In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Diese neu renovierte Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad befindet sich im siebten Stock unseres Grand Tower. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko von dieser Wohnanlage aus ist perfekt, um die Abendsonnenuntergänge zu beobachten! Da es sich im Tower befindet, ist es ein einfacher Spaziergang zum Strand. Dort können Sie unseren weißen Quarzsand und das warme Wasser des Golfs genießen. Das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer und die Terrasse des Geräts wurden kombiniert, um Ihren Unterhaltungsraum zu erweitern. Ein 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-Service sorgt für Ihr Wohlbefinden. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewannen- / Duschkombination und ist mit einem Haltegriff ausgestattet. Die Küche hat Granitoberflächen und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Die Fenster öffnen sich auch, damit Sie die warme tropische Brise genießen können.

Wonderful Stay!

Reviewer Comments: Great communication from owner! Unit had beautiful views of the ocean from the 7th floor! Only wish it had a balcony so we could have enjoyed it even more. Unit was clean and appointed with everything you might need. Beds were not the most comfortable, but certainly doable. Located right on the beach, just a few steps to the white sand! Close to downtown Siesta Key! Highly recommend unit to others!

Honeymoon stay for two 68year olds

All i would add is an open balcony. 3 nights, really only 2 days due to checking in after dark and having to leave by 10a.m. Lovely beach, both guests and staff were nice. Other activities looked great, in passing.

Family Vacation

The week we came in December was unusually cool but the hot tub swimming pool(the biggest hot tub I have ever see) and the warm heated pool were both wonderful. Kids were able to swim and adults enjoyed the hot tub all days. We will stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th time staying at Palm Bay Club this year we stayed in #72 the view was amazing. The condo is very dated and needs some upgrades the furniture in the pic is not what is there. There is only 1 ceiling fan in the unit and it is in a ceiling cove in the kitchen so it does not circulate any air at all in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan which is not cool it’s like a steam room when you get out of the shower which is gross! They only supplied 1 blanket and the rest were comforters sorry but I don’t sleep with heavy comforters. We called the front desk they said the owner supplies that but that they would check the laundry to see if they were there they did bring up another comforter but no blankets. The condo was clean but just ok considering the previous units we stayed in. I sure hope they get a bathroom exhaust fan put in along with a ceiling fan somewhere else in the unit.

Almost every day we see Francis the property manager walking the grounds to inspect the site. He always says hello and asks how we are enjoying our stay. Such a treat to stay where everyone everyone from the person in charge down to the maid staff seem to enjoy their job and are pleased we chose to vacation there.

The location to the beach, friendliness if the staff, value for the money...all amazing! We will most definitely return. My only note is that I felt compelled to rewash all our dishes by hand because the dishwasher in Tower 72 didn't do a very good job cleaning them even after I rinsed them...but not a big deal for me.

Amazing views!

We had a really nice stay. The condo was really nice and clean. The building is steps from an amazing beach. The check in process was simple, the complex feels very safe and parking was super convenient. The condo had a nice layout, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The views from the unit are absolutely amazing!! I will definitely book this unit again!

We were a bit disappointed in the lack of other amenities. There are to go coffee/drink mugs, no wine stopper, no beach chairs or umbrella, pans weren't in very good shape, etc. There are other condos that provide many more amenities. Overall, it was fine, but definitely required purchasing more items for the stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both windows howled when the wind blew, the curtains would move and the windows could be seen moving in and out a bit with the wind. We did stuff paper towels in the windows to stop the howling noise and rattling so we could not hear this. The tv in the bedroom did not get picture. The tv worked, you could hear the program but fuzzy picture like no antenna to tv. The door key had to be inserted twice to open the door. There were ants in the kitchen. We left no food out or in trash can. Any food we had was in the refrigerator. Other than these issues, we loved the unit and enjoyed our stay. We would have no problem coming back to this property. We more than likely would not rent the unit #72 again though, we found that two bathrooms would be nice for us, or even 1 bathroom and a 1/2 bath would work for us. Overall, the Palm Bay property was very nice as well as the bayside property. No disappointment in that area at all.
