Diese zweite Etage 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Bay Seite unseres Eigentums. Die Bay-Seite verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool und Holzkohlegrills. Es ist auch ein sehr kurzer Spaziergang zum Gulf Side Teil unserer Eigenschaft, die einen anderen Pool, zwei Tennisplätze und unseren weißen Sandstrand hat. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, bietet diese Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern Platz für maximal vier Personen. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und das Gästezimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Schlafsofa. Beide Badezimmer verfügen über Badewannen- / Duschkombinationen. Die schöne Küche mit offenem Schnitt verfügt über Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und ist komplett mit allen Gegenständen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung hat Fliesen im ganzen Haus. Es gibt auch eine komfortabel eingerichtete Außenterrasse, auf der Sie und Ihre Familie die warme tropische Brise genießen können.

Location, location, location

This is our second year in a row renting this condo. The location is awesome, and Palm Bay security and office staff were great. Everyone so friendly and accommodating. Would be perfect if condo had washer and dryer. Will be back!

Comfortable stay

Firstly check in is at 4pm not 3 as it says on VRBO You can also quickly tell that this apartment is maintained by the Palm Bay Club and not an individual ( as are all the apartments I believe ) The apartment is very well decorated and the beds comfy but some basics are lacking. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans but there was no scrubber to clean them with or paper towels. No salt and pepper for example if you wished to cook. And another example ,only one dishwasher tab provided but the expectation that you would of course run the dishwasher on departure means that you need to buy more, not a huge issue but it’s the little details. The owner has done a great job and the facilities are great, there is easy easy access to the beach and you are a short walk / trolley ride from restaurants . The company managing could do a better job .

Good location, Short walk to private beach, 2 great pools, short shuttle to downtown

Great Weather, great location, and everyone was helpful from checking in to checkout. Security seemed to keep noise from spring breakers down to a minimal. Place was clean and amenities were great. Only recomendation is for a better bed in guest room. It was like sleeping on the floor.

The Palm Bay Club Holiday

The space is exactly as pictured and described. It is tastefully appointed and all essential needs met EXCEPT Television options. Beach and pool access was easy and bay side gave us a surprise viewing of dolphin play. VERY satisfied!!!

Nice Florida getaway

We had a great stay in Siesta Key! The property was nice with heated pool in close proximity to most things, a short ride away from the Village. The floors and bathrooms were a little dirty but the space in the condo was nice.
