Diese dritte Etage 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der Gulf Side unseres Eigentums. Es gibt einen geräumigen Aufzug, der Sie in die dritte Etage bringt. Aufgrund seiner zentralen Lage ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu unserem weißen Sandstrand, den Tennisplätzen, dem Pool und den Holzkohlegrills. Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal sechs Personen geeignet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbild-TV. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche, während das Gäste-Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination ausgestattet ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit FIOS HD-TV-Service ausgestattet. Es gibt schöne Fliesen in der gesamten Einheit, mit Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern. Auf der komfortabel eingerichteten, abgeschirmten Terrasse können Sie und Ihre Familie unsere warme tropische Brise genießen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 178 is a nice unit, well renovated and with many equipment. The small laundry room is great, with a washer and a dryer. Kitchen and both bathrooms are looking really good, with modern appliances. There are 2 electric recliners sofa in the living room.on the down side : there wasn't enough silverware (not a pb for us as we were 2 but could be if you're a party of 4 or 6). Windows are obsolete (noise and insulation): they are all the same in this building

Beach Getaway

Everything we needed was available in the unit and only a short walk to Siesta Key Beach. The only negative was the lack of a functional elevator given that this is a 3rd floor unit and I had recently broken my leg. We did report this and understand the elevators are scheduled for renovation I. The fall.

Serviceable, not overly comfortable

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very serviceable. Between the leather coaches and the spring mattresses, we didn't find it overly comfortable. We had never stayed in the lower buildings at Palm Bay Club (previously stayed in the tower), with that we felt these lower buildings were like an echo chamber and loud. The patio furniture was extremely uncomfortable and worn, needs updated. We did appreciate being able to rent this unit from a Monday to Saturday. Thank you.

Birthday golf getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For my adult son's birthday, we planned a golfing trip to Florida's west coast and chose the Palm Bay Club for our accommodation. (I had stayed at Palm Bay several times in the past and will be returning there with another group of friends in May.) As we had 6 adult males in our golf group, we chose a unit (#166) with the extra bunk beds. About a week prior to our trip, I was informed that this unit had been sold and was no longer available to rent! We were moved to unit #178 which was advertised as having a pullout couch bed. The mattress on that pullout bed was very thin, lumpy, and basically un-sleepable. We had to double up in the queen sized beds which was not at all our plan. Other than this disappointing surprise to the sleeping arrangements, the rest of the Palm Bay Club was very nice and as expected.

We liked the washer and dryer in the unit until we did the first load of laundry.... not sure what is inside the washer, but it put tiny holes in my pj bottoms and did a number on my bathing suit bottoms. would recommend the owner get the washer checked. The other thing I would recommend is that the management consider allowing housekeeping to give guests garbage bags. We ran out while we were there and when I asked housekeeping cleaning another unit for bags I was told to call the main desk.

Light bulb out in the (2 Queen bath) - minor.

Upon arriving the front desk was short with us. We did not get in our room one minute early. Everyone else that arrived had no issues getting in prior. Our dishwasher was broken and bathroom drain was clogged once we did get in. Thankfully the grounds and beach were nice. Otherwise mediocre.

Another Great Stay at Palm Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay several times over the years, in all three locations (i.e., tower, club suite, and bay side). It is a great location with an exceptionally large public beach. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the units are nice. I appreciate reviews that let you know the downside of particular units, so you can avoid those units.This unit was very clean, adequately updated, and the furnishings were comfortable--including the living room seating and the beds. The bath and bed linens were plentiful and comfortable. The showers were fantastic, with strong pressure and lots of hot water. The only suggestion I have for the owners is to provide a small cooler for beach/pool use and to purchase some new things for the kitchen including a full set of silverware, a set of knives, a set of plastic dishes, a better wine opener, and some plastic wine glasses for the beach/pool. Those items were in short supply and poor condition. In sum, the unit itself was very nice, but the kitchen was not adequately stocked with items necessary for everyday use.

Relaxing to say the least

We could sit on the balcony and see the ocean to the right. Birds would fly by every morning while watch the sunrise. The pools,hot tubs, and tennis courts are easy to locate and the private beach is just a short walk from condo.

Awesome stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time staying at the Palm Bay. The unit itself was much nicer than the previous one we stayed in. It was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well. Great location by the beach and pool. This unit is closest to the pool and main office so farthest distance from the beach on the gulf side of the street. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is to have an available restroom close to the beach for those units that are a bit of a walk to the beach.
