In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Ein 1 Schlafzimmer 1 Badezimmer Gulf Front Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock unseres Grand Tower Building. Die Aussicht auf den schönen Golf von Mexiko kann von dieser Einheit aus gesehen werden, die sich perfekt für den Sonnenuntergang am Abend eignet! Um den Sarasota County Fire Code zu entsprechen, bieten unsere Ein-Zimmer-Apartments maximal Platz für 4 Personen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Queensize-Betten mit einem 42 "-Flachbildfernseher mit HD-Service ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Die Küche ist komplett mit Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet und wird mit den notwendigen Utensilien geliefert, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fliesen im gesamten und hat einen 37 "-Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer mit HD-Service für Ihr Vergnügen. Für dieses Gerät gilt ein Mindestaufenthalt von fünf Nächten. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Fenstern, auf der Sie die herrliche Küstenbrise vom Golf von Mexiko genießen können.

Siesta Key and Palm Bay Paradise

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was very clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo after house were clear and concise. We arrived late at night and although had instructions, security was there to help us as well.It is very secure and gated entry. We felt safe the entire time. The view of the gulf and the condo grounds were spectacular. Adding, all the staff on site were very kind and accommodating. Siesta Key is beautiful and the private beach was perfect. We woke up each morning with the best view.The condo's location was superb, making it easy to access either North or South Siesta Key. The condo is decorated perfectly, very updated and modern. Quiet, beautiful & clean. Exceptional view. We enjoyed a 3 night stay in September. The unit was comfortably and stylishly appointed. There are several options for eateries all good. There is a trolley service to take you to the village area. My favorite was the umbrella service and the complementary chair service. Umbrellas were available for a reasonable fee and were installed each morning. The condo provides a chair attendant who hauls it to the beach spot of your choice. Effortless.

Very pretty view of beach

Overall, we had a very good time. The view from the room is amazing. The bed and couches were also very comfortable. The only downside was how warm the living room was because of the hot Florida sun shining in the large glass windows in the afternoon. Even when I put the thermostat in the 60s, it felt like at least 75 in the living room. This was uncomfortable. The temp in the bedroom and bathroom was great though. I definitely recommend staying here.

We asked to move our accommodations to another weekend. There was no flexibility because we didn’t purchase the trip insurance. We own properties and we offer flexibility for things like natural disasters (Siesta Key was shut down as a result of the Hurricane). We travel a lot and based on how this was handled you lost a customer. There are plenty of other places that we will book. The airline allowed us to move our flight at no charge. We will be back but will not consider your location.

Memorial Service

Was able to have family gather and enjoy pizza and snacks and drinks with us the day after burying our father. Parking is a little tricky, but we just had them park at the public beach and went and got them. We have stayed in the Tower several times over the past years and love the location and view! We have always enjoyed a nice and well kept unit.

Great get away

Wonderful unit and location. Beautiful beach, private, amenities (umbrella and chairs) were awesome, walk out to your private area. staff very attentive and accomodating, even after hourse (we had a late check in due to delayed flght) Will definently go again!

What a view.

Stepping through the door and being greeted by the ocean views never got old. Having the beach steps from condo made for the most relaxing stay. We made the most of the beach access. Having the beach be private was awesome as well. You can look north to the public beach and you’ll be glad the Palm Bay beach is private! The property as a whole was very well kept and well appointed. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for much more. The property is a quick 5 minute drive into the village and it is walkable if necessary. We look forward to staying here again the future.

Relaxing Stay!

Great property with fantastic view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Elevator to the first floor and you are on the beach. Staff was very accommodating! We had a wonderful time!
