Dieses komplett renovierte Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer befindet sich im 6. Stock unseres Grand Tower-Gebäudes. Der Blick auf den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko und unseren weißen Sandstrand ist von dieser Einheit aus zu sehen, die sich perfekt für abendliche Sonnenuntergänge eignet! Um dem Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, sind unsere Ein-Schlafzimmer-Einheiten für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-Service ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Die Küche verfügt über Granitarbeitsplatten und ist komplett mit den notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fliesen im gesamten Gebäude und hat auch einen 48-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit HD-TV-Service. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über einen offenen Balkon und die spektakulärste Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko, die Ihren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machen wird.

Beautiful views of Siesta Key Beach

The property was perfect for my husband and I, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen and living area were sufficient for the two of us. The view of Siesta Key Beach was amazing. The property was very nice with great amenities and the personnel were so helpful. Someone was there to take the provided beach loungers to the beach for us and having umbrellas available to rent made this the perfect place for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is gulf front in the tower, and has a great view of the beach, gulf and sunsets. One spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a nice outdoor patio, but we found the living room a bit tight. It’s perfect for a couple, or a family with one, maybe two smaller children. Would feel crowded with more than three adults. Kitchen is small, with basic cooking provisions. It’s fine for fixing quick & simple meals.

Inside the unit could use some updating. it would have been nice if there were cleaning supplies so we could wash the floor. the staff on the property were very nice and helpful from the front desk; security; beach attendants. everyone made us feel welcomed. We will come back and hopefully find another unit with the same view but with updates.

2nd time at Palm Bat Great stay, very clean

Moms: the blackout curtains are amazing!! Helped a lot for naps with my reluctant nappers. I will say the beds are pretty high up for whatever age is traveling. Our first stay we had a corner unit so this one felt a bit smaller, but with our family size it was really all you need! GREAT outdoor space! Being on the beach it was quite loud the one night with some teens gathering, I felt that the property was responsive in dealing with it and it didn’t seem to happen the following evening. We have loved coming here the last 2 summers!!

Girls Trip

This place was so nice! The check-in process was super easy, and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony view was amazing. It was very close to Publix and Siesta Village. We would definitely stay again.

The view was incredible and our room was clean. the only issue we had was that the phone didn't work and when we called the front desk stated that sometimes the phones don't work and that it is not a requirement for them to work properly. Also the internet and network didn't work the entirety of our 6 day stay, so we couldn't watch tv.

The open balcony was definitely the best part, and we watched the sunset almost every night. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The mirrors made it easy for many people to get ready at the same time. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

If I were to be picky, the only complaint I would have is being given 4 washcloths for 2 people for 3 nights thus making you have to use the pay washing machines to have clean washcloths.
