Willkommen, genießen Sie dieses charmante Cottage in günstiger Lage im vielseitigen Viertel Midtown. Spazieren Sie zu Antiquitätengeschäften, angesagten Secondhand-Läden, ausgezeichneten Restaurants und mehreren großartigen Pubs. Nur wenige Blocks von unserer pulsierenden Innenstadt, den Stränden am Seeufer von Coeur d'Alene und dem North Idaho College entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in der 3rd St., einer Einbahnstraße, die direkt in die Innenstadt und zum See führt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befinden sich unser Lebensmittelladen Safeway und viele andere interessante Geschäfte, in denen Sie nach Schätzen stöbern können. Das Grundstück ist im Sommer bewachsen und begrünt. Der hübsche Garten ist eingezäunt, sodass ein kleines Haustier erlaubt ist. Wir bieten einen Grill und Gartenmöbel zum Grillen und Entspannen in der Sonne.
Das 800 qm große Haus ist neu gestrichen, mit Teppichboden ausgelegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables, hochwertiges Kingsize-Bett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche, Bettdecke und Steppdecke. Kissen sind auch erstklassig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat einen High-End-Queen-Size-Bett mit hochwertigen Betten. Wenn dieses Zimmer nicht für Gäste genutzt wird, kann es auch als Büro oder Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden.
In der hübschen, warm beleuchteten Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie zum Kochen brauchen, außer den Lebensmitteln. Grundlegende Gewürze, Kaffee und Tee sind für die Gäste erhältlich. Der Elektroherd und der Kühlschrank sind neuere Geräte. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Die Küche erfüllt alle Ihre Bedürfnisse, egal ob Sie leichte Snacks oder Gourmetgerichte zubereiten.
Das Bad ist klein aber sehr zweckmäßig. Wir bieten unseren Gästen Wellnessprodukte, Haartrockner, luxuriöse Handtücher und eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

We stayed here during a church festival and this home was just perfect for us. Roslynne was very responsive to all messages. The cottage is equipped with everything you need - cleaning products, kitchen utensils, soap, etc. The mattress in the master bedroom is very comfortable.

Great hosts ! Very hands on and fixed things if they were not working properly. Dog loved The yard ! Liked that it was close to Safeway , but it does look at the back of the Safeway building loading dock plan to spend your time in the backyard. Only reason I gave a 4 ! Hosts are wonderful and the back yard is beautiful:)

Great location in mid-town. Cute neighborhood with grocery, restaurants, antique stores and more. Close enough to walk to downtown as well. Cottage is the perfect size for two and very dog friendly. Bed and couch are amazingly comfortable. Rosalyne and Frank were great hosts!

Cottage home has everything!
These hosts know how to please! They have the house set up for folks so well, and any little issue was remedied promptly. Such nice people. I wasn't certain it would be walkable to town, but it surely was and we did multiple times, so the location is good.

Charming home close to downtown
House is pretty much as described. Lovely back yard for our little dog to run around in. Street was a bit noisy but that is the trade off for being so close to town. Bedroom in back of house so no sleeping issues. Roslynn was very responsive to questions, check in was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this home.

Midtown Bungalow!!
The fun, bright, 2 bedroom bungalow is very nice, spacious and well maintained as well as the location is great! The house has a nice backyard with a new grill, an outdoor table with umbrella for shelter from the Sun if you desire, and a nice protective carport for your vehicle. The Bungalow also has all the necessary amenities to make a house a home and is very comfy and cozy! Roslynne and Frank provide amazing hospitality, and are very friendly and helpful! Great Midtown Location
Sweet little bungalow conveniently located in midtown area. All short walking distance to eclectic Vintage Shops, thrift stores, restaurants and pubs. Salons, coffee shops,etc. Less than a mile walk to downtown Cd’A, the Lake, McEuen Park and Tubbs Hill. Great fenced in yard. My pup loved it. Homeowners were very responsive to questions and we were treated well! Felt very safe. Actually extended our stay another 6 weeks as our remodel was slow as expected!!!

Extended Weekend Getaway
For our small family and (2) faminals…. we enjoyed this property. The location was ideal for walking to McEuen Park and hiking Tubbs Hill. Also enjoyed the beach and pontoon boat rentals on the lake. The neighborhood was not what we expected, with some of the houses pretty run down and one even condemned just a few block away. Just keep in mind when renting this small, affordable, cute and clean house. Home owners were in communication during our stay and seemed to be available if there was anything we needed. Thank you for our relaxing getaway.

Cute little bungalow in great location!
We completely enjoyed our stay in Couer d' Alene! What a great outdoor city with so much to do and see! We took advantage of all it had to offer. The home is located in the new and developing mid-town area which has a lot of shops, restaurants, etc... The house is right behind a Safeway. Super convenient to downtown as well. If I might make two suggestions: a new BBQ (this one flares and is hard to light) and a Keurig coffee maker. Other than these two, small things, everything was perfect! Washer and dryer in the home was also a very nice bonus!

Great Accommodations and Perfect Location!
Roslynne was a fantastic host! She offered us a flexible stay due to our unique situation and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, and even a grocery store across the street! It is only a short walk from downtown and the lake - the perfect afternoon stroll. The cute little house has a perfect backyard for a small pet and is a short drive from a great doggie daycare if you need that during your stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this cute little getaway in lovely CDA.

My husband and I are transplants from Philadelphia. We traveled all over the western states looking for a new home. We happened upon Coeur d'alene and were instantly enchanted by the beauty of the lake and mountains.The town was much smaller then, only one stoplight downtown. But, as it has grown steadily into a tourist resort area it has only gotten better.
We love Coeur d'Alene where we have lived in the same home for 36 years. We purchased this sweet cottage as a vacation rental so we could share with our guests our fabulous town and provide a comfortable home to relax and kick back in.
For many years we ran a culinary vacation school in Baja, Mexico. We hosted guests from all over the world, who were interested in learning to cook authentic Mexican cuisine. I am a chef, caterer, and cooking teacher. My husband is a local beekeeper and apitherapist. ( bee products for good health) We both love to cook, travel to wherever, and enjoy all the seasons and outdoor activities that the Coeur d Alene area has to offer.
It is our sincere desire to provide our guests with accommodations that will make your vacation to our hometown memorable.
Just a note to the wonderful guests we have hosted over the years. Every single one of you have been amazing... so caring of the house, thoughtful pet owners, and such interesting people we have enjoyed meeting. Thank you.

The best part is we provide value to our guests by keeping our rates reasonable and maintaining a lovely place to call your home away from home.
