In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Diese schön renovierte, schöne Wohnanlage mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern am Golf befindet sich in der 8. Etage unseres Grande Tower-Gebäudes und hat einen Mindestaufenthalt von fünf Nächten. Von der Unterkunft aus genießen Sie Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko. Hier können Sie abends Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Kingsize-Bett mit einem 43 "-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-Service. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei große Betten mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Um die Sarasota County Feuer-Code einzuhalten, ist die maximale Anzahl der Gäste erlaubt in dieser Einheit schlafen sechs. Das Master-Badezimmer verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche mit Haltegriffen, und das Gäste-Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, die auch mit einem Haltegriff ausgestattet ist. Die Küche hat Granit und Edelstahl-Geräte. Es ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem großen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-TV-Service ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über Holzböden in der gesamten Einheit. Die geschlossene Terrasse mit Schiebefenstern ermöglicht es Ihnen, die schöne Brise der Küste zu genießen. Der auf dem Foto gezeigte Pool am Strand gehört nicht zu unserem Eigentum.

We love the quick access to the beach and the convenience of renting beach equipment right on the property. Best of all, the sunsets were a sight to behold. The only negative was we were there during the Tropical Storm, Debby, and the windows leaked during heavy rain. We had to soak up a large amount of water, using all the towels in the unit. It was nice to have puzzles and games available during the storm.

Beautiful Property!

Accommodations were great! Everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 grandchildren, ages 7-12. The view was spectacular, if you are coming for the view this can’t be beat. The staff on the beach assisting with chairs and umbrellas made the week even more relaxing. Plan to provide your own umbrella or reserve and pay a $40 daily rate from a rental company located on the beach in front of the property. The unit was nicely updated and clean. The beds were comfortable and the extra pillows and blankets were appreciated. Great week, would stay again!!

The condo we rented was beautifully decorated and very clean! Everything was easily accessable from this location. I cannot say more about that view though. What an amazing location to watch the sunset from your kitchen window over such a great beach! If I had to criticize anything it would be the distance to the pool. And again this was not a big deal because we were really there for the beach. I would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely Amazing!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is SO gorgeous. It’s the most well stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in. There’s everything you could need. The beds in the bedroom with two beds are extremely comfortable. I even tried to find the name so I could purchase one. I was told the master bed was comfy too. We are already planning our stay at this condo for next year.

It had all the amenities you could ask for from glasses, dishes, silverware and much, much more. Our only complaint upon arriving was the cable TV did not work. It was addressed somewhat quickly, and then the internet could not be accessed. That concern was never fixed. I had to go across the hall and sit on the floor to access the internet, perhaps I was connecting from the other rooms. But, I would stay there again and loved everything about it except for the internet problem.

A very average place. We will look at alternatives for next time.

The amenities were very average. The larger pool has no shade available and is surrounded by concrete and the brown pavers surrounding the pool were scalding on the feet. Their loosely termed fitness area is in either the mens or woman's bathroom (very much below average compared to other condos we have stayed at. Note that this facility does not have a complimentary chair service so you need to get your chairs in addition to your belongings to the beach yourself. Others do have complimentary chair service all day. We stayed for 5 nights and were required to use the same beach towels throughout our stay, or you have the option to use their washer and dryer and wash them yourself. I just think that if I'm on vacation, I should not have to do my own laundry which is why we all pack extra clothes (and a complimentary towel service would have been appreciated). On a positive note, the unit itself was very nice and bright and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The gulf view was worth the extra cost. So note to file just because towels are available, doesn't mean you will get fresh ones during your stay.
