Dieses Haus wird jedem Urlaub den letzten Schliff geben. Wunderschön renoviert und mit viel Komfort ausgestattet, schlafen leicht acht Personen mit Ausziehbett im Wohnzimmer. Hat auch Queen Air Bett für nur für den Fall. Die Küche wird Sie mit einer 9 Fuß Insel und Weinkühler begeistern. Alle notwendigen Koch- und Trinkutensilien und die meisten Gewürze für einen Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie. Außengrill hat alle notwendigen Kochutensilien. Inklusive kostenlosem Kaffee, Mixer, Toaster und Toaster. Master-Schlafzimmer hat eine separate Terrasse und Zugang zum Pool. Schön dekoriert mit voller Kommode und Schminkbereich. Inklusive privater Kaffeestation im Kosmetikbereich. Master-Bad hat Wanne und separate Duschbereiche mit viel Platz auf dem Doppelwaschbecken. Kommt mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Gästezimmer ist schön mit Paris Thema (schwarz und weiß) eingerichtet. Wiederum werden alle neuen Möbel Sie umarmen, wenn Sie eintreten. Der Schrank ist extra groß. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über Schiebetüren zur Terrasse und zum Poolbereich. Enthält auch einen Schreibtischbereich. Das zweite Zimmer ist mit Aloha-Motiven dekoriert. Wieder alle neuen Möbel und Kommode mit großem Schrank. Beide Zimmer haben Zugang zum zentralen Bad. Patio hat Tisch und Stühle mit Blick auf die Berge. Hinterhof hat ein Pebble-Tec-Pool (3 ft - 5 ft tief) und Spa mit Rasen und Blick auf die Berge. Der Pool wird in den Wintermonaten auf 85 Grad erhitzt. In den Sommermonaten kann der Pool normalerweise auf etwa 90 Grad erwärmt werden. Das Haus ist zentral gekühlt und beheizt. Der Gas-Kamin im Wohnzimmer ist ein weiterer schöner Weg, um einen schönen Abend mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen, oder Sie können einfach auf der 9 Fuß Kücheninsel zu unterhalten. Hinterhof hat Platz für 6 Personen und Liegestühle zum Sonnenbaden. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge von Hinterhof und Schlafzimmer.

Our best VRBO stay…David was, by far, the best property manager. Very responsive to any questions we had. Best home…beautiful, wonderful pool and outdoors area, excellently equipped. Many amenities. Excellent location. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Superlative Property

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, from places as varied as Istanbul to Quito to Aukland. This was by far the best equipped and decorated that we've seen anywhere. It's better than the description in the ad. We won't go into details because that's been done so well in previous reviews. However, the best way to describe it is that it's as if friends living there full-time let us borrow it for a month. On top of that the hosts were super attentive, and we couldn't be happier with how we were treated.

Beautiful place to relax

We really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely home away from home. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past 20 years, and this was the best equipped ever. The supplies provided were plentiful - everything from laundry and dish detergent to coffee and spices, plus treats to welcome us. We were able to use both the pool and hot tub, even though the weather was cooler than normal. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is situated in a pretty and friendly neighbourhood, close to shops, and only a few minutes by car from downtown Palm Springs. The accommodations are exactly as shown in the photos. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay

This was one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The owners thought of everything- the home was spotless, well stocked and the pool and hot tub were like staying at a resort. The neighborhood was nice and quiet like we wanted but great for morning walks. Shopping nearby and only 15-20 min from downtown Palm Springs. Thanks for letting us stay at your amazing property!

Great Property and Fabulous Manager

This is a lovely property with easy access to Palm Springs and the rest of the valley. Pool (heated to 85 degrees- bliss for someone from the cool north) and spa were great, property was clean, nicely furnished, well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for your vacation - cookware, spices, coffee, etc. Dave, the owner, was awesome from the moment we booked.

Beautiful home and property including an amazing pool.

David was super helpful emailing us all the information for the home and things to do. He even sent us parking information to a weekly fair. This home is beautiful and extremely well kept and clean. The pool was super clean and the patio area had shade and sun. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway for friends or family.

The property was absolutely perfect. The inside was meticulously clean, nicely appointed and very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook with was available which was a nice bonus. The outside area was also wonderful. Plenty of seating and the pool/spa was a great relief from the heat. Communication with David for check-in/check-out was seamless and there was also very detailed information about the house and expectations from guests available. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Lovely Home

This is our 2nd year staying for our annual week long vacation. We absolutely love David’s home and took great care of it as our own. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The teens, my husband and I all thoroughly enjoyed the home and swimming pool everyday! Even the beds are super comfortable. The complimentary wine was much appreciated too, so I didn’t have to run to the store the first night. You will love this home. Thank you David for sharing your home with us again!!! LOVE IT!!!

Great 4th of July

Arrived to a beautiful, clean, and awesome property that took us by surprise. We expected a nice house but this was far more than that. The house was wonderful. So many little gadgets, all the pots and pans to cook and prep. Large island and large dining room for our dinners and lunches every day. The beds were very comfortable and the Ac and rams kept us cool all weekend. The pool was great and comfortable to be in at all times of the day. David was great with communication and we appreciated him turning the temperature of the spa down when requested. Thanks Dave for letting us be part of your home. 5 star stay!

We love this property. Our second summer trip to this wonderfully maintained oasis. House is perfect for our needs. David is also a joy to have as a host, so quick to work with me on a last minute request I made.
