzigartige Vorstadtgegend im Osten (ca. 25 Minuten von Seattle entfernt). Woodinville ist bekannt für seine Hunderte verschiedener Weingüter, Brauereien und Restaurants. Dies ist nur wenige Minuten vom sehr beliebten Chateau St. Michelle Winery, wo viele Konzerte aufgeführt werden. Das Hollywood Hill Schoolhouse befindet sich am Fuße unseres Hügels und ist Schauplatz vieler Hochzeiten und anderer Veranstaltungen. Wir befinden uns ganz in der Nähe des Burke Gilman Trail, einem 27 Meilen langen Mehrzweck-Freizeitpfad, der sich hervorragend zum Spazierengehen, Laufen und Radfahren eignet.

Diese Eigenschaft befindet sich in einer schönen, abgelegenen, bewaldeten, privaten Auffahrt und liegt auf einem ruhigen Hektar Land. Dieses kürzlich renovierte freistehende 1.200 Quadratmeter ist sehr komfortabel und modern. Dieses Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Meister mit einem Queen-Size-Bett. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Bett und befindet sich auf einem Dachboden. Es gibt ein schön großes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Oberlichter lassen in mehreren Räumen Tageslicht herein. Die Küche hat einen neuen Gasherd / Backofen, Bosch Geschirrspüler, Müllabfuhr, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Es gibt viele Küchenschränke zur Aufbewahrung mit Keurig Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Der Waschraum bietet ausreichend Stauraum zum Aufhängen von Kleidung sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Well Appointed House in Wine Country

What a great find! There was a group of four of us meeting up for a weekend in Woodinville. This house was only five minutes from the Hollywood district and it had everything we needed and more! It is a mother in law apartment with a large kitchen, dining and living area and two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us and the owner was super responsive to our questions via VRBO. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

A great location

My wife and I stayed the month of July. The unit is very large and has all the comforts of home. The location is private, in a very high end neighborhood. Woodinville is a fun place to visit with many great restaurants, shops and other family activities. If steps are an issue there are a few in the unit. We had a 5 star stay.

Lovely Place

We had a lovely stay at this above garage apartment. The apartment was very large, spotless and well appointed. Our host was very thoughtful. We appreciated the bottle of wine she provided as a welcome gift and all the other thoughtful amenities included in the apartment. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and close to everything in the Woodinville area. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet oasis

Tucked in the hills above Woodinville wine country, you will find this secluded oasis. Anna has done an amazing job furnishing this unit and providing everything needed for a wonderful stay. A full kitchen with dishwasher along with a washing machine and dryer. She even provides a complimentary bottle of wine. :) Some tips for future guests…there are steps up to the unit and that may not work for everyone. Also,if you prefer a firm bed — the couch may be a better fit to rest your weary head. It’s nice, quiet and spacious. Great place to unplug and relax. And you’ll see a horse or two on your drive in. Cozy Cottage

Perfect little apartment for our girls’ trip and a great location for wine tasting. We used Uber to get around and the average price was around $8 to Uber to and from the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, had comfortable beds, great linens, and a fabulous couch. The hostess was easy to work with, and I loved that there was coffee for the morning, a welcome wine, and easy to use kitchen with great appliances, and cooking supplies. We highly recommend this place.

This home was so clean and beautiful decorated. The coffee station was a plus! The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the heat lamp in the bathroom after showering. Anna was available and made sure we had anything we needed! We'd stay here again.

Anna, the owner, has thought of absolutely everything renters would need for a perfect stay. High quality and comfortable furnishings, bed, towels, etc. Woodinville is a delightful town. Coming “home” down a quiet country road to a secluded opening in the trees to relax after a long day was so appreciated.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Property was as described. Host was friendly and communicative. Husband was beyond jet lagged after just returning from an 8 month deployment. Host was accommodating and pleasant and even offered a later checkout if he needed to sleep in. Perfect location, nice & quiet but near everything. We’d certainly stay again next time we visit Woodinville, only hope the property will be available because it is so perfectly situated. We particularly loved the fire pit to sit by and sip wine well into the evening.

A relaxing getaway

We enjoyed staying here after a weekend of seeing family for a wedding. The location is stunning, private, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the local wineries. What a lovely stay!

To start, our flight arrival was changed a week before we left. I notified Anna who took it all in stride. She told me she would leave a light on and hide a key. Not only did she turn a light on, but she also had the AC running on a warm Seattle evening, and lights throughout the home invited us in. The 2-bedroom home is beautiful! The large open living room and the beds were very comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of pots, pans and spices plus all the space needed to spread out. Honestly it felt like we were coming home every time we arrived. We will be back!

Perfect Stay

This home was probably the best rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The location was beautiful and the place had every possible thing we could need. I traveled with my baby, husband, and mom. Anna had set up a crib and high chair for us and it helped so much with packing. Everything was so clean and it felt like home away from home. Anna is very responsive and kind :) I would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!

Quiet, Cozy and Close to Wineries

This was a great find. Anna was a wonderful host who thinks of everything. Beds were super comfy. Note that the main floor bed is unusually high so you might use the loft bed if you have trouble getting on and off. The living space was huge with seating for the TV and chairs for quiet reading. In addition to regular TV and Netflix, there was a CD player and nice selection of music. The coffee bar had everything and there was a dishwasher. There was a welcome bottle of wine as well. Anna asks that guests start a load of towels (there are plenty of towels) when leaving. Having a washer/dryer let us change the sheets to accommodate a different guest who stayed with us. The private road into the neighborhood was nice to stroll along with lots of trees on both sides. The wine tasting rooms and wineries of Woodinville are ten minutes away, if that. Anna keeps a list of local restaurants and stores. I don't know if she has The Pizza Coop on her list, but they have the best gluten-free pizza my wife ever had and the Detroit style pizza was to die for. My mother stays at an assisted living apartment in nearby Bothell and my brother lives a stone's throw away from Anna's place. I will definitely check vrbo first whenever I come to see my mom and brother. Thank you Anna for such a pleasant experience!

Great Location, Friendly Host

Anna was a great host and provided us with a very comfortable stay. Our 9mo travelled with us and slept comfortably in the lofted bedroom. There was plenty of space for her to play and the yard was beautiful for some time outside as well. Great location to wineries and food, and a very enjoyable time overall.
